I am Patricia Twenter. I signed up for the free month trial on Amazon Prime, but the next day, May 8th, I saw that we were charged for one month of Amazon Prime. After speaking with Amazon for over two hours, the representative wanted us to leave a page open on our computer for a phone call. I am requesting to cancel our Prime membership and receive a refund for the charged month. We are eager for the cancellation and reimbursement to our bank account. Thank you. In February or March, I purchased the Mikasa 2-tier rectangular fruit storage basket from Gourmet Basics. Due to COVID-19, I couldn't return it to Amazon. I found out that a nearby UPS store accepts free returns for Amazon. They told me to contact you to change the return location for the first package I prepared to drop off at [redacted] N. Lasalle St, Suite [redacted], Chicago, IL. Can you help me change the return location to the UPS store near my home for free shipping? This package needs to be shipped back before June 1st. I have not received an order since the end of March. Today I once again received a text stating my package was delivered, yet there was no package. This frustrating situation has been occurring since the end of March. I am fed up with the excuses provided. I am reaching out to my 5,[redacted] friends on Facebook, urging them to boycott Amazon. I am also requesting the press to look into why packages are not being delivered to the residences of individuals with disabilities.

I bought the Wahl Clipper Home Barber Kit Model 79[redacted] in March for at-home haircutting. Unfortunately, the personal trimmer has stopped working despite minimal use. I recently purchased a metal detector on Amazon using my credit card through PayPal. Despite having the receipt indicating that it was delivered on 4/22/20, UPS confirmed the package was sent to an unknown person at an address not belonging to me. The item cost $99.94. I have been unable to contact anyone on the phone, including Amazon and PayPal due to technical issues. It is frustrating that UPS cannot disclose the delivery details, and the PayPal seller is unresponsive. I am eager to get a refund for the undelivered item.

Greetings, I'm a new Amazon seller seeking assistance to navigate the platform successfully. I registered recently, but I am encountering issues with product scans showing restrictions or requiring approval. Feeling frustrated, I revisited Seller Central to verify my registration process. While using university credentials, I accessed a screen prompting registration for Japan and Europe. Despite initially declining, a message warned that failure to register would impede my selling capabilities, so I proceeded to mark them. Subsequently, my bank alerted me to authorize a charge from Amazon, which I declined considering my prior payment of $39.99. Shortly after, my original account was deactivated for 90 days. How can I reactivate my account? I am currently at home and unable to access it for the next 90 days. I ordered 2 - 5/8" Hot Tools Curling Irons on April 9, [redacted]. I got a delivery notice scheduled for arrival by Friday, April 17th from Beauty Prime. I used my Visa ending in [redacted] to pay for it, totaling $63.56. The order was to ship to [redacted] Shippen Drive, Moon Township, PA [redacted]. However, I was confused by a message asking me to click "Place Order" to agree to Walmart's Updated Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. I would appreciate a prompt explanation regarding this matter. My Amazon account is locked, and they are requesting proof of payment for my Visa debit card. Even though it's a debit card linked to my bank account, they keep asking for payment proof as if it's a credit card. I've sent a photo copy of my debit card with my picture and a bank statement, but I keep getting emails asking for payment proof. Hello, I am writing to report that my Amazon account was compromised. Unauthorized activity was detected where someone attempted to use a MasterCard ending in [redacted], which does not belong to me. I quickly canceled the fraudulent orders that were placed. Subsequently, I received an email alert regarding suspicious actions on my account, prompting me to verify my details. Fortunately, I utilize Cash App for transactions, so no funds were withdrawn from my bank account. However, there are pending shipments that I am concerned about. I engaged in a chat conversation two days ago, and I was assured that a representative would contact me via email within 24 hours. Regrettably, I have not received any follow-up communication. I am reaching out for urgent assistance with restoring access to my account or exploring alternative ordering methods. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you.

I have yet to receive my order that was scheduled to arrive between April 28 and May 5. After reaching out to the seller several times, I was informed that the product is being held in Customs in New York and is expected to be delivered within the next 7 business days. I acknowledge the current unusual circumstances, but this pandemic has been ongoing for some time. It seems that the third-party shipper may have committed to a delivery date that was not realistic. If I had been given a more precise delivery estimate, I would not have placed the order. During a conversation with Customer Service (the one instance I was able to connect), I was advised that Amazon is unable to take any action to improve the situation. As a frequent Amazon customer with over [redacted] orders placed, I am disappointed by the apparent lack of concern regarding this matter. I am growing frustrated with the extended wait.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes on Amazon, and upon receiving them, I noticed a strong chemical smell. The seller offered me $8 instead of returning the shoes due to expensive return shipping. I believe that Amazon should disclose the country of origin for items, as I was surprised to find out the shoes were from China. Additionally, I shouldn't have to cover the return fees for an item that was not as described. eBay includes this information, and I request the same transparency from Amazon. I have contacted the seller, who has agreed to process a return, albeit in unclear English, but I anticipate hefty return fees. This situation could have been avoided if the country of origin was clearly stated.

I have been unwell and couldn't review my charges for months. I recently discovered you've been charging $13.85 monthly on my American Express for Amazon Prime Shipping Club, which I never signed up for. My purchases on Amazon are solely books, and it's been a while since I placed an order. Dealing with Stage 4 cancer adds to my stress, so I kindly request a refund of all past Amazon Prime charges to ease my situation. I will be ordering a book shortly. Thank you for your assistance.

My spouse and I bought 5 Amazon Prime movies. Three of them (Rogue One, Star Wars Force Awakens, and World War Z) are under my wife's account ([redacted]), while two (Wolf of Wall Street, San Andreas) are under my account ([redacted]). We maintain separate accounts for privacy reasons. After realizing that some movies only appeared on one TV's Purchased list, not both, I contacted Amazon support. They explained that Prime movies don't show under multiple account names simultaneously on TVs. To view all 5 movies on both TVs, we must switch accounts. They suggested repurchasing 2 movies under my wife's account, which is disappointing. We prefer to have all movies listed without constantly switching accounts. It would be great if the 2 movies under my account could be transferred to my wife's account so we can access all movies together. Thank you for your attention.

I have been a loyal Amazon/Amazon Prime customer since the beginning. While I have previously had some questions, I generally accepted that Amazon Prime's next or one-day delivery might take around 3 days. However, my latest order placed on May 2, [redacted], was expected to be delivered by 9 pm today, which is now the 10th, but it hasn't arrived yet. Checking the tracking information, I see that it's now showing delivery dates of the 11th or 12th. I'm starting to question why I pay extra each month for Amazon Prime when the delivery times don't seem any faster than standard shipping. Additionally, I'm frustrated that I can't use Amazon Prime Music with my Alexa devices and have to pay extra for Amazon Music. After waiting for 10 days, I'm disappointed that an order I expected to be guaranteed by Amazon Prime for next-day delivery is still not here.

My order was shipped to Saudi Arabia through Shop and Ship from Amazon. The item, a wetsuit, was too big, and I needed to return it by Feb. 1, [redacted].
