Two weeks ago I had charges on my account that I did not make. Amazon froze my Amazon account, I cannot get into my account now, when I change to a new password and a code is sent, I enter the code proceed with process only to be directed to start all over again. I CANNOT access my account!! for two weeks now. I received ink pens that I did not order.*Please fix!!
