Recently, I received an email from Amazon indicating that there may have been unauthorized access to my account. For security measures, they have disabled my account password, cancelled any pending orders, and reversed any unauthorized modifications. They have also refunded any purchases and restored my gift card balance. I have been attempting to resolve this issue with customer support to prevent any further transactions. However, despite these efforts, I am now receiving emails about shipping that I did not authorize. I did not receive any support or guidance to address this issue, and I have even re-ordered items to replace those that were affected. I am concerned about being charged twice for these purchases.

I received notification that my Prime Membership was canceled due to a payment issue with my bank, Chase. I observed unfamiliar charges on my bank statement from Amazon, and upon receiving details from Amazon about unpaid charges, I identified one as mine. However, there was another charge that I did not authorize. My bank is currently looking into these unauthorized charges, and I have updated my payment information on Amazon by adding a new credit card and changing my password. I am requesting a refund for the charge I acknowledged making and ongoing investigation for the unauthorized one. Additionally, I would like to reinstate my Prime Membership.

I recently ordered two books from Amazon, but I only received one. Despite trying to contact Amazon multiple times without success, I went to the post office for help. The post office suggested I call Amazon for their own investigation. When I tried to track the missing book, I was given an out-of-state address, leading me to suspect a delivery error. I'm disappointed in Amazon's lack of communication and support regarding my missing shipment. The continuous prompts to create an account have been fruitless as I struggle to enter my username and password. The post office is now assisting with the investigation, giving me some hope for resolution. This experience has eroded my trust in Amazon, despite its reputation. I recently got an email from Amazon stating that there was an issue with my card payment for my Amazon Prime subscription. They mentioned that my membership benefits are on hold and that unless I update my card details within the next day, my membership will be canceled. They provided a document with instructions to update the card information, but I found them confusing. I attempted to contact Amazon for assistance but they aren't accepting any calls. Can someone assist me in resolving this matter?

My Amazon Prime account has been blocked due to a false claim by the security department regarding an unpaid Bose 20 media companion speakers purchase made on 10/20/[redacted]. The charge of $[redacted].10 appeared on my Chase Visa ending in ***[redacted], with the descriptor "Amazon.com*HE94L7YL3 Amzn.com/bill WA Order Number [redacted]-[redacted]." I have previously won disputes and received refunds for charges related to the same item that I never received, shipped by Laser Ship in June and July [redacted]. I received a damaged Zinus table. When it arrived, I noticed that the leg was connected to the table with a metal piece that was already attached. Unfortunately, the wood the metal piece is fastened to is cracked, and there is also a chunk missing from the other side of the slab. I reached out about this issue over a week ago but have not received a response yet. Unfortunately, I don't have a vehicle to return the table to a UPS office, and the box it came in was in poor condition. The table is too large to transport on public transit, and I cannot afford to have UPS pick it up. I used all my funds on this order. I am unsure how to proceed to receive the undamaged product I purchased.

I have been trying to get tracking information from Chuck's Marketplace (the carrier company) for my product ordered on March 14, before the shipping schedule changed. It was initially due on March 25, then changed to April 1, [redacted]. Despite multiple attempts to contact them for the tracking number, I have not received any response. I have also tried to reach out to Amazon but have been unsuccessful in getting through to them via phone or chat. As a nurse who works night shifts, it is challenging for me to provide a contact number as I need to rest during the day. I urgently need to know when my toilet bowl cleaner will arrive for sanitation purposes. Please provide me with a tracking number and update me on the expected delivery of the package I ordered a month ago.

I placed an order for a cell phone and two other items on 4/5/20. It's now 4/11/20, and the $[redacted].15 transaction hasn't appeared in my bank statement. The delivery date shows 4/30/20, and everything seems right except the transaction section which is blank. My account details are up to date, and I have sufficient funds. I'm a regular Amazon customer and never had issues before. I tried calling [redacted], but no one answered. If they can't confirm my order, I may buy from a different seller. I just want to make sure my phone is on its way. Thank you.

I logged into a device I've used before to go online to Amazon. A few hours later, I received a message stating that an unknown desktop logged on when I was online. I selected "Other" as no further details were requested. When I tried to place an order and entered my password, I was prompted to reset it without explanation. Concerned about my account's security, I contacted Amazon, but nobody answered the calls. The security site requested my password, which seemed unnecessary. I understand the impact of COVID-19 on businesses, but the lack of access to report a security concern is concerning. I will refrain from using Amazon until I receive an explanation about my account's status.

I mistakenly received two Bissell vacuum cleaners when I only ordered one, resulting in a double charge of $[redacted].85 on 4/13. I would appreciate a prompt refund of the extra $[redacted].85 and request to receive only one vacuum. Additionally, I purchased a $50.00 Amazon Gift Card on 4/5, which shows as "sent" without a delivery date. I have not received the gift card yet, and the delivery person does not alert me when dropping off packages, making it challenging given the recent thefts in the neighborhood. Prime Orders Not Yet Shipped - Requesting Assistance - Ordered April 5th My wife, Gale, who turns 62 on May 6, has been recovering since falling ill almost four months ago. Despite not being able to get tested due to initial COVID-19 restrictions, she is now almost back to full health after self-quarantining. In February, I ordered masks which were delayed twice and did not arrive on the promised delivery date. I patiently waited, but now the website states that I cannot receive a refund. The seller is unresponsive, which is frustrating as I expect better service from Amazon. I made my purchase with the expectation of prompt delivery, with no warning of potential issues. I have not made any changes to my order and have not received any updates. I demand either a refund or for my order to be fulfilled as indicated on your website for an April 8 delivery. I have contacted your customer support multiple times, but I cannot speak with a representative over the phone, which I prefer over chat. I've been waiting for a response from the seller regarding my toilet paper order. Initially, I thought it was from the US, but it turns out it's from China, causing a delay due to customs. I placed this order back in March, and with the current situation with the coronavirus, I would like a refund and compensation for the inconvenience. I am a senior citizen recovering from knee surgery, making this extra stress unwelcome. I understand I will receive a refund, but I believe personal items' origin should be disclosed, especially during this crisis. I appreciate your assistance during this challenging time.

I recently bought a new Kindle several months ago. Over time, it worsened, so I reached out to Kindle Support. They informed me a replacement Kindle was ordered a couple of weeks ago and should arrive in 2 to 3 days. They also said they would send a UPS label for the return of the faulty Kindle. I promptly dropped the package off, but due to the drop-off location, I was unable to get a receipt. I have not received confirmation of its delivery, nor have I received the replacement Kindle. Given the circumstances of shipping delays during the pandemic, the wait seems extended. I am frustrated and unable to read due to recent hand surgery, relying on my Kindle. As a Prime member, I am accustomed to fast service. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

Order # [redacted]-[redacted] for a CONTEC LED CMS50M Pulse Oximeter with accessories, sold by Hommelife, has been causing me concerns. I recently received an email from the seller. The message asked me to cancel the order well in advance of the shipping date or they would substitute it with another product. However, when I checked the order status, there was no cancel option available. I reported this issue by selecting the option "problem with order/seller" and sent an email to clarify my decision. I have now received a follow-up email stating that they will proceed with the substitute since I had not responded promptly. The new product is expected to arrive in mid-May. I am not interested in the substitute and suspect this might be a bait-and-switch tactic to sell lower-quality items. The original item I ordered was priced at $15.99 with shipping costs of $20 or more.

My elderly mother, S. Ives, who lives in a locked-down retirement home due to the virus, is almost blind and is struggling to download audiobooks to her Kindle Fire HD. I'm attempting to help her, but when I try to resend audiobooks through "content and devices," I receive a "content not compatible with this device" error message, despite seeing the audiobooks already on the device. It's puzzling, and I'm unable to pinpoint the issue. Can anyone offer guidance? My mother's visual impairment makes it essential for her to access these audiobooks easily. She should be able to listen to any audiobook on her Kindle Fire, and I suspect there may be a technical glitch causing this confusion.

I purchased the Mega Pack Finish Powerball Deep Clean for my dishwasher on March 31, [redacted]. According to Amazon, my order was delivered and left with someone at my retirement community's front desk. However, I was not notified to pick it up, and the front desk claims they did not receive it. My credit card was charged, but I have not received my order. I have been a loyal Subscribe & Save customer for years, including for the product, Green Forest bathroom tissue. After receiving a few vague messages about an unavailable item without specifying which, I had to spend a lot of time over the holiday trying to contact someone to clarify. Please provide specific details when sending messages to customers. It is frustrating to be left guessing about missing items. It seems like I am unable to receive an item I have been ordering for years due to prioritizing certain customers over others. My neighbor's email was hacked without notifying me. Shortly after, I received an email from her asking me to buy a $[redacted] Sephora gift card for her niece and send it to [redacted] as she was having trouble with her Amazon account. Believing it was her request, I made the purchase on 4/10/20 with order number [redacted]-[redacted]. The next day, I received another email asking for an additional $[redacted] for the gift, which raised suspicion. Thankfully, Amazon alerted me of potential fraud, leading to the discovery of the hacked email. The hacker exploited the situation, claiming the initial $[redacted] gift card as a success. I immediately contacted Amazon, only to find the phone lines unusable.
