The issue in GetHuman-girlsmim's own words
I am unable to access my account. I cancelled my old cell phone, and cused my old land line number as my current cell phone (and only phone). I clicked * step verification but I don't know what Push notifications are, and I no longer have the cell number you have listed. I returned a computer through Kohl's on March * or *. The credit still doesn't show up on my synchrony Prime account. Also, I tried, thru synchony help, to cancel *Britbox, Hallmark Now and *Acorn last month. The girl at Synchrony said she would take of it but when I called them today, they said they can't contact Amazon. I have a scan now of my ID for Arizona driver license, but am mot sure what exactly to do with it so I can get access to my account. There must be an easier way. So far, I've spent about *-* hours trying to contact someone at Amazon to *) make sure you received the duplicate computer I accidently ordered, and *) get Britbox, Acorn and Hallmark Now cancelled. I hope to hear from someone soon. Thanks, Sandra Nye
