On April **, **** I placed order* ***-*******-*******. The order was lost in transit and received no updates in regard to being received by the next point of contact to the eighth day of May. I had to contact the seller twice in regard to the issue requesting a refund for the missing items. Finally last night they issued a refund of only $**.**. The total of the order was *Order Summary*Item(s) Subtotal:$**.***Shipping & Handling:$*.***Total before tax:$**.***Estimated tax to be collected:$*.***Grand Total:$**.**. Since the carrier has lost the item I should not be responsible for any charges and should receive a full credit for the lost product. I am not the first customer of theirs to receive poor service and wish for Amazon to intercede in this matter and enforce they issue a full refund for services the seller did not complete due to faulty third party shipping which I can not help.
GetHuman2375377 did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
