My account got suspended yesterday. I was browsing Amazon when I received an email claiming my account was suspended due to excessive activity. The email contained a link asking for my user information to reactivate the account. After entering my Amazon password, I noticed it requested more sensitive information like my name, address, and Visa number, making me realize it was a scam. The URL also indicated it was unsafe. I immediately closed the website, marked it as a scam, and disabled my Visa account. Despite attempting to reset my Amazon password, I couldn't do it. I recently placed orders with Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods for delivery, but I did not authorize any tips for the delivery drivers. However, $5 and $7 tips were added to each order without my consent through my Amazon Prime account. I have raised a dispute with my bank regarding these charges, though they are currently only reimbursing the grocery amounts. Following the dispute, Amazon has locked me out of my account until I repay the disputed amount. I have tried contacting Amazon Fresh via email to address this issue, but I have not yet received a response. Unfortunately, I am unable to speak to anyone regarding this problem as I am locked out of my Amazon account. Recently, my debit card was compromised, leading to its cancellation, which I suspect may be related to these unauthorized charges. I seek assistance in resolving this matter as I am currently unable to access my account without authorizing the disputed tips.

I purchased a pair of kitchen chairs from International Concepts to match my table. Upon receiving them, I found they were a perfect match. However, when I attempted to buy the other two chairs to complete the set, the price had suddenly increased by 80%, nearly doubling the cost. This feels unfair as I only bought two initially to avoid the hassle of returning four. I contemplated the inconvenience of returning multiple items and opted to buy in smaller quantities. It's frustrating to consider having to purchase full sets to avoid price spikes when ordering additional pieces. I may have to explore shopping at other retailers such as Wayfair, Walmart, Overstock, etc., as these issues do not arise with them.

The seller, Flyalone Big Promotions, failed to send the item despite numerous emails to the company. This company is fraudulent, and I have reported them to the Department of Justice. Amazon is cooperating with the DOJ. When I made the purchase, your site did not disclose that the company was located in China, leading to potential delays in delivery. I am seeking a refund as it's evident from the feedback that many customers are not receiving their products. I trust Amazon to vet the companies they work with and keep them in check. I received a sticky nipple bra that was significantly damaged upon delivery. After contacting Amazon, they sent a replacement but advised against returning the damaged item. However, I am now being informed that if the damaged product is not returned by mid-April, my credit card will be charged again. Unfortunately, I had already disposed of the damaged product. I have photos showing the condition of the item when it arrived, with glue all over and even hair stuck to it. Please review the notes on my account regarding this issue. I mistakenly bought a screen replacement for the wrong iPhone model after adding a $77 gift card to my account. I placed an order for the video game "Super Smash Bros. Ultimate" for Nintendo Switch today. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. My Prime membership is not working and I need it back. My annual Prime membership was mistakenly charged to the wrong credit card, resulting in a refund. I re-ordered my annual membership 5 days ago, but I was charged a monthly fee instead and it indicates I don't have Prime benefits. I am requesting a refund of the incorrect fee and the reactivation of my Prime membership with the annual plan. I have been a Prime member for 5 years without any issues, and this situation is frustrating, particularly in light of Covid-19.

I have been communicating with "butony," an Amazon seller, regarding order #[redacted]-[redacted] (ASIN: B085Y9B3DS) through Amazon.com. I am in my fifties and have asthma. The cheap masks you provided are not even a priority for delivery. It's morally wrong to make us pay for mistakes and not prioritize masks for us. People are price gouging the basic masks, and we are forced to wait a month to get them while the hospital masks are not being overcharged. This shows that you are not looking out for ordinary people but rather for those who can afford it. It is evident that there is control over this issue, but nothing is being done. I am just an elderly lady with asthma being taken advantage of by this situation. It is unacceptable and unfair. Why are masks for hospitals being sold on the site? This needs to change.

I was startled awake last night by my phone notification claiming an Amazon.com order had been shipped. I exclusively use Amazon for video streaming and have never made any purchases through it. To my surprise, I discovered a credit card I do not recognize was used for the payment. Currently, I am unable to access my account as it repeatedly prompts me to provide supporting documents, such as the credit card statement. However, since the credit card does not belong to me, I'm unsure how to proceed. I am unable to reach out to Amazon through live chat or phone as they have locked me out of the website. I've heard some individuals recommend emailing Jeff at Amazon.com; should I pursue this option?

Hello Customer Service, I've been a loyal Amazon customer for quite some time. My recent order was placed on 2-19-20 and I received the product on 2-23-20. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted], and the item is NOW Foods DHA-[redacted] [redacted] Softgels (2-Pack) sold by VDCUSA for $51.50. My RMA ID is DQhbMXn9RRMA. I found that I didn't need one of the products as I already had it, so I initiated the return process on the same day. I chose to return it to the UPS store located at [redacted] E Las Tunas Dr, San Gabriel, CA [redacted]. I printed the return label, took it to the store, and handed the package with the label to the store owner. He told me to leave it at the counter, and I received the refund later that day. However, I've now been informed that the product hasn't reached Amazon. I wish I had taken a photo at the UPS store during the return. I'm honestly reporting that I returned the product on 2-23-[redacted]. You can verify my purchase history that I rarely return items unless there's a mistake or a malfunction. I purchased Clear Lax for my sister in MN back in January or February with clear instructions that it should not be delivered to me but to my sister's rural home. However, the package was sent to me instead. I contacted Amazon and was assured by a supervisor that I would receive a refund without having to return the product as it would cost me to ship it to my sister. Although I explained this in response to the first email requesting the return, I've received a second notice on March 31 to return the item. I want to clarify that I was advised over the phone by Amazon that returning the product was not necessary per our agreement.
