I was informed that the product was delivered directly to Mr. Devaraja Panicker on May 15, [redacted]. Due to current restrictions, deliveries should be left at the security gate, but neither the security nor any resident has received the parcel. This has been the practice for weeks, with deliveries left at the gate for flat members. As the recipient is a senior citizen, it's crucial to resolve this issue promptly. I have a package marked as delivered but it has not shown up at my work address, which is a business location, not a residence. On December 16, [redacted], I placed an order with Amazon for four items. Unfortunately, one item, self-grip curlers, did not arrive as expected. Instead, I received LED bulbs in error. I contacted Amazon and followed their instructions to return the bulbs to their refund service center in Indianapolis. The bulbs were mailed on January 2, [redacted], and I received confirmation of their receipt on January 6, [redacted]. Amazon did send me a replacement order for the curlers, which I did receive. However, on March 29, [redacted], I received an email from Amazon stating that the original set of curlers was not returned, and they charged my VISA $7.99. There was confusion as the LED bulbs were mistakenly shipped instead of the curlers initially. I believe I should not be charged a second $7.99 fee as only one set of curlers was received. Thank you.

A package was delivered to Lona S. @[redacted] Branco Ave, Merced, CA [redacted] on Saturday, 5/16/[redacted]. I only found the package outside when I checked my USPS mail, and my city has a high rate of package theft. Despite having a sign asking for the doorbell to be rung for deliveries, it was not done. The excuse of Covid-19 preventing phone calls is frustrating, and the provided categories for contact do not address specific issues. I am asking for my account to be marked requesting doorbell ring for future deliveries. If this simple request cannot be met, I will consider shopping elsewhere. It's important to remember that customer support is crucial in business success. Please find a way to answer calls during Covid-19. I hope this message reaches you.

I placed an order yesterday and signed up for a free Prime trial. Today, when I try to log on, it asks for an OTP and sends a code to my Greek mobile number, which is not working here in Australia. Unfortunately, this means I cannot access my OTP and can no longer log in no matter what I do. The help screens are not offering any assistance. My Greek mobile, +30 [redacted] [redacted] 48 41, is out of credit and will not receive my OTP. My username is [redacted] and I just placed an order yesterday. I encountered an issue with Amazon when I tried to log in using my valid password. They prompted me to authenticate with a one-time password (OTP), but I can't access my Google email and had to create a ProtonMail account as a backup. I stopped using my smartphone and reverted to a flip phone, which has caused problems with Amazon, Google, and Twitter requesting social two-step verification, which I haven't set up due to not wanting a second email. Now with ProtonMail, I can't access any account to update my email or phone. As a long-time Amazon member of over 20 years, I didn't expect to face identity verification issues, especially since I heavily rely on Amazon services, especially being confined to a wheelchair.

I placed an order for 4 books on May 2, with payments cleared on May 4, but the items have not been received. B. Regarding Amazon Order #[redacted]-[redacted], I received the headboard/frame and box spring via USPS successfully. However, the mattress sent via UPS has not arrived. UPS claims it was delivered, but I have not received it, and the Amazon website indicates a delay in delivery with an expected date of 5/1/[redacted]. Both UPS and Amazon do not show a tracking number, but UPS can locate the shipment by the delivery address. Kindly assist promptly as my grandchild is without a mattress. I prefer receiving the mattress rather than a refund. I have been attempting to contact Amazon without success for weeks. The mattress company advised me to try this method of contact. I purchased a package of 50 facial masks for $37.02 around May 9. Despite an email confirming delivery on May 15, the package did not arrive by then. I was at home all weekend, checked outside multiple times, yet found no delivery. Tracking revealed that the package was delivered on May 11. I have not left my house, and the doorbell did not ring. I require the package but do not wish to incur extra costs. The UPS driver did not ring my bell, and I cannot spend all day by the window watching for the truck. I have been in touch with various Amazon representatives regarding this issue, but it has not been resolved yet. Ashley and her husband did not receive the gift card, and I am hopeful that the Gift Card escalation team will reach out with a solution soon. Despite my efforts to follow up, I have not received any updates from Amazon since the initial conversation with the representative named May. I typically opt for electronic gift cards, but I chose a physical card for this special occasion of the birth of Ashley's baby. Dear Amazon, I believe that customers should have the right to know the origin of the products they purchase on your platform. Many times, the location from which an item is shipped remains undisclosed, leading to uncertainty. I think it's a reasonable request to ask for this information to be readily available on every product page. In my experience, delivery estimates are usually accurate when the item ships from within the United States. However, if it's coming from a country with customs procedures, the delivery time significantly extends to 60-90 days. Dealing with returns or issues for products from such distant locations can be incredibly challenging. To address this, I suggest either disclosing the shipping location or including a notice about possible delays due to customs clearance. This way, customers can make better-informed decisions. If not, I propose that Amazon ensures hassle-free returns and full refunds for products from foreign sellers. I choose Amazon for its safety and reputation, but the lack of transparency around shipping locations concerns me. I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate decision-makers at Amazon. Thank you.

Order #[redacted]-[redacted] arrived yesterday. The bigger food container's cover has a large star-shaped crack. I have a photo available if needed. Additionally, the lid of the product box was not closed properly, the locking tab was missing, indicating it might have been opened before. The retail package was loose in the shipping box, likely getting damaged in transit. I kindly request a return and replacement for the damaged items. I attempted to contact support through the chat bot but faced several hours of hold time before discontinuing the chat.

I purchased the book "Girl with a Pearl Earring: A Novel" for my mother-in-law's Mother's Day gift, with the expectation of a May 9th delivery. On the 9th, I received a delivery notification, but by 8:00 PM, the package had not arrived. Due to the current crisis, I discovered the customer service line was suspended. I reached out via online chat, where the representative acknowledged the issue and informed me the delivery would be delayed by 3 days. Knowing my 80-year-old mother-in-law wouldn't receive it on time, the representative offered a refund and advised me to keep the product if it eventually arrived. However, I recently received a notification stating I must return the item by month-end to prevent a recharge. This situation is confusing and frustrating.
