My name is George T. I purchased a radiator listed as a Modine Radiator for my Jeep Cherokee on February 26, [redacted]. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. Upon receiving the item, it was clear it was not a Modine radiator. I returned it to Amazon, and UPS picked it up. I received a credit on March 2, [redacted]. However, I was charged $97.99 again on April 4, [redacted], as Amazon claimed they never received the return from UPS. After contacting customer service around April 10, [redacted], I was assured that they had received the radiator and I would receive a credit on my next bill, but it never appeared. I have been a loyal Prime customer and never had issues with returns before. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and resolved promptly.

Hello, I encountered an issue today when attempting to access my Amazon account. Upon entering my usual login information, it indicated that my password was incorrect. Despite several attempts, I was unable to successfully log in. I eventually initiated a password reset, during which I was prompted to provide the expiration date of a previously used card. However, as the card in question was a prepaid Visa card that I no longer have, I am now unable to proceed with the password reset and access my account.

On May 5, I engaged in a live chat to cancel my Prime Membership that was canceled before the renewal date. During the conversation, I discovered 2 unauthorized channel subscriptions charged to my account. Unable to communicate with my spouse due to legal reasons, I found out these charges are from a computer under her control. I require a refund for the 2 subscriptions and assistance in logging out these devices to prevent further unauthorized charges.

I have attempted to make a purchase multiple times, but the system requires me to undergo an ID confirmation process. Unfortunately, I am currently facing issues with both verification options provided. Luis's iOS Device: My iPhone 6S has been damaged extensively and is no longer functional. SMS Code: Due to my relocation to Spain, I no longer have access to my registered Venezuelan phone number. When trying to contact customer service through the provided link, I find myself stuck in an endless loop that leads me back to the beginning without connecting me to any representative, regardless of how many times I try. Recovering from a traumatic brain injury. I've been working on placing an order for several days, spending several hours. Once I am finally able to place my order, I am encountering issues with the verification process for my email address. I have tried my three usual passwords, all to no avail. After spending the last 2.5 hours attempting to place my order and seeking customer service assistance to no avail, I am extremely frustrated. Dealing with these challenges is already difficult, and being unable to complete my order due to verification issues is adding unnecessary stress. I recently purchased some jugs of water softener solution, but unfortunately, 4 of them arrived leaking. The mailman wouldn't take them back, and now I have these almost empty, leaky bottles that I need to send back for a replacement. It's frustrating that I have to return them when they arrived damaged. I've initiated the replacement process, but I'm not happy about this situation. I even have photos of the damaged bottles if needed. This experience with Amazon has been disappointing. I hope to hear from them soon to sort this out.

I am having trouble with my Amazon Prime order. Order ID: [redacted]-[redacted] placed with Anler Corp for 2 boxes of 50 face masks each has not been fulfilled. When trying to check the order status, the page is missing on Amazon. Despite sending multiple emails using the problem button on tracking, I keep receiving the message to wait 2 days to be eligible for a refund repeatedly. The Amazon bot only provides fixed responses and does not have an option to reset the conversation. Since I cannot contact Anler except through Amazon, I am reaching out to Chase to inquire about getting a refund as the purchase was made with my Amazon Chase card. This is my first experience facing customer service issues with Amazon, and it has been challenging.

Order# [redacted]-[redacted] Regarding my recent return, both items were shipped back in a single UPS box, but only one has been credited as returned. I received a return reminder and was asked to send back the remaining item by May 21 to avoid additional charges. I need assistance with this matter as I don't want to be charged for an item I've already returned. Thank you.

I have noticed a recurring charge of $13.77 on my Citi card ending in -[redacted]. A Citi representative mentioned that this charge was for Amazon Prime. My husband recalls signing up for a free trial of Prime a while back to buy some items but never used the Prime features for the purchases. Given his age of 90, he does not wish to have Prime membership. Could you kindly remove the Prime charges as we do not require the membership, although we might shop on Amazon occasionally.

Hello, I am writing regarding a purchase I made on 5/8/[redacted] for a total of $78.06. Upon reviewing my bank statement, I noticed that I was charged twice for the same purchase, with each charge being $78.02. I recently had a grocery delivery from Whole Foods, and unfortunately, the Organic Hearts of Romaine package was missing its safety strip. Three months ago, my account was blocked by Amazon for suspicious activity. Despite numerous attempts to contact them for assistance, I have only been told to wait 24 hours. It has been three months, and I have reached out multiple times with no response. My Amazon Prime account is crucial for my business, and I urgently need access restored. The issue stemmed from my daughter attempting to make unauthorized purchases using a friend's credit card. I only have the last two digits of the credit card number. My daughter has been disciplined for her actions, but I desperately need access to my account reinstated promptly.

Hello, yesterday I purchased two Invicta watches using my Mastercard from Banco de Bogota. Shortly after making the purchase, I received a confirmation but then my account was blocked because it was requested to submit additional information to prevent fraud. This morning, I sent the latest credit card statement from the bank but was informed after 3 hours to resend it as it wasn't clear. The payment has already been deducted from my card. I have been trying to place an order for the book series "The Cartel 1-3" for my daughter for the last 5 days. I signed up for a trial of Prime for the 4-day delivery, but the delivery didn't arrive within the expected time frame. I've been struggling to cancel the subscription and received only a partial order on May 11th. Confusingly, it seems I'm now signed up for auto-deliveries of 3 products without my knowledge. Despite changing my password, I can't access my account with the new one. I've reached out for help multiple times, spending hours following instructions that didn't resolve the issue. At 77 years old, I feel frustrated with the lack of assistance, especially considering the supposed help for seniors.

I have canceled my Prime subscription since the first month of use. I've canceled it 5-6 times. I want my money back. I even spoke with representatives before Covid. I am retired and disabled, living on a fixed income. I rarely watch movies or listen to music. Your records will confirm that. Please refund all the monthly Prime payments. I initially subscribed to save on shipping, but it's not worth it since I hardly ever order anything. Thank you.

I am currently experiencing numerous problems with Amazon. When I reach out via chat to address these issues, representatives are meant to call me promptly. However, recently, the calls have resulted in immediate disconnections upon answering. Although I did manage to speak with a customer service representative, they assured me that all my concerns had been resolved. I find this hard to believe, as individuals from months ago are informing me that they never received the items I returned. I returned these items in brand-new condition, still in their original packaging, so I don't understand why people are claiming otherwise. It seems baffling to me that changes have been made to my account without my knowledge. I would appreciate assistance in deleting my Amazon account. Thank you for your help. I had a $60 gift card credited to my Amazon account due to unauthorized debit card charges some time ago. Every time I logged into my account, it would be there. Now that I am ready to use it on a $60 purchase, it's nowhere to be found. It usually automatically applies to the order total, but this time it's missing. I am certain I haven't used it. I am frustrated that my $60 credit has disappeared from my Amazon account. I want it reinstated immediately. It's disappointing that Amazon has removed my $60 credit just when I planned to use it. I was charged twice for an item, and while I recognize one charge for the Asurion 2-year tablet accident plan for $39.99, I do not know what the second charge is for. It seems like an error. The charges were processed on 4/22/20 at 6:46 pm and 6:50 pm on the same day from my checking account. Asurion informed me to contact you regarding this, but due to current circumstances, I cannot reach you via phone or the Amazon Assistant. Please let me know if you require more information.
