Subject: Issue with Returned Shower Rod I am writing to address an email I received regarding the return of a defective shower rod for which I had already received a refund. The email mentioned that I would be charged if the rod wasn't returned by May 28th. However, I returned the rod on February 20th, as evidenced by the attached snapshot of the return information page. The page clearly indicates the receipt of the Habilife Tension Curtain Rod and the refund issued on the same day. Hello, I purchased a $[redacted] Google Play card for my boyfriend this morning. I am Mary Ann Hilliard. I sent it to [redacted] They said it was sent but it seems he still hasn't received it. When I called, they claimed my email doesn't exist, which is odd since they just emailed me. My correct email is [redacted] They couldn't find any record of my email address. Despite changing my password, I haven't received any help locating the gift card. I've double-checked the email address multiple times and it's correct. I bought two 13-inch flower pots, but received 15-inch pots instead. I tried to return them at the UPS store, but they wanted $8 for a box, which I found unacceptable. I tried to contact customer service to resolve this issue, but due to the current circumstances, I was unable to speak with a representative. Consequently, I have reordered the correct size flower pots and also have not received the calcium pills I ordered, so I reordered those as well. I am concerned about being charged twice for these items and would appreciate assistance in resolving these matters promptly.

This morning, I purchased a $[redacted] Google card as a member of the Prime Club. I sent the card to [redacted], but he never received it. I used my email [redacted] I am concerned as I have not received any confirmation yet. Upon contacting customer service, they mentioned they did not find any account under my details. The email associated with this issue was [redacted] The reference number for this matter is [redacted]. My Amazon account has been compromised. Despite changing my password multiple times a day to thwart the hacker, they managed to remove my phone number. I had to create a new account using my Gmail address, but I encountered issues with the password, One-Time Codes (OTC), and signing in. The problem extended to my Gmail account as well. I contacted the bank to replace my card due to security concerns. Recently, I received a false refund email regarding a delivered item, which I disregarded. The order number provided in the email is [redacted], but I can't verify it due to the account access issue. I urgently need assistance in recovering my original Amazon account, as I have essential information and my Prime library linked to it. Thank you.

I purchased the movie "Ever After" from Movie Mars Inc. on April 29th, and it arrived on May 11th. However, I encountered an issue when trying to play it due to a region restriction that was not disclosed beforehand. Movie Mars Inc. has put the blame on me for not checking the region coding before purchasing. They are asking me to return the DVD at my own expense of $3.99 for the initial shipping and the return shipping cost. I believe I am entitled to a full refund since the error was on their end. They should ensure that future customers receive movies compatible with their region without confusion. It is unacceptable for customers to bear the responsibility of verifying such details. I am inquiring about two items on my May statement. One item was returned prior, resulting in a remaining balance of $32.62 after accounting for the return. It seems a $50.00 gift card was issued for the returned item, but I also noticed a $15.00 late fee and a $50.62 interest charge. It was challenging to keep track, not knowing if the return was received. As a loyal and prompt customer, this treatment is unacceptable. Considering discontinuing Amazon Prime and shopping with Amazon in the future. There are alternative options to consider. Best regards, P. Safley.

I ordered a Keurig K50 coffee brewer on May 12. It arrived on May 18, and I believed it was through Prime. The quality of the item was poor, so I requested a refund. When I received the shipping label, I found out that the shipping cost at the post office was $58.38 for an item worth $[redacted], which was not up to the expected quality. I have been unsuccessful in reaching Jens Goody's for a refund. I was hoping that Amazon would handle the refund and shipping costs. On April 8, [redacted], I was charged $41.30 for 2 U.S. Disabled American caps that I never received. Despite the seller's claim that it was delivered on May 8th and signed for, I have not received any package from Amazon or signed for any delivery. I am seeking a refund of $41.30. I have attempted to contact Amazon multiple times but have only reached an automated recording. This discrepancy has greatly upset me as the order was intended as a gift for my husband's birthday. On May 16th, I accidentally ordered two sets of items from Amazon. One of the duplicated orders is for a JoJo Siwa poster bundle, and the other is for a pink yoga mat. I only intended to order one of each. Despite my attempts to cancel both orders, the website mentioned that cancellation was uncertain as the items were close to shipping. I requested the cancellation on the same day due to unintentional ordering, but as of May 19th, the JoJo Siwa posters were already shipped. I tried initiating a return for one set today, but the only options provided involve Amazon and UPS drop-offs, which are not feasible for me due to the Covid-19 situation. As for the pink yoga mat, I couldn't cancel it since it was part of a multi-item promotion. I kindly ask for the return and refund of these mistakenly ordered items with order number [redacted]-[redacted] before they reach me. I recently discovered unauthorized activity on my Amazon account resulting in an order placed without my consent. Unfortunately, the hacker changed my password, preventing me from accessing my account. When attempting to recover it, the security question asked for an outdated card's expiration date, which I couldn't recall. Despite my efforts, I couldn't reach customer service or the fraud department for assistance. This situation has caused me much distress and hindered my ability to cancel the erroneous order. After making several unsuccessful login attempts and finally retrieving my old debit card information, I found myself blocked from my account. I placed an order with KATE POSH on May 5, [redacted] (Order # [redacted]-[redacted]) for a picture frame. Unfortunately, the package I received contained a boys' Carhartt sweatshirt instead of the picture frame I ordered. This mix-up has caused me considerable frustration as the frame was a time-sensitive gift. I am seeking the prompt delivery of the correct picture frame and a discount as compensation for the inconvenience I have experienced. In the third round now. Explained my issue thoroughly. Summarizing - I have ALL premium networks with my DISH subscription, never been charged for a DISH app before but was charged $5.99 for EPIX, which I canceled. Wondering why EPIX, the only app I pay for through DISH, had a duplicate charge. Disappointed in the lack of customer service from such a wealthy company. Considering canceling Music Unlimited, Prime, and other Amazon accounts. Fire sticks are poorly made, possibly in China or the Philippines. The devices like Echo seem to interact without a prompt. Considering discarding them as they seem like a waste of money.

Regarding Order [redacted]-[redacted], I contacted my credit card company on Monday, 5/18 to dispute a charge of $[redacted].82 for 2 sets of [redacted] face masks as I had not received the delivery. However, on Tuesday, 5/19, the delivery arrived. I called my credit card company again to cancel the dispute as I intend to keep and pay for the product. They advised me to inform Amazon, as they would be sending correspondence about this issue. I am letting you know that I wish to keep the items and pay for them. Can you assist me with this matter?

I was informed that my package was delivered, but I couldn't locate it anywhere. I have searched thoroughly and waited for over a week, yet it has not surfaced. I have attempted various solutions without success. I have faced numerous challenges in reaching out to Amazon, and I am frustrated with the experience. Unfortunately, the package never materialized, and I feel helpless in this situation. I am Sandra T. at [redacted], my prime account was mistakenly closed instead of the inactive one on my phone. One customer service representative assured me they would close the correct account, yet another representative sent an email notifying me that they closed the wrong account. This error has caused issues with my auto deliveries, resulting in some being returned and others not being delivered. Despite being promised a resolution within 2 business days since May 8th, I have not received any further communication. Living remotely without easy access to shopping, and with my husband, a veteran, battling a brain tumor, it is vital that we receive merchandise through deliveries. I am in urgent need of a manager to reach out to me promptly to rectify this situation as we are struggling due to this mishap.

I placed an order for toilet paper on March 26th but have not yet received it as of today, May 20th. The tracking information is unavailable, and the order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. This order is from China, and despite contacting the seller twice, I have received inconsistent responses. They offered me another order, but I am solely interested in a refund. Unfortunately, the seller has been unresponsive and provided various excuses, even mentioning the possibility of bankruptcy, which I find unreasonable. Hello, I am facing an issue with Amazon regarding a disputed charge on my account. The card used belonged to my father, who cancelled it without filing a chargeback. Unfortunately, I cannot pay the $[redacted] order as my account is closed, and I am unable to add another card. My current debit card has a $[redacted] daily transaction limit. I've spoken to my bank but to no avail. Is it possible to charge for each item individually? This way, I can pay for most items in the order, except one.
