I encountered issues trying to sign into my account. Every sign-in attempt prompts me for an authentication code. Despite several tries using my email address [redacted] and password, I did not receive the code. After multiple failed attempts, I had to contact customer service for assistance. The catch-22 is that to receive help, I need to log in and get an authentication code, which I cannot obtain. After struggling, I'm hopeful to reach out elsewhere, away from Amazon, to resolve this frustrating cycle. To ensure communication, I'm providing a different email, [redacted], and hoping to receive the necessary code there. Please refrain from sending it to [redacted] to avoid the ongoing loop. I urgently need your help. I am bedridden, critically ill, and extremely disabled. The verification issue with Amazon is not fixed. I am unable to pay for a fourth phone call to Amazon from New Zealand. I have contacted Amazon and written to them, but the verification problem persists. I cannot sign in due to the verification process. The credit card number Amazon is asking me to verify is held by the bank since my home carer stole $[redacted]. I have requested the bank to hold it for security reasons, so I do not have that number readily available. I need the verification details changed to regain access to my account.

I'm having trouble accessing my account because my password isn't working. I tried to change it, but my zip code isn't being accepted. Why do I need to input my zip code if you're going to send the password reset to my AOL email anyway? I've never had issues with my AOL account before. Please just send the information to my AOL email like other online companies do, instead of asking for unnecessary details like my zip code. I also need to cancel my Amazon Music but can't access it due to these unnecessary security measures. Can you help send the reset to my email?

I purchased four packs of toilet paper on April 2nd. Decided to add one more pack so I entered my information. I received a message to contact the seller, who was HGFVUGUYFYTFTR. Instead, I received a list of scam warnings. I contacted Amazon and they advised me to reach out to the seller within 24 hours. The seller had changed their name to YUUBUUREE. Amazon then instructed me to give the seller 48 hours to respond. Within the 24 hours, Amazon informed me that the seller is no longer active on their marketplace. Now I am seeking a refund or credit for my next order, as the total cost was $64.17.

I am currently locked out of my account. Suddenly, my password stopped working. I tried to reset it using my email and an OTP code. However, after entering the OTP code, I receive an error message stating: "Looking for something? We apologize. The web address you entered is not a valid page on our site. Visit Amazon.com's Home Page". Upon returning to the homepage, I am prompted to log in, but I am unable to do so because my password (or any OTP codes) are not being accepted. I have noticed four charges on my checking account related to memberships. I received a letter on April 8, [redacted], stating that my membership would be canceled due to incorrect billing information, yet the charges were made to my new account. I am currently unable to afford these additional charges. I am seeing a charge of $14.22 for Amazon Prime, another charge of $10.94 that is unknown to me, a pending refund of $12.68 for a canceled order, a $9.99 charge for BET+, and a $12.99 membership charge that I do not recognize. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me either by phone or email to provide clarification on these charges.

I placed an order #[redacted]-[redacted] for a 4-pack of 8 fl. oz Artnaturals Hand Sanitizer. I only received 1 bottle instead of the 4 I ordered. The status indicates that the full order was delivered, but I am missing 3 bottles. I contacted Artnaturals US via email on April 7 and followed up on April 9, but I have not received any response regarding the missing items. I believe I should either receive a credit for the 3 bottles or have the missing bottles sent to me. Please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue.

I am having trouble remembering my password, which is preventing me from amending an order for a mask. I am 77 years old and dealing with ongoing COPD and health issues that make it unsafe for me to leave my home without wearing a mask. I have been unable to find masks in stores, and Amazon seems to be the only option. However, I am struggling to access my account to complete the order due to the forgotten password. I am still waiting for a $49 refund from Amazon for an Instacart order from Aldi's. I advise caution for those on a tight budget because of delayed responses and potential overcharging. On my bank statement, there are three charges and one credit related to this issue. Despite providing the requested receipt and bank statement, I have not received the complete refund. The receipt indicates the correct amount of $68.51, but Aldi's charged me $[redacted], which included items not received, like eggs and syrup, as well as a $16.28 fee. My bank account shows two debits of $[redacted] and $16.28, with partial credits of $63 and $12.77 already applied. I am still waiting for the remaining $49 to be refunded.

I purchased a four-pack of Happy Baby organic formula. Recently, upon opening the second container, I found a spider inside. I am concerned about the safety of the entire shipment since they share the same lot number. I tried to reach out for a refund, return, or exchange, but I was informed that this product is not eligible. This formula is quite expensive at $[redacted] for a four-pack, and I really need to recoup my money for this.

I purchased two 8-ounce bags of Stella & Chewy's Raw Chicken Meal Mixers Dog Food Topper on March 26, [redacted]. Upon receiving the delivery a few days later, I found that the contents were mostly powder instead of the usual nuggets. I have bought this product from my dog groomer previously, and I know how it should look. The bags I received from Amazon seem to be outdated. I purchased diabetic chocolates for my 91-year-old grandmother, with order number [redacted][redacted]. The item was expected after the 14th but was delivered on the 8th to a mailbox rarely used due to being hit by cars on a busy street. The following day, we received other deliveries on the doorstep. I was advised on the return process if delivered after Easter, and as we have no need due to the mailbox situation, I tried to return it on the website. However, I found that I couldn't return the unopened item that still shows as arriving after the 14th. While a credit is acceptable, I would appreciate support in returning the item. Thank you.

I was previously subscribed to Prime at $9.03 per month. For Christmas, my son gifted me a Firestick, and I started using it. In February, I noticed additional charges of $6.77 on the 2nd and $14.68 on the 27th on top of my regular $9.03 charge. Subsequently, I canceled my Prime subscription as I no longer use the Firestick. I believed that Prime was supposed to include movies as well as free shipping based on your advertisements. Can you explain the reason for the double charges? Thank you, William K.

I expected my order to arrive on Sunday, ****. When I chose to change the delivery date to the next day after shipping, I was informed that it would come on Tuesday, *****. This order is a gift and I kindly request for it to be delivered on Saturday, ****, the initial guaranteed date that was shown when I made the purchase on Wednesday. I had intended for it to be delivered on Saturday when I decided to modify the delivery speed.

For the past two days, I've been unable to access my account due to not receiving the OTP on my phone. This problem is new as I've never encountered it before. I've thoroughly checked my email and Spam folder for any correspondence, manually entered my login information on both my phone and home computer, and even cleared my browsing history and cache using CC cleaner. Despite being a Prime member, I've refrained from changing my password out of fear of exacerbating the issue. I also own a Kindle.

At Whole Good Mountain View, I talked with the delivery staff, and they were quite slow. I waited in line for over 2 hours to pick up bags for delivery, but I noticed some drivers were going out to deliver and returning to get more orders while others were left waiting. This seems unfair if Amazon needs the orders delivered promptly. It appears that some drivers have preferential treatment. Hopefully, someone from the company can address and resolve this issue, as there are many other drivers who also need work.

I expected my order to arrive on Sunday, ****. I had the option to change the delivery after it was shipped. I selected the next day delivery but now, it's scheduled for Tuesday, ****. It's a gift, and I need it by Saturday, 4/11, as promised on the sale page when I placed the order on Wednesday. Saturday delivery was my initial choice when I changed the delivery speed.

Yesterday, April 8th, I visited your website to purchase a lawn mower clutch. However, I encountered difficulties with my order completion. Somehow, the order went through under my daughter's name, Kelly Morgan Dunn, but was charged to my debit card without my understanding of how that occurred. I did not receive a confirmation email from your site about the order. Subsequently, I went to another website, successfully placed the order, received an immediate confirmation, and the payment was processed. Since I no longer require the clutch, I have arranged with Farmers Farm Store to return it. They assured me they would provide a return label.
