You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-ranckk's own words
I was gifted a one year membership from my friend for my birthday. I received an email at the address below on March **, **** my friends name is Julie Wood. Last month I was charged for monthly membership, I called about it and they were going to remove the $**.** charge. It never got removed and I was charged again today for $**.** again. I have a yearly membership that she has given me for several years now. I need to have these charges removed.

GetHuman-ranckk did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
