I cancelled an item shortly after ordering, but never received confirmation. Despite being advised by an Amazon agent to reject the delivery from FedEx, the package arrived and was left at my door when I was unable to intercept it. Now, to return the unopened item, I'm being asked to pay $16.50 for UPS shipping. As a loyal PRIME member, I expect better service. I want to return the unwanted item without incurring additional fees. How can I resolve this issue? Maria

Hello, thank you for your message. I placed an order for an inflatable slide for pools (Order # [redacted]-[redacted]) on April 28. Shortly after, I canceled the order and expected a confirmation. Unfortunately, I did not receive it and was surprised to get an email on April 29 saying it would be delivered on April 30. I tried to return it on Amazon but was told I couldn't and would have to pay $16.50 if I did. After contacting Amazon through chat, I was advised to reject the delivery, but it still arrived the next day despite leaving a note. I want to return it without the fee since I canceled within minutes of ordering. Let me know what steps to take.

I have already sent 2 letters explaining my issue, but they have not been sent for some reason. I ordered 2 masks and 50 filters through Amazon in March. Instead, I received 3 packages of paper masks without anywhere to insert a filter. When I raised my concerns, the seller mentioned they could not afford returns and dismissed my request. The masks they sent were not what I ordered, and considering my financial situation living on Social Security, I cannot afford to pay for them. Despite trying to cancel the order and communicate my concerns, the seller claimed it was already shipped. I no longer need or want the items as I found a local seller, and I have even initiated a dispute with the credit card company. This experience has been frustrating, especially considering the health risks involved due to the current pandemic. As an Amazon Prime customer, I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Thank you. Respectfully, AG

I am missing two separate packages from an order I recently made on Amazon. The first package is supposed to contain a speaker and was marked as delivered yesterday, even though I was home all day and didn't hear any knocks or receive any delivery notifications. The packages were not expected until Tuesday, and it was frustrating to see them marked as delivered without actually receiving them. On Tuesday, another attempt was made to deliver the packages, but once again, I did not hear any knocks, see any packages outside, or receive a delivery notification. Amazon claimed to have attempted delivery at 10pm, but it was only around 9:30pm, and I was home the whole time.

On May 4th, I placed an order for a new phone and accessories. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my Visa payment, causing Amazon to block my account. Following their instructions, I promptly sent my credit card statement on the same day. Despite contacting customer service, my account remained blocked, and they notified me that my order would be cancelled. Surprisingly, I received a delivery notification from Amazon and DHL this morning (May 6th). Expecting the cancellation, I promptly ordered from another company and no longer need the original order. Since I cannot locate the order under 'my orders' to cancel it myself, I plan to refuse the parcel upon delivery tonight. I kindly request that both orders be cancelled. Original Order: #[redacted]-[redacted] New Order: #[redacted]-[redacted] Thank you in advance, J. Elie

Hello, I have until 8/07/[redacted] to return a package to you. However, when I fill out the return form, it gets stuck, and I can't complete it. My return order number is [redacted]-[redacted] for the Deltasat satellite receiver. Due to the lockdown, I couldn't return it before, but I can do it from May 11, [redacted] onwards. This receiver doesn't work for French free-to-air channels, so I bought another one with Fransat and a card. Please assist me in finding a return solution. Thank you. Best regards, M. Jacques Calafat

Hello, I am J. Panzek residing at [redacted] Thomas Barbour Dr, Melbourne, FL [redacted]. I placed an order on May 1, [redacted], for an infrared digital thermometer, totaling $65.89 with $5 for priority shipping through Amazon. Unfortunately, I did not receive an order confirmation email or an order number. My credit card was charged $70.85 by a company from New Jersey ([redacted]), as per my credit card statement. I have been unable to reach the company over the phone to inquire about the shipment details. Additionally, attempts to contact Amazon's customer service at [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] have been unsuccessful. I urgently need the thermometer and would appreciate confirmation of the order, shipping status, and delivery timeline via email at [redacted] Thank you.

Order #[redacted]-[redacted]: One of the two 5lb self-rising unbleached flour bags arrived in the shipping box with the top open, leading to the spillage of half of its contents. The bag itself didn't seem damaged, raising concerns whether the bag was not sealed properly or tampered with before shipping. The second bag of a different flour, shipped separately but in the same Amazon shipping container, arrived intact. While the outside packaging didn't show damage, the open flour bag leaked before opening the box. I still have the open bag if needed for return. Would appreciate a replacement 5lb bag and guidance on handling the open bag. I prefer not to use the spilled contents for safety reasons. Thank you, J Ferrara.

I am experiencing an issue with Amazon Prime. Despite canceling my subscription, Amazon has been charging me $12.99 per month through my Discover account for 12 months. I received a confirmation email for the initial cancellation on 2/12/[redacted] but continued to be charged. After discovering these unauthorized charges, I contacted Amazon to cancel again, receiving confirmation on 3/24/[redacted]. I have paid a total of $[redacted].88 to Amazon through Discover for a service I did not use. I can provide copies of the cancellation emails if necessary. Discover has already paid Amazon on my behalf, and I believe I am due a refund from Amazon.

I received the Ayedi-9-1 Programmable Pressure Cooker XL two days ago, but I need to return it as it is too large for my needs. I tried to process the return through Amazon, but they do not show any orders for me in [redacted] when I enter the order number. I am having trouble getting the return authorization slip for UPS. In addition, after explaining my issue is not computer-related, someone online directed me to a computer expert. They then requested my credit card information on a form, claiming to be from Amazon. I shared the details with them to try to resolve the return issue. I am now concerned that I may have fallen victim to a scam.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding an order I placed back in March. Following the order, there was a significant delay in delivery. Despite my attempts to cancel between April and May 21, I received only 1 of the 4 packages of 10 rolls of toilet paper. The size of the rolls was much smaller than advertised, and the representation on Amazon has since been removed due to complaints. The toilet paper delivered is so tiny that a whole roll fits in a coffee cup. I have contacted your customer service in the past, but the seller did not provide a satisfactory solution. As an Amazon regular shopper, I am looking for a resolution to this issue. I expect a full refund for the order number [redacted] in the amount of $63.36, as the gift card deduction has already been taken into account. Please address this promptly. Thank you.

I have noticed unauthorized charges on my bank statement on three occasions. I have occasionally used my daughter's account, but I have not made these specific charges for Prime Video and Amazon Prime. It seems there may have been a mix-up with billing information since my details are on her account. I am Rhonda S. Cox from Wichita, KS. My daughter is Courtney Burkey from Lantanna, TX. Please help resolve this matter. Contact me at [redacted]. These unauthorized charges need to be addressed promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

Due to Amazon billing my credit card for someone else's purchases, my account was blocked. It took months to resolve, causing my family hardship with multiple failed payments to Amazon. Once my account was finally paid, it was blocked again after just two weeks on April 3rd. I am unable to access Amazon or get any help. I might need to consult a lawyer if this continues. Please reach out to me as soon as possible. I have tried calling and emailing Amazon with no luck. I haven't placed any Amazon orders since December [redacted]. Thank you for your prompt attention. I placed an order for the Florastor item #[redacted]-[redacted] for $67.31. Although the package was marked as delivered a day earlier than expected, I never received it. I filed a dispute with Capital One, received a credit, but it seems Amazon has charged me again. As a loyal Amazon customer, this is my first issue, and I seek a refund for the undelivered product. I am unable to reach Amazon's customer service, so I hope to resolve this and receive a credit on my Capital One card. I plan to inform Capital One about the situation if the charge is not resolved. I have always regarded Amazon's customer service highly and request assistance in resolving this matter. If there is a contact number available, please provide it for further assistance.

I have tried three times to resolve this issue with a broken product from Amazon. I am being asked by the seller to start the return process, but I am unable to do so on Amazon's website. I just want a refund at this point. It is frustrating to communicate through text with an agent who then speaks to the seller, only to receive the same information repeatedly from the seller. The product I received was broken and not as advertised. I feel like I should be able to speak to someone over the phone about this matter. It is disappointing to spend money on a defective product. I may have to contact my bank to handle this situation. Additionally, I recently received a box of CO2 cartridges with one missing. While it's just one cartridge, receiving an incomplete order is not acceptable, especially considering the amount of money I spend on Amazon.

I would like to request a refund for my recent order placed with Amazon Seller - UEncounter. I felt misled by the advertising of the UEncounter 10 Rolls Toilet Paper as the rolls turned out to be smaller than expected. Despite reaching out to the seller, I was only offered a $4.00 refund, which I find inadequate. The seller's explanation mentioning the size of the paper and transportation issues due to the virus did not fully address my concerns. Below is the Order ID for reference: [redacted]-[redacted]. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I received an email from Amazon stating that the card used for my purchase was disputed by the issuer. I haven't initiated any dispute and checked my bank and Amazon accounts with no record of such action. I am willing to pay for my order and still want the items I purchased. Do I need to provide order numbers for this process? I bought several items and it seems unfair as I didn't dispute the charge. I want to proceed with my order and receive the items I was anticipating.

Today, I encountered frustration with Amazon's account lockouts when simply trying to check on deliveries. Despite following the steps on the website, I faced account closure and had to spend extra time resolving the issue. The process of waiting for authentication emails and dealing with a lack of response was aggravating. The absence of a clear option to disable two-step verification and the rejection of accents in my first name added to my disappointment. Eventually, after a 40-minute delay, I gained access, emphasizing the need for Amazon to address these recurring problems promptly. Separately, during a recent Amazon order completion, I noticed an item missing from my shopping cart that I had initially included. I was unable to re-add it, leading to a less than satisfactory shopping experience. This oversight affected the smoothness of my transaction, highlighting a glitch in the ordering process.
