I have an immediate need to pay my power, internet, and mobile phone services and I don't want an interruption in services.
Please refund the $*** as quickly as you can, so I can pay these three bills. When I finish writing this, I'm going to call them.
I've been with Amazon for several years and you've never had a problem with my payments and I think I've only had one issue with an order not arriving.
I used the automated page, but it said I didn't say how I wanted the issue resolved, but I did. I said I wanted a refund because I've never used prime.
