Hello, **I am not sure this is an actual email for Amazon or not and I am extremely disappointed in your chat services. Yes there are issue in the country as we speak with a so called pandemic but, you offer zero ways of contacting customer service except through Chat. I got two different agents today. The first agent was supposed to cancel my order but instead of cancelling it, he charged me again for this order. I go back on chat immediately once I found out I was charged again. This chat agent could not have been more unhelpful. She insisted that Amazon did not charge me twice for this instead of refunding my money. I explained that I have proof from my bank account online that I was charged twice and not refunded.**Why, is there no way to contact Amazon and talk to a human and get things fixed instead of talking to a chat agent from god only knows where?**I called my bank and had to now file a dispute because I was charged twice. Technically I was charged $***.** on May **th when the initial order was placed. I was then for some reason refunded $***.** on May **th. I was then charged again on May ** for $***.**. This was done by Amazon. Then today when I chatted with an agent instead of canceling the order he charged me again (May **). This was the third charge. So instead of canceling the order and refunding my money the agent charged me again. So that is now $***.** out of my account for an item that was supposed to deliver on May ** but then was marked as “Delayed” in my account. **Its fine, I know there are a lot of things going on right now but there should really be a way to contact Amazon other than some person on Chat who could careless about how many times you were charged for an item that I will never get. Then sit there and argue with me that I was not charged when I am staring at my bank account and see two charges for the item. **Because your chat agents were not helpful and you cannot contact anyone in customer service directly, I had to file a dispute with my bank in order to get my money back for an item I will never get. This is unacceptable and you should be ashamed of yourselves for having people working for you that just do not care. At this moment in time with so many uncertainties of work and money, I now have to wait for my dispute to get back $**** dollars on an item I was never going to get. **It will be a long time before I buy anything off of Amazon again if ever….**Very disappointed **Michael J Capodarco, Sr.
