I thought it was resolved the first time, but the problem persists, so I tried 'chat' again today. I am not sure that today's effort will be successful either.**PROBLEM: Amazon shows this order as "Running Late - delivery delayed." That is incorrect. THIS ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED. I think delivery was on Saturday, ***** but it might have been Friday *****. Either way, IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED.**I am simply trying to let Amazon know in time to prevent the shipment of a duplicate order. It would be nice if the information on my account could be corrected, but that is not a major issue.**I know how terribly busy you folks are right now and am sorry to bring this small matter to your attention. I am not the most sophisticated computer user in town, so I hope you will understand that when I wrote the email to you I thought I was writing directly to Amazon. Please accept my apology for imposing on your time.**In answer to your question, I have been using the 'chat' feature on Amazon's Help page. I thought I had it all worked out the first time I 'chatted', but the issue hadn't been resolved when I checked today, so I tried it again.**It will work itself out eventually, so please don't expend any effort on this. Again, I thank you for responding to my email and apologize for my misunderstanding in contacting you.**PS: You sound like a nice, helpful group of folks
