This is the letter I sent seller.* * " Hi, Seller*Yes this product arrived, but it was not the product that was advertised on Amazon. *In the advertisement photos it shows that on the inside has a "chromium" plated inside. The four that you sent us does not. I know this product very well since I have many of them. *You are using the same photographs as the other advertisers of the same product, but you have shipped me four of the "flat gray" insides. *Now as I'm returning these (*) units, you are claiming that they are as advertised, and you want me to pay for shipping and possibly restocking. *With this in mind I believe that I should be refunded the price of the item, no restocking fee and you should cover the shipping back to you.*If you don't, I will be sending a report to Amazon, that you are practicing "Bait & Switch" with me and upon a return request for false advertisement you are asking me to cover all your costs. You should be aware that I'm only asking for a return of the product(s) price. In reality What you are doing is illegal according to US retail law..*At this point I'm not not pushing for legal action, I'm just asking for fairness of getting my refund on only the product that you sent. *The products haven't even been used and they are going to be returned in the original packaging.
