I am having issues with two orders. Firstly, I am unable to locate a return option on the website to return a printer cartridge that was incorrectly sent to me. Although I received an email stating I would be refunded upon returning the item, there are no instructions on how to obtain a mailing label for the return. Secondly, the seller of item [redacted]-[redacted] is requesting a photo of the thermometer and its packaging before providing a refund and mailing label. Due to my age and health concerns, I am unable to fulfill this request at the moment. I kindly request mailing labels for both items to be sent to my email so I can print them at home and have a neighbor assist with sending the packages back. I would like to request an immediate refund of Rs 15,[redacted] taken by Amazon for an Amazon Pay gift card and refundable GST. As a senior citizen and retired official, I find it unfair to be asked to pay Rs 45,[redacted] for a Rs 5,[redacted] sale. The sales and delivery teams, specifically Amazon mobile number +[redacted]03 and delivery team member Mr. Harsh Aggarwal, are unresponsive. The order was placed on May 16, [redacted], for an Amazon Pay gift card. I received a GST invoice PDF on the same day from Mr. Harsh Aggarwal. It is May 20th, and the order I placed for a birthday gift on May 5th has not yet shipped, causing a two-week delay. I have attempted to resolve this issue through two separate chat sessions, but there has been no solution provided. I am requesting that the credit card gift card order be changed to an e-gift card. I was informed by one customer service representative that it was too late to cancel the order. I kindly ask for the order to be expedited, a credit for the processing delay, and for the gift to be sent promptly. Hello, I am reaching out regarding an item I ordered which was scheduled for delivery yesterday based on the USPS tracking information provided by your website. Unfortunately, I did not receive the item as expected. The tracking details are as follows: Order# [redacted]-[redacted]0, Tracking ID: [redacted][redacted]27. The tracking information indicates that the item was placed in my mailbox, but upon arriving home, I found nothing. This marks the third occasion where items from my orders have not been received on their scheduled delivery date. Previously, I encountered a situation where an item was delayed by 3 weeks, even though it was supposed to be delivered 2 days after the initial order. I am a frequent shopper on your website, but these issues are making me consider taking my business elsewhere. I am unsure if this email is really from Amazon, and I am frustrated with the chat services. While I understand the current situation with the pandemic, I was not able to resolve my issue with different chat agents. The first agent charged me again instead of canceling my order, and the second agent was not helpful either. Despite providing proof of being charged twice, I was not refunded. It is disheartening that there is no direct way to contact a human customer service representative. I had to involve my bank to dispute the charges of $[redacted].74 made on May 18th and May 21st, totaling $[redacted].48. Due to the incompetence of the chat agents, I had to go through this hassle to get a refund. On October 31, [redacted], I was charged for two pairs of men's jeans that I had ordered but didn't fit. I returned them via UPS on November 26, [redacted]. Despite the return being received in Las Vegas, NV on November 29, [redacted], I never received the credit. After speaking to Amazon and Adam, I found out my account was coded incorrectly, causing the delay in the refund. Adam resolved the issue and credited me for the jeans. I also had unauthorized purchases on my account, which were taken care of. I cancelled my City Cards and got a new card. However, I'm unsure if the jeans credit went through before cancelling the old card. I was unintentionally enrolled in Amazon Prime, but I don't wish to continue. I ordered two Stabilizer Bar Link Kits (left and right) under order number [redacted]-[redacted]. However, I received two Bushing Kits instead. I promptly returned both incorrect items in the original box via UPS on 4/23/[redacted]. The Proof of Delivery confirms Amazon received the shipment on 4/24/[redacted] at 11:00 P.M. in Hebron, KY. Amazon's return status only shows receipt of one item, even though both were returned in the same box. I have been waiting for a refund to my Amazon Visa card for several weeks now. Despite chatting with an Amazon representative a week ago, the refund is still pending.

I ordered the American Health Probiotic, two bottles, which were delivered on May 19th, [redacted]. When I opened the box, I noticed the bottles were broken and leaking. The driver who delivered the package saw this and took the damaged bottles with him, promising to replace them the next day. However, I have not received the replacement items yet. When I tried to create a return order, it stated that I needed to return the damaged items, which the driver has. I'm unsure of how to proceed. I would appreciate guidance on getting the two items replaced without any additional charges.

I am very frustrated with my experience with your company. I signed up for a free trial, but was charged $12.99 on my card. I managed to get a refund and cancel within 3 days, but your company charged me again a few days later without my authorization. I cannot cancel as I no longer have a membership. I demand a refund, removal of my card from your system, and assurance that I will not be charged again. I have attempted to contact customer support but to no avail. I purchased three $[redacted] Amazon gift cards each, but upon redeeming them, I was informed they had already been used. After contacting Amazon support, I was advised to call [redacted]. Joe instructed me to buy additional cards for a refund, resulting in a total of nine gift cards. He claimed to refund $[redacted] which should reflect in my account in 3 to 5 days. Two days have passed, and I'm questioning why already redeemed cards are being sold. I may need to dispute the charges with my bank for the six cards bought with my debit card. This issue has caused overdraft fees and frustration. I will give it three more days as Joe suggested.

On March 23, [redacted], I placed an order for Yuban coffee and toilet paper with Amazon. Subsequently, I canceled the order after being informed I had unknowingly signed up for auto-refills. I received an email confirming the cancellation. Despite this, today I unexpectedly received 3 cans of coffee that I did not order and explicitly canceled. I have attempted to contact Amazon via phone but was unable to get through as the system indicated they were not taking calls. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, I cannot afford nor do I require this excess coffee. My account page confirms the cancellations were processed. I kindly request the cessation of these shipments promptly, as I am considering involving my credit card company if necessary. Such oversight is disappointing and unprofessional. Today, I received the replacement Visa Card with an updated expiration date of 06/25 to replace my expiring card. Is there a process to update this information with Amazon? Should I simply use my new card details, including the expiration date and the 3-digit security code, for my next Amazon purchase? I have been unable to reach out to Amazon by phone regarding this matter.

As a loyal customer of Amazon for many years, I encountered an issue with my password months ago that I couldn't resolve despite multiple attempts. Despite correctly answering security questions and creating new passwords, I continue to face difficulties accessing my account. I have yet to receive my order placed on April 26, [redacted], with an expected delivery between May 7, [redacted], and May 14, [redacted]. The seller, HiGoing, informed me that due to delays I could either wait or ask for a refund. I opted for a refund of $32.99. After contacting them, they mentioned delays due to the epidemic. Yesterday, Amazon delivered a package for Radheshyam Bhatt to my apartment door without notifying me. Even though I left a note asking for a call before delivery, they did not. Luckily, my tenant told me about the parcel, and I retrieved it. This behavior is unacceptable. If the package had been taken, who would have been responsible? With many tenants in my building, it's crucial to handle deliveries better. Another package is expected on Sunday, 5/24/20, with tracking number TBA[redacted]01. I am hoping for assistance regarding my recent experience with SurePost deliveries. As a loyal Prime member for years, I have appreciated the convenience; however, I have noticed a change lately. Both UPS and FedEx have been redirecting my shipments to the local post office, resulting in a delay of at least 4 days before I receive my package. This extension was not an issue in the past until the introduction of SurePost. Waiting an additional 4 days beyond Amazon's initial estimate is frustrating, making me question the value of maintaining my Prime membership. I have always praised Amazon and its efficiency, but this recent experience has left me dissatisfied. I only wish to receive my orders within a reasonable timeframe. While I understand the challenges posed by Covid-19, these delays appear to be unrelated. Tracking my shipments reveals unnecessary detours across the state, adding to the inconvenience. It is disheartening to witness packages being returned to my starting point after a circular journey from the local post office to the capital and back.

I recently informed the seller that the product I received did not match the one advertised on Amazon. Despite the photos showing a "chromium" plated interior, the four units I received did not have this feature. Even though the seller insists the items are as advertised and requests I cover return shipping and restocking fees, I believe I am entitled to a refund of the item's price and that the seller should cover the return shipping. I have not pursued legal action, but simply seek a fair resolution to receive a refund for the products I am returning in their original packaging. Amazon has acknowledged the claim and is reviewing the case, assuring me they will provide an update via email once the investigation is completed. As of today, May 22, [redacted], I have not received any further communication from Amazon despite their pledge to investigate within one week.
