Subject: Request for Refund of Unauthorized Amazon Prime Subscription Charges Hello, I placed an order with you in August [redacted], and following that order, there has been a charge for an Amazon Prime subscription on my credit card every 8th of the month from September [redacted] until today, totaling $64.33 over 7 months. I received my brother scan order today, only to find the box empty. The first box from Amazon was brown, and the next box had a picture of the brother scan n go, but was also empty and appeared tampered with. I need this item for tomorrow, and since I will be traveling, I plan on doing a door delivery from Joanns. I want to cancel my order now and get a refund to my checking account in order to purchase one from Joanns. How do I proceed with this issue?

My husband usually places orders on vitacost.com by phone, but due to the current situation, he had to order online. When he tried to pay, the website kept redirecting him to PayPal, which we don't use. He ended up entering his credit card information, and the payment went through. The package was supposedly shipped two days ago, but we haven't received it yet. As my husband doesn't have an Amazon account, I couldn't track the package. I ended up being charged $85.69 for an item that hasn't arrived. The shipment was handled by Amazon Logistics, but I couldn't find a contact number for them. Could someone assist me with this issue?

I purchased a Silica WT-[redacted] 67-inch Lightweight Monopod with order #[redacted]-[redacted]. There were two Used-Very Good options from Amazon Warehouse - one with cosmetic damage and damaged packaging, and another with just damaged packaging. I specifically chose the one without cosmetic damage, but it appears that the one with cosmetic damage was sent instead. The Monopod in my order has not been shipped yet, and I see that the other option without cosmetic damage is still available. Could you please substitute the item in my order with the one in better condition? Thank you.

I purchased a Lego Marvel Avengers Quinjet building set for my grandson's 8th birthday. However, when the package arrived at his house today, 4/8, it contained a weightlifting pad instead. I tried contacting customer service, but due to Covid19, no one answered the phones. So, I ended up reordering the Lego set. I was hoping it would still reach him in time for his birthday on 4/13, but now it won't arrive until 4/17. I kindly request a refund for one of the items.

I am concerned about the lack of protective gear available for everyday delivery drivers who are essential workers during this time. It is crucial that they have access to gloves, face masks, and antibacterial hand wipes to ensure their safety while making deliveries. Currently, Amazon is not allowing them to purchase these necessary items. It is important for companies like Amazon to make exceptions and provide access to protective equipment for all essential employees. By equipping all workers, whether in hospitals or on the front lines, with the proper protection, we can not only ensure their safety but also help prevent the spread of the virus. Upon initial boot-up, my screen automatically bypasses the profile screen and gets stuck on the Home Screen. Unfortunately, the FireStick remote is unresponsive, and I've tried rebooting the TV, unplugging and plugging the cord, as well as reseating the port device. I even replaced the batteries in the remote, but now all I see is a blank screen. I reinserted the original Amazon batteries, but the FireStick is still not progressing past the blank screen. I've exhausted my troubleshooting efforts. Any assistance with resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I contacted customer service about a billing error a month ago, requesting a correction. Unfortunately, on April 4th, my account was locked, leaving me frustrated. I am having trouble accessing chat support and cannot reach customer service by phone. Hopefully, this email will help resolve the issue. I am puzzled by being locked out of Amazon Prime and how it affects my shopping account. How can I reach customer service to address these problems?

This is my second or third attempt to address a delivery issue with Fed-Ex. Despite receiving a notification on 4/4/20 that my package was delivered on my front porch, I live in a building with a foyer for deliveries. I promptly checked, but the package was not there. After contacting Fed-Ex, they assured me they would inquire with the driver. Having received no updates by Wednesday as promised, and with the current situation impacting their services, I am escalating this matter. As the purchase was made on AMAZON, I request the delivery of order #[redacted][redacted] from 3/29/20 or a refund for the amount paid.

My daughter's AMEX account has been charged $4.45 seven times since February 14 (2/22, 2/29, 3/1, 3/13, 3/13, 3/21) for Prime Video. She has a Prime Student Membership. The movies she selected display "Prime Included" in the corner of the selection, indicating there should be no charges. Additionally, there was an unidentifiable charge for Prime Video on April 1 for $22.30. She is unsure of what that was for. Her email associated with Amazon is [redacted] I am requesting that all of these charges be credited back to the AMEX card. Thank you.

Hello, I hope you're doing well. I encountered an unusual situation recently. I set a reminder in my calendar to cancel my Amazon Prime free trial before it ends. However, when I tried to access my account, Amazon couldn't recognize my email address. Sadly, my debit card is linked to an account I can't log into to cancel the subscription before they charge me. I encountered two issues with my recent Amazon purchases: 1. I purchased a tub spout from Amazon Warehouse in Like New condition but it had damaged threads rendering it unusable. After initiating a return and selecting to drop it off at an Amazon Locker, I dropped it off last Saturday. However, there has been no update on its status, and I can't proceed further on Amazon's website beyond the step to print the mailing label. 2. The replacement spout I ordered, also in Like New condition, arrived today with intact threads but missing the essential nylon insert that attaches to the pipe and screws into the spout's shell. Consequently, I am unable to use this item as well. It's frustrating that Amazon's phone support is currently unavailable.

I encountered two issues with recent Amazon purchases. Hello, I would like to report two issues I am experiencing with recent orders. First, I placed an order for a Forest Essentials body cream on March 2, with Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. Despite receiving a tracking ID of [redacted], indicating the item was shipped from New Delhi, India with DHL_VT, I have yet to receive the package as of April 9, [redacted]. Second, I bought 6 Toppik hair building fibers, returning 5 at a Kohl's store in Alhambra, California. Although 3 refunds were processed smoothly, 2 refunds seem to be missing, as I was recharged for them in early March. Your assistance in resolving these matters would be greatly appreciated. I've been patiently waiting for the Amazon items my mother-in-law ordered from your company. The delivery date got moved to May 1st, but it was initially set for this month, so it would be great if the delivery date could be kept in April. The items include a blue and silver pipe, a red and silver karaoke Bluetooth with a stand, wireless microphones, a water bong, and MP3 players for Hannah, Theresa, and myself.

I ordered a Ryzen 7 3800X processor and was informed it was delivered to my residence yesterday. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. However, as I was at work the whole day, it was impossible for the Amazon worker to hand it to me. When I arrived home and didn't see the package, I assumed it might be in the mailbox and planned to check the next day since I was too tired. To my dismay, the package was not in the mailbox or on the doorstep. I usually don't purchase computer parts online, but due to the quarantine, I chose to do so to minimize contact with others. Hello, I recently discovered that my Amazon account has been closed without any prior explanation. As a prime member and currently pregnant, I am quite disappointed with this abrupt decision. Despite multiple attempts to reach out through chat and phone calls, all I received was a brief email from a Specialist informing me of the account closure without any specific reason provided. I understand not wanting to continue using a service that is no longer wanted, but the lack of communication on Amazon's part has left me feeling unsettled. I have returned several orders made using a combination of gift cards and debit/credit cards, and I am seeking a refund for these transactions. I would appreciate guidance on how to initiate this process given the circumstances. The overall experience has been frustrating, and I expected better service from Amazon. Regarding order #[redacted]-[redacted] for the Stromberg Carlson VGD-10-[redacted] Louvered Tailgate for the Dodge [redacted] Series, upon receiving the item, the hardware package was open with parts scattered in the shipping box. I have searched diligently but found that 2 metal clips and 3 #10-32 machine screws are missing. Due to my health conditions, I am unable to go out due to the current situation with the virus.
