Good day, Yesterday morning, I deposited a check into my bank account to make an online purchase with Amazon. When trying to complete the transaction on their website, I was informed my account was on hold due to a bank inquiry. I called the bank and was told the funds wouldn't be accessible until this morning. Today, I attempted another purchase but both transactions failed as my account is still locked. After contacting my bank again, I was told it's an issue on their end. I am disappointed that despite my effort to correct the shipping address to California, the package ended up at my PO Box in Tucson, AZ. I want the gift to be received by my parents in California, especially now during such a difficult time for our family. Amazon's assistance in resolving this issue has been unsatisfactory.

I am reaching out about an issue with an undelivered package with Order #[redacted][redacted] that was reportedly delivered by USPS on 3/17/20. Despite USPS confirming the delivery, I assure you that I did not receive the package. I have followed their instructions and sent a letter to the provided Amazon address in Moonachie, NJ regarding the investigation but have not heard back. I recently got a new phone and phone number. Unfortunately, my new phone, an older iPhone, does not support push notifications. When I try to log in to my Amazon account, I am prompted to choose a method to receive notifications. However, all three options require access to devices or phone numbers that I no longer have. Due to the current circumstances, I am unable to contact Amazon by phone, and I cannot email them without being logged in. I am a paying Amazon Prime member, and this situation is very frustrating. I have tried various avenues to reach out to Amazon for assistance, but I have had no success. It seems like I may lose access to my paid subscription. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't received my order which was for "Feetmat Men's Running Tennis Work Shoes Slip On Resistant Sneakers Lightweight Breathable Athletic Fashion Shoes in Blue size 10". The USPS tracking ID is [redacted][redacted]46. I was really looking forward to using these shoes, and the other two pairs I ordered arrived without any issues. I purchased disposable masks from two different sellers on separate occasions. The first order got lost after multiple delays, and the second order showed as delivered yesterday but was not received. Strangely, a different package arrived at my home approximately 10 minutes after the delivery notification. The timing discrepancy and the mention of a prior delivery attempt only add to my confusion and frustration. I purchased shutters from Architectural Depot and made the payment using my Amazon card. Despite leaving a voicemail to cancel the order a week later and sending an email on May 2nd, they claimed the shutters had already been dispatched. I expressed my frustration as I had attempted to cancel before. Now, they are requesting I cover the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. They allege never receiving my initial cancellation call, which I find unfair and distressing.

I had an Amazon order that I returned, and they kept sending me emails about returning it or facing charges, even after the issue was resolved. I reached out through email, and they assured me I wouldn't be charged as I had already returned the item. However, I recently received another email demanding the return, or I'd be charged again. I've been trying to contact Amazon, but I can't find any reliable means to reach them. Despite sending them emails, I received a response saying I've been charged for the item I returned back in November.

I accidentally ordered an Ariete food processor, but I don't need it. I reordered and received the Kitchen Aid food processor, which is perfect. My Amazon account is linked to my U.S. phone, but I made numerous orders in Italy this year through Amazon Italia, including the mentioned order. My Italian phone number is [redacted]. How do I access the return label to send back the Ariete product I don't need?

I placed an order for a thermometer with order #[redacted]-[redacted] on April 8. The delivery date was set for April 22, but I have not yet received the product. I have contacted the third-party vendor, rebeing, three times now to request a refund. The first two times, they asked for patience, but after the third request, I have not received any response. I noticed that rebeing is no longer listed as a vendor for this item on your site. I believe Amazon should take responsibility for their vendors, so I am now asking Amazon to fulfill my refund request.

I have not yet received my chest freezer that was supposed to be delivered on May 8th. Home Life has mentioned sending a tracking number, but I have not received it. The tracking number I received from Amazon was incorrect. Upon tracing it, I discovered that UPS sent a 1.20 lb letter to someone through USPS, which couldn't possibly be my 5.0 cubic foot chest freezer. I have been struggling to get any clear answers regarding the delivery of my freezer.

Hello, I'm Steve Rowland and I'm unable to access Amazon Prime on my ROKU TV under my daughter Michelle Solberg's account. I contacted Amazon Prime Customer Service for assistance, but after lengthy chats and a factory reset on my ROKU, the issue persists. I am frustrated that I'm being prompted to subscribe anew when I should have access through my daughter's account. This problem occurred previously, and I had to have charges refunded. Order @ [redacted]-[redacted] I made this purchase on April 2 for 6 tubes of Listerine toothpaste. However, I only received one tube on April 8. There has been no communication or explanation from Amazon since then. Oddly, this particular order does not even show up in my order history. When I contacted customer service through the chat function, I was directed to a site asking for $1 for an answer. This feels like internet fraud on Amazon's part. As a loyal customer who relies on Amazon for many purchases, I am disappointed and frustrated with this experience. At 73 years old, I prefer the convenience of shopping online. Hello, I purchased an 8oz. bottle of Better Stevia organic liquid and encountered some issues when I opened it today. The liquid was red, had the consistency of tabasco sauce, and tasted slightly hot. I'm unsure if this is normal for organic stevia. I don't have the code for this product, but I have another regular set on the way. Could you assist me in obtaining a new 8oz. bottle of the regular product? I have not received my Kindle book order. On May 7th, I received an order confirmation with number D01-[redacted]-[redacted] for "Lonesome Dove: A Novel." Although it briefly appeared on my laptop, it never arrived on my Kindle. I started reading it on the computer but it vanished suddenly. Hello, I have previously made purchases on Amazon without any issues. In March, I noticed a transaction on Audible. I tried to get in touch but couldn't find out how. In April, the charge was repeated. The bank told me that, since it is a merchant I have dealt with before, only you can reverse it. When I checked my account, it shows that I am eligible for Audible, indicating that I haven't purchased the product. The transactions I don't recognize are: 02/03/[redacted]: PJ7A04CH3 02/04/[redacted]: LQ2Y05TK3 Since these are unfamiliar transactions, please reverse them so I can continue to make purchases on Amazon.
