I recceived an email from Amazon today in which I am told that my Credit Card has been declined. I hit the update button on your email and a box appeared telling me that my password has been compromised and that I needed to go directly to the Amazon site. I check my Capital One online site and my credit card has been unlocked so that shouldn't have been the reason for the decline. I usually lock it after a transaction but it was already unlocked. I can only assume that you are trying to bill for the STARZ subscription? Another question is that I noticed on my credit card statement that there are two charges for $**.** on March **rd? Please advise.

They keep sending me emails telling me that I have solved my issue. I have not solved it and I can't reach a live person there due to COVID-**. I have several issues but they are not interested at this time. Maybe in the future. The people they have on duty at this time do not seem knowledgable and don't seem to care. I also have two charges which may be legitimate if perhaps one charge was broken down into two charges but I won't know because I can't communicate with anyone there.
