* Months ago Amazon put my account and ***$ USD of a gift card balance on hold. They sent me ONE e-mail asking for proof of the gift cards I'd used which I promptly sent to the number they provided. I paid to have it sent numerous times. They never responded. I've called and asked for help over * dozen times only to have them say, "We're sorry, we don't understand. Your account is on hold and we can't see anything. Account services will have to contact you. We assure you they will contact you within ** hours." As I said I've contacted them over ** times, and I've been told this exact same thing over fifty times. To which no contact ever occurs. They say they though there was suspicious activity with my gift cards which I bought at Lowe's Home Improvement, and promptly provided proof of. So I called again just to see what would be said and guess what? The same exact thing. They're sorry. They can't understand. The account is on hold and they can't tell me anything, it has to be account services. There's no way I can be connected to account services, they have to get ahold of me. They're very sorry for my problems and want to help me resolve them, and they're positive that someone will. Yet, no one has, and no one is apparently going to. So now, I have to figure out what to do.
