I've been a long time Amazon customer. Many months ago there was a problem with my password not being accepted. I tried to change it could do so successfully. For many months now, inexplicably I have not been able to successfully navigate your security protocols. I have my same account id: *****@***.com, and although it appears I have answered your security challenges correctly, setting up new passwords and so forth, on the subsequent sign in step again I am denied. Now you have closed access to your webpage for me. My phone number is ***-***-****. For the OTP I do not receive your texts, complicating the matter further. I count on my ability to use your site and consider a privelige. I've been a good customer, I am a Prime user, and I'd greatly appreciate your help. Thank you.*Rex Fehr
