i got an email a few days ago that my email address on my account has changed. i did not change my email address, i think someone hacked it. i am wanting to delete or recover the account or which ever choice is safer. i am scared that they can access my card information and my prime membership.

GetHuman-savsharp did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-savsharp fixed the problem
I called there customer service number and waited until I could talk to a real person. I described my problem to the people that deal with hacked accounts and they deactivated the account so that nobody can use my debit card. they said the email and settings will b restored to what I had originally.
