You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

I am former user of Amazon seller services. Went online to peruse reopening account. I did not intend to become an active seller at this time, however, it seems like I am currently signed up at a charge of $**.** per month. I have been charged twice at this point in time. I DO NOT want to have this account activated at this time and have been unable to find a way to disconnect from this service. I have spent many hours on Amazon website. My bank, Citibank, just gave me a phone number, which is currently not being answered. I was able to get this web address. Please help me. Sandra Bissell.
