You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-azleanne's own words
I had a delivery today. Actually I had one and my son had one(we have different accounts) but the orders were delivered together. I have specific instructions on where to deliver my packages. Today there were * people. They work for a third party RPM. They delivered our packages to **** E Pinchot apt ** instead of **** E Pinchot apt **. I track my packages because no one can seem to find my apt even with specific instructions (that they don't read). They never came to my apt so I waited until they came out of the gate and told them they delivered to the wrong apt. The wrong address. The guy was very rude and said he delivered where his GPS told him to. I told him there is a I** and a D**. I** is at **** and D** (my apt) is at ****. I had to hunt my packages down and one was very heavy. I am ** years old and live in Arizona and it was ** degrees. I got a delivery yesterday with no problems. I even put a sign out for the drivers. The fact remains RPM is wearing Amazon Logo and that reflects on you. This driver argued with me. There were * trucks together one driver was white and the other was black. The black guy is the one that argued with me. My tracking number was TBA***********. He also left the package at **** apt **'s Back Door. Not **** apt D**. You can look at my account and see I have a standard delivery instructions, they state.."My apartment is right next door to the leasing office. No need to go through the gate My apt faces the street Pinchot Ave. I actually share a wall with*Leasing office. Blue Door There is a sign in the front yard that says PINCHOT GREENS **** E Pinchot Ave" Yet, I always have to wait for them to make sure they deliver correctly. I shop with you a lot. This is unacceptable
