I am an Amazon Prime member and my trial membership is running out. I received an email that said you could not charge the card you had on file. I tried to input my new Discover card * and it kept coming up that it was invalid. I wanted to pay the $** annual fee. I finally got tired of trying and entered my Mastercard *. That seemed to work, but now on my Discover charges, there is a charge for what looks like the monthly charge, $*.** (which would be $*.** plus tax. I need to find out what happened to my annual payment which I think went to my Mastercard account. So there are two issues. Which credit card is being charged and why was my Discover card charged for the monthly fee, when I was sure I checked the annual fee button. There were many attempts made on my part to charge the Discover card and it's entirely possible that I tried to put it through one time and accidentally forgot to check the annual button. I can't seem to get any phone help and this requires someone to look at my account.
