Despite no updates after that date, USPS cannot locate it. The seller is unable to assist as well, suspecting it's lost in transit. They advised me to seek a refund from Amazon. Amazon requests that I wait four additional days, but I'm eager to resolve this promptly. I request a refund today for order # [redacted]-[redacted] totaling $64.94.

I bought Thera Tears Sterilid after a recommendation from my eye doctor, but upon reviewing the ingredient list, I noticed it contains harmful chemicals. I want to avoid using it on my eyes. I discovered natural alternatives on Amazon and tried to return the unopened Sterilid, only to find out it is not eligible for returns. The bottle's seal remains intact. I want to return it and purchase a product with natural ingredients instead. I have Amazon Prime, expecting flexible return options. Could you assist me in resolving this matter so I can exchange it? I need assistance with my undelivered order. On 19/2/[redacted], I placed Order No. [redacted]-[redacted] for a Typecast Retro Typewriter by We R Memory Keepers Black, priced at Rs. [redacted]. Amazon stated it would be supplied by affiliate [redacted] Stores by 5th March'[redacted]. Despite several follow-ups, I later learned that [redacted] Stores discontinued the Amazon platform. I have tried reaching out via email and calls to no avail. My account is now locked, preventing me from making more complaints or orders. The IVR system is also not connecting me to any customer service representative. Please assist me in obtaining a refund for the undelivered item. I called last Saturday and spoke to a representative. They asked for my credit card number, promising it wouldn't be charged. However, $[redacted] was taken from my account. I need to talk to a live operator urgently at [redacted]. It's crucial I reach someone. I am scheduled to meet with the Better Business Bureau. Ten others have warned me that Amazon has previously done this, and it's impossible to contact them. I simply want my money refunded as I did not authorize the $[redacted] withdrawal from my account.

On April 14, [redacted], I placed order# [redacted]-[redacted]. The order got lost during transit, and I didn't receive any updates until May 8th. I reached out to the seller twice regarding the missing items and requested a refund. Last night, they refunded only $10.91, but the total order cost was much higher at $53.49. Since the carrier lost the items, I believe I shouldn't be charged, and I expect a full refund for the lost products. I have had issues with their service before, and I hope Amazon can step in and ensure a full refund is issued for the uncompleted services due to the faulty third-party shipping.

I received a statement dated May 14, [redacted], showing a charge of $11.70 posted on May 7, [redacted] for an item I did not purchase. Upon review, I discovered an email confirming the purchase made on May 6, [redacted] for a Kindle Book titled "Grit and Grace Train the Mind, Train the Body" from Amazon Digital based in Seattle, Washington. I do not use Kindle books and have never placed this order. I am reaching out to Amazon's Fraud Department for assistance regarding this issue. A few days ago, I received an email from Amazon informing me that my email address had been changed without my authorization. Initially, I thought it was a spam email and did not take action. However, I have now noticed that my Amazon account is linked to a different email address. While I am currently logged in on my computer, I am unsure if any changes or purchases have been made using the new email. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account from another device as it does not recognize my original email address. I also noticed an unauthorized sign-in from Iran on May 11th at 1 AM EST. I purchased a butterfly cage to raise five butterflies, but somehow two were delivered to my son in Seattle on different days. I received a computer that had someone else's information on it, despite being sold as brand new. Also, the speaker makes a cracking noise at certain pitches. The third-party seller advised me to wipe the computer to remove the previous user's information and asked me to contact the manufacturer about the speaker issue. I was told I could return the computer, but due to COVID-19, I can't be without a computer as it is essential for my work. I believe I should be eligible to file an A-to-z Claim for a full refund to my card, not as a gift card. I desperately need assistance as I rely on this computer for work.

Hello, I was supposed to receive a parcel shipped from you, No [redacted][redacted], via private courier yesterday, Thursday, May 14th. It appears that the carrier could not access the building or the mailbox, which surprises me as I live in a house on a road that is easily accessible, and the mailbox is also directly accessible. I received a message saying that my address is incorrect, which is not the case. Therefore, I am canceling this order and requesting a full refund. I recently sent a Mother's Day gift to a friend which turned out to be different from what I expected, leading to confusion and disappointment. After speaking with a customer service representative named Steve, who my friend also talked to, it was mentioned we could receive a refund if we returned the product. Following this, I contacted Amazon Prime customer service again and spoke to a representative called Sam, who was unhelpful and suggested leaving a negative review. I felt mistreated during these interactions and did not expect this level of service. I am upset by the situation and the lack of assistance provided, especially considering my long-time loyalty to Amazon Prime.

Order number [redacted] placed on May 13th, supposed to arrive on the 14th, has not been delivered as of the 15th. The delivery service, ASM, falsely claims I changed the delivery time. I am greatly disappointed with Amazon. I will likely return the entire order due to the poor customer service experience. Contacting customer service has been futile. This reflects poorly on a company as reputable as Amazon. I am reconsidering my Prime membership, given other companies like PCComponentes deliver within 24 to 42 hours without issue. The problem persists, no contact has been made for resolution. If it arrives on Monday, it will be promptly returned. This is unacceptable.

I am a proud owner of several Kindles and have been since the early days. I truly believe it's one of the best electronic devices ever created, and I read 2-3 books weekly. I have a question regarding my Oasis 9th gen Kindle, which is my favorite. Initially, I noticed it had slightly less battery life than my other Kindles, but that didn't overshadow its benefits. Lately, I've observed that the battery is draining much quicker than normal. Is it possible to purchase a replacement battery, with or without installation? I would prefer installation if available. I can use my other Kindles while my Oasis is being repaired. I apologize for the lengthy message, but I wanted to emphasize how important my Oasis is to me. Thank you for your excellent service.

I ordered 1 gallon of unopened molasses but received significantly less in damaged packaging. The container was leaking, seal broken, and cap cross-threaded. The item arrived inappropriately packaged in a damaged Amazon box. I found the black Amazon tape to be the only salvageable part. Although I'm frustrated, I'm willing to return the item at no cost. I prefer a refund or store credit rather than a replacement due to concerns about shipping safety. I had to return it via USPS, the only option provided. Hi, I need some help with my Amazon account. I tried to log in with my username and password, however, I got prompted to enter a One Time Password (OTP) that was sent to my outdated phone number. I have searched the Amazon website for a solution but couldn't find one. The website advises me to contact Amazon Customer Service, but to do so, I need to authenticate, which I can't do without the OTP.

I made a purchase on Amazon for face masks from a seller named Baodanyhn, which claimed to be based in California, not China, which appealed to me. Despite receiving multiple shipment notifications, I have yet to receive my order.
