Regarding order # [redacted]-[redacted], I made the purchase four days ago and received an email stating that they are working on establishing a delivery date. However, since the 15th of February, there haven't been any updates on the status of my order. It appears that the item will be shipped from Georgia as Georgia tax was applied. Regrettably, there has been no progress or communication regarding my order, and I am feeling quite frustrated, especially since I require this item urgently. It has been challenging to reach a customer service representative to discuss and address this issue. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I am unable to reset my Amazon password as I am unsure of the expiration date for the MasterCard ending in [redacted]. I own two MasterCards but do not use them for Amazon purchases. After receiving a new Visa card in May [redacted] due to a hack, I have been using the one ending in [redacted] for Amazon transactions. Despite not changing my password recently, I am facing issues logging in. Regarding my mailing address, we initially used a PO Box and have since switched to home delivery, using the Elma Washington Post Office address provided. I have received similar incorrect password messages from Amazon before, despite little password variation across my accounts. I am puzzled by Amazon's repeated password error prompts, especially since I do not recall using a MasterCard for Amazon purchases.

I am facing an issue logging into my Amazon account. I am unable to reset my password as it requires me to provide the expiration date for a MasterCard ending in [redacted], which I don't remember having or using for Amazon purchases. Since May [redacted], I have been using a Visa card ending in [redacted] for my Amazon transactions after my previous card was compromised. Despite not changing my Amazon password recently, I received an error message. For mailing address preferences, we initially had a PO box due to no home delivery, but now receive mail at home. I use a combination of the PO box address (PO box [redacted], Elma WA [redacted]) and a street address ([redacted] W. Young St, #[redacted], Elma, WA 98[redacted]) for different deliveries. Though I have received password incorrect notifications previously, I maintain unique passwords for various accounts. I am uncertain how to proceed with the login issue given my lack of memory regarding the mentioned MasterCard's expiration date or its use with Amazon.

I placed an order on Amazon after creating a new account and paid with a Visa card for some reason that escapes me. Amazon asked me to prove that I am the rightful owner of the card; however, as I am currently abroad and do not frequently use this card, I was unable to send them the requested proof. Instead, I provided other evidence, such as my last withdrawal in France and the bank letter accompanying the card, which Amazon did not accept. These proofs should suffice. My account is now locked, and I've asked Amazon to either accept my evidence and unlock it or close the account and cancel my order, but I have not received any response. I request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly as I do not wish for this situation to prolong.

Hello, I am John Kasyanenko. I bought a pair of shoes on January 31 and returned them on February 7. I completed the return process on Amazon's website and included a copy of the invoice with a note requesting a refund. According to UPS tracking, you received the shoes a few days ago. This is my second email. I am reaching out for an update on my refund as it is now February 18. My order details are: Order Number: [redacted] Order ID: [redacted]-[redacted] I would appreciate it if you could inform me when I can expect the full refund. Your prompt response is highly anticipated. Thank you, John

I ordered a paint-by-number set in mid-December [redacted], expecting it to arrive in January but it only reached Arizona this past Tuesday from Wuhan, China. After waiting an extra week as requested, Amazon issued a refund. Now, I would like to repay Amazon for the gift and adjust my feedback for the seller as they did deliver the item eventually. I aim to be fair and honest, so I want to make things right by paying for the order [redacted] and clearing the seller from any misconceptions. It's unfortunate that it took so long, and dealing with Amazon for assistance has been challenging. I hope to correct this and avoid similar experiences in the future by refraining from ordering from China. Can you assist me in arranging payment to rectify the situation? Thank you for your attention. M. Saboe

Subject: Issue with Order [redacted]-[redacted] Hello, I am a dedicated user of Amazon Prime and recently ordered a fragrance mist with the above order number on 2/13. Unfortunately, upon delivery on 2/18, the item was broken with the liquid spilling all over the inside of the package. I have attempted to contact the seller three times regarding this issue, but each time I am asked to respond with the same information. I am not looking for a replacement and would like a refund instead. The item was shipped via USPS, and I believe the seller can seek reimbursement for the damaged product from them. I still have the packaging with the spilled liquid if it needs to be provided as evidence. Please, use the email address provided as my daughter and I share the account. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you. G.S. Email: [redacted]

Six years ago, I created an Amazon account in Brisbane to set up my Kindle. I later moved back to the UK without updating my personal information on the account. I now need to re-register my Kindle after resetting it but can't remember my password. I still receive emails from Amazon on my old email address but can't access my account without the password or my old phone number. I remember my previous address in Brisbane. How can I recover my password or close my Australian Amazon account to open a new one in the UK?

Hello, I am requesting a reversal of this charge as it is inaccurate. Amazon initiated a replacement order because the initial item was not received. Since there was no original item to return, I spoke directly with an Amazon representative who clarified that no additional action was needed from my end to receive the refund for the undelivered item. Kindly rectify this charge promptly. Thank you, Jeff

I recently ordered the Canine Caviar Buffalo Braided Sticks 6 inch/6 pack treats from Amazon, as I have done in the past without any issues. Unfortunately, this time I received the Canine Caviar Buffalo Intestines package instead of the braided sticks that I had ordered. While there was a white label on the package indicating they were the braided sticks, it seems to have been mistakenly placed. I wanted to bring this to your attention and hope we can resolve this mix-up. Thank you for your help.

I recently purchased the following product and I am quite satisfied with it. However, I was disappointed to find a card in my order offering a $15 gift card in exchange for a 5-star review without mentioning any payment for the review. This practice is clearly an attempt to manipulate reviews. I believe that reviews should be transparent, and I have no issue with positive reviews that disclose receiving a gift. Amazon reviews are an important factor for me, and if they cannot be trusted, it undermines my trust in the platform. This kind of behavior needs to be addressed promptly. Hi, I need assistance with Amazon Prime as I have noticed unauthorized charges from my bank account. I don't have a Prime account listed, yet they are deducting money. Also, there are charity deductions that I am unaware of. I have tried contacting customer service without success. If I don't receive a satisfactory response within 24 hours, I will: 1. Cancel my Amazon account, 2. Share my issues on social media, and 3. File an official complaint in the UK as it would be more effective than in Spain. It is illegal to take money without permission. I hope for a prompt and serious resolution. Thank you for your attention. Best regards, J. Sandner.

I am still waiting for UPS to pick up the wrong item I received for return. It's not the gun I ordered, the Crosman P1322 in black. The item I got is some kind of electrical gadget. In an email from you, it was mentioned that my refund would be issued back to my debit card. I prefer to have it refunded onto an Amazon gift card. Thank you. - EJ Part II. It's February 25, [redacted], 2:40 PM, and I am still waiting for UPS to pick up this item for return.

On January 24, [redacted], I ordered photo cards for $47.03. The delivery timeframe was 4-6 business days, but on January 25th, they couldn't access my building to deliver it. After contacting Amazon, they informed me the package was lost and offered a replacement, but I opted for a refund instead. However, the next day, the lost cards were delivered. Although I received a refund on my credit card, I now have both the money and the cards. I want to do the right thing. I tried calling Amazon, but the call was disrupted by background noise, making it difficult to communicate effectively. I just want to resolve this honestly without unnecessary complications. Thank you. - M.C.

Order # [redacted]-[redacted] I need to file a formal complaint regarding the Google Analytics Enfield Depot delivery service in North London, UK, in relation to my Amazon order # [redacted]-[redacted]. The delivery process is disturbingly flawed: 1. The Amazon package supposedly arrived at the depot very early in the morning. 2. I received an email stating the delivery would take place that same day. 3. Despite waiting at home the entire day, by 4 pm, the Amazon tracker indicated that the package had not been out for delivery. 4. At 5 pm, I received an email claiming an attempted delivery at 2.29 pm, which conflicts with the tracker's previous status. 5. The sudden change in delivery status from not out for delivery to attempted delivery within an hour raises questions about the credibility of the tracking system. 6. It seems that the Enfield Depot or its drivers may be altering the tracking information, warranting a thorough investigation. Living in a building with CCTV monitoring in the reception area adds to the frustration, as there was no delivery attempt documented, and no delivery card left. This recurring issue has resulted in wasted time and frustration. Despite previous complaints to Amazon, there has been no improvement in service. If future orders are assigned to the Enfield Depot, I will have no choice but to cancel and seek alternative options.

On February 12th or 13th, I placed an order for a red iPhone 11, and the delivery was scheduled for Sunday, the 16th at 8 pm. However, the package did not arrive, and I was not home to receive it even if it did. Subsequently, I encountered difficulty accessing my Amazon account. The message stated that the information provided was reviewed by Amazon, but my account couldn't be unlocked at that moment. The notification suggested checking for an email or text message from Amazon for further instructions. I would appreciate any assistance in regaining access to my account and ensuring the delivery of my package.

I bought a water pump a while ago and added the extended warranty. Unfortunately, the pump has failed and I need a replacement quickly to save my fish. I tried to make a claim with the warranty company, but it just directed me to the manufacturer's phone number and then halted the process abruptly. I have left three messages for the manufacturer, but they haven't returned my calls. How can I effectively utilize the extended warranty that I purchased?

Hello, I am interested in purchasing an LG27GL850-B monitor from Amazon. I found it priced at approximately [redacted]€ on amazon.de and around [redacted]€ on amazon.it, with shipping costs included to Greece, making the monitor's actual cost [redacted]€. Shipping from Germany is about 60€, and from Italy is about 50€. I bought a [redacted]€ monitor from amazon.de two years ago but never had to use the warranty, so I am unsure about the process. I would like to understand how the warranty works if needed. Would I need to pay to ship the item back for inspection, and would you cover all costs for the return and replacement? I understand this monitor may arrive with issues like burnt pixels or extreme IPS glow. Would these be considered valid reasons for a free return? Lastly, if I change my mind after opening the package, can I return it free of charge? I want to pay [redacted]€-[redacted]€ and not worry about additional costs if the monitor is defective or needs warranty service.

I canceled my Prime membership because the item I wanted was out of stock and never purchased. However, on the same day I made the order, I was charged for it. After canceling my Prime, I received a $12.99 refund. Surprisingly, I noticed another $12.99 charge on 2/1/20, even though I don't have an active membership. I tried to cancel, but the system wouldn't allow me. I removed my credit card details, yet I still got billed through my credit card. This issue needs to be resolved and my information permanently removed. It's frustrating that there's no option to talk to a customer service representative about this matter.

I'm having trouble accessing my account as it is currently locked. When attempting to reset my password, the two-step verification process says the code will be sent to my phone, but the number listed is incorrect. I also noticed that when trying to correct the number, it keeps reverting back to the wrong one. This issue has persisted for weeks without resolution, leading me to consider closing my Amazon account. During my last interaction with Customer Service, the representative mentioned her monitor was locked and advised me to call back. However, when I tried the number provided, I was informed that it cannot be reached from the U.S.
