I appreciate your response about my account. I am disappointed in the decision not to unlock my account, which was compromised by someone posing as Amazon tech support. They ordered gaming cards without my consent. After speaking to a supervisor, I was advised to dispute the charge with my financial institution. Additionally, I ordered Depends packages that were never received. Despite contacting the seller and UPS, the issue remains unresolved as the package was signed for but not delivered to my Luxer box. The distributing company directed me to reverse the charges through my financial institution. I have never had such problems before and am frustrated by the lack of assistance from your customer service. I attempted to speak to a supervisor but was unsuccessful. I may reconsider doing business with Amazon because of this experience. I feel mistreated given my medical history, and I will share my experience on social media. Thank you, Angeli Martin.

I need assistance with restoring my locked account. The artificial intelligence system has erroneously restricted my ability to shop from home. Despite submitting my driver's license, the card details, and DMV papers, all showing the same address, the system has still blocked my account. I am trying to purchase a birthday gift while homebound, but this ordeal has been a nightmare, wasting almost 8 hours over two days. The system offers no quick resolution, leading to immense frustration. Either resolve this issue promptly or delete all my accounts. The current attempts at help seem to be prolonging this unpleasant experience. I insist on immediate action without excuses. Hello, I have been facing issues with my Amazon account for a few months now. I signed up for Amazon Prime and later added Amazon Music to my account. However, after being informed that I should have access to a reduced music selection with my Prime account, I attempted to cancel Amazon Music. Despite my efforts, two payments were still deducted from my account. After speaking with customer service, my Amazon account was eventually cancelled, and some payments were refunded. I later re-enrolled in Amazon Prime with the same email address. Unfortunately, I noticed that two payments were again being withdrawn from my bank account. I struggled to cancel one of them. When it came time to renew my membership on January 24, [redacted], I opted to cancel it with the intention of rejoining later. However, upon cancellation, I lost access to some Kindle books and my Sonos music downloads. I am uncertain if this is a normal occurrence post-membership cancellation. More unauthorized payments were deducted from my account on January 27. Surprisingly, on February 25, a payment was taken for Amazon Prime even though I hadn’t rejoined. Despite being charged, I am currently unable to enjoy any benefits of the service. I kindly ask for prompt assistance in resolving these issues, refunding the unauthorized payments, and ensuring I am correctly billed for a single Amazon Prime membership. When attempting to log back into my Amazon account, there was an Authentication Required prompt asking for the expiration date of a Visa card ending in [redacted], which I don't have. Consequently, I'm locked out of my account. No new orders have been placed since 3/20/20, except for adding an item to my subscription earlier today. After a 25-minute hold with customer service, I now turned to email for assistance. If needed, I can be reached at [redacted] or via email. I prefer using my email to identify my account rather than sharing personal details here. Your prompt help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hello, my name is Norma Calhoun and my Amazon account is currently locked due to suspicious payment activity. I have made all purchases myself, but due to package theft in my neighborhood, I have them sent to my granddaughter's address for safekeeping. As an elderly woman, I rely on these deliveries for essential medical supplies to avoid potential exposure to Covid-19. After a frustrating wait of 4 hours on the phone, I was informed by an Amazon customer service representative that an account specialist needs to address this matter, but they were unable to provide further assistance.

On March 13, [redacted], I noticed a charge of $13.09 on my credit card statement. The charge appears to be for Amazon Prime, but my account shows as inactive when I try to use it. I attempted to contact customer service by phone, but after waiting for over an hour and a half for a callback that was promised within 20 minutes, I am still without a resolution. If I do not receive a response and have this issue resolved today, I request a refund for the charged amount and to stop any further charges to my credit card. ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted] was shipped to an incorrect address on March 15. It was meant for the Ferenc locker in Encinitas but was mistakenly delivered to Linda Henry in Tennessee while I was trying to send an antenna. I responded to Amazon's feedback email informing them that I did not receive the earrings package as it went to the wrong location. Although a replacement was sent, it also ended up at the wrong address. I kindly request for the delivery to be corrected and for the earrings I purchased to be sent to me at the Ferenc locker. I am having trouble logging into my Amazon account. Although I know my password, the system keeps trying to send a code to an old phone number that I no longer use. Consequently, I have been waiting on hold with customer service for over an hour for an issue that shouldn't have occurred. I simply want to read a Kindle Ebook, but the system is indicating that I have too many devices linked. It is frustrating that the system is blocking me based on outdated phone number verification. I need to update my phone number and access my purchased items without this hassle. Once I regain access, I will disable this excessive verification feature. I was unable to email customer support directly and had to go through "gethuman," which was inconvenient.

I tested positive for COVID-19 and fear spreading it if I return a faulty item to Amazon. I need a refund urgently as I have infected family members and require the money for essentials. Please contact me soon as I’ve been unable to reach customer service by phone. Thank you.

I placed an order for the following item on March 17: USB C Hub Adapter for MacBook Pro [redacted]/2[redacted], MacBook Air 2[redacted], Surface Go, 5 in 1 USB C Type C Dongle with 4K HDMI, 2 USB 3.0 Ports, SD/Micro SD. Upon receiving the package at my apartment building, I was shocked to find it EMPTY. I am disappointed that I did not receive the product as expected. I kindly request a prompt re-shipment of the item. Additionally, since I urgently needed the product for work-related purposes by TOMORROW (March 23), I would appreciate your assistance in expediting the process. I have been a loyal Prime member for many years and rarely encounter issues with your service. However, this situation is unacceptable. I understand the challenges posed by the Coronavirus, but receiving an empty package is not justifiable. Thank you.

Order #: D01-[redacted]-[redacted] Customer Initials: W.B. While browsing for a Blu-Ray version of "Joe vs the Volcano," I mistakenly clicked on a link for a digital download. Despite the error, I promptly tried to rectify it by following the steps to cancel the order. To my dismay, I received a response indicating that the order could not be canceled because I had allegedly already watched the movie and other content. This, however, is not true as I have not accessed or downloaded the movie. I am disappointed by the situation as I made an effort to correct the mistake quickly.

I placed an order with Whole Foods. Unfortunately, there were no available delivery slots for today or tomorrow. Despite trying to find other options on the screen, I was unable to proceed or go back without losing the items in my cart. Frustrated, I reached out to Amazon for assistance as the online help was not useful. However, after waiting on hold for an hour, they abruptly disconnected the call. I am hoping they can contact me to address my concerns, as there doesn't seem to be any reliable help available online.

I provided clear delivery instructions for this order, as I am immunocompromised and at higher risk for COVID-19. Despite this, the Amazon driver disregarded my instructions and delivered my package to the wrong location. Additionally, the directions on my account were incorrect and confusing, making it impossible for me to receive my delivery safely. Now, I am expected to travel to retrieve my package, potentially exposing myself to unnecessary surfaces that need to be disinfected before handling. This situation is not acceptable as I am the paying customer with a subscription, not the driver. My Amazon subscription has been unhelpful as I have been unable to purchase necessary items until this medically prescribed OTC product, which was mishandled by Amazon.

I purchased two items, and unfortunately, one of them arrived defective. After contacting the seller, they promptly replaced the broken item. I was instructed to return the defective item, and a labeling issue has arisen. The label I received is for identification within the box, not a complete shipping label. I am unsure if UPS will deliver the missing label. The defective item is ready for return, but it cannot be shipped without a proper label. Despite requesting a shipping label, one has not been provided.

Today, I received my Amazon order in a WalMart package. I contacted WalMart Customer Service and they were able to find my Amazon order with the order number on the package label. I am concerned about this situation. It seems like a third-party Amazon seller might have bought the products from WalMart to fulfill my order. I tried calling Amazon, but their recorded message mentioned their unavailability due to Covid-19 and said they couldn't be reached by phone at the moment.

I placed an order for a 2oz bottle pack of 3 melatonin bottles, but I only received one bottle each time despite ordering and reordering. If I try for a third time, will I receive the correct three-pack this time? While technically, if I receive one more single bottle, I would have the three bottles I ordered, I am confused about the inconsistency in the product listing.

I purchased two charging cords listed as type C for my Motorola G-6 Play cell phone from Amazon. Despite being informed they were type C, they did not fit my phone. The orders were # [redacted]-[redacted] and [redacted]-[redacted], priced at $18.37 each. As a Prime member, I received one cord the next day, with the second expected tomorrow. I now need to return both cords and exchange them for two 10' charging cords with micro Android adapters that fit my phone. I appreciate your assistance in facilitating this replacement. Thank you.

I have attempted to purchase clothing and sippy cups from amazon.de three times. Each time, my order has been canceled, and my account has been frozen. Initially, the issue was an old credit card on my account that I had not used but had not deleted either. Despite opting for the monthly payment method and not using the old credit card, my account was still frozen. Upon the removal of the credit card information, I tried to place an order again, only to have my account frozen once more. They requested a billing statement that I could not provide for a non-existent card. After sending a PDF explaining this, they asked for proof of identity in the form of a utility bill. I sent my electric bill, and my account was finally unfrozen. When I attempted to order again, my account was frozen yet again, and I am unable to contact them without a billing statement. Despite explaining my situation, I am at a standstill as my account remains frozen without receiving further instructions via email.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my account because I don't have my phone with me. Although my phone is linked to my account, I don't have access to it. I only have my password but not my phone. I understand that 2FA is important, but it seems unfair that my phone has more control over my account than I do. This vulnerability can be exploited for malicious purposes. I just want to update my phone number from [redacted]9 to [redacted]6 to regain access to my Amazon account. My new number is not a Smartphone but a Blackberry - I hope that won't be an issue. I appreciate your help in this matter.
