My name is Devulapalli Srinivas and *an Amazon account by the mail ID *****@***.com**The issue is regarding the order number ORDER * ***-*******-*******.**I got a mail from amazon that the order has been delivered today i.e. *th March **** at **.** am India time and signed by me.**The fact is the order has not been delivered till now and I am at home since morning. The mail about the delivery of the order and the track history of the order are factually incorrect.**Pl track the order and ensure that it is delivered to me at the right billing address.

GetHuman-devas did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.

The problem is mainly with the delivery boys. They drop the courier at undesignated places and do not inform the customer about the same nor take the call from the customer. I could ultimately contact the delivery agent through repeated calls for about an hour and he informed me that the package was dropped in a basket kept for collection of milk packets.
