Have the damaged items replaced no charge, the driver took them and I never heard back ... Ordered American Health Probiotic. * bottles*Item was delivered May **th, ****.*Opened box (driver was still here)*And the bottles were broken and leaking. The driver walked back from his truck , picked up the box with the bottles and took them with him and he said he would replace with undamaged *ones the next day. As of this date he hasn’t replaced them. I tried to generate a return order, but it indicated I had to return the damaged*items. The driver has them. Please advise with to do. I would like the two items replaced at no charge.
That the driver took the broken bottles and I would like a exchange but I am unable to return the broken items

I am a good customer, and have been for several years and I buy merchandise on a weekly basis.
Tried to notify by phone and they are not taking phone calls
