I am emailing in reference to my order ***-*******-*******. **I placed the order Saturday evening because, upon adding the items to my cart, I received a notification that if I ordered within * hours, I would have it by Monday. *I chose Amazon over shopping elsewhere because of this promised delivery. **I am a little frustrated not only that I have not received my order yet, but I only got a tracking update for the first time yesterday (Wednesday). **Unfortunately I did not take a screenshot of this message for proof because I didnt expect to be in this (first world problem) situation. **I chose to reach out because I would like to know why I got that message and*or why it wasnt satisfied. I also wanted Amazon to know that I chose their services over another because of this but now Im a bit dismayed I didnt choose to pick up my products at a local store instead. **Thank you in advance for your response,*Emily
