I received an Amazon gift card as a gift and attempted to exchange it for Nintendo store credit to purchase a game. Unfortunately, I unknowingly violated the terms of service and my account was subsequently disabled. While I acknowledge the measures in place to prevent money laundering, my sole aim was to utilize the gift card for a legitimate purchase. I simply wish to regain access to my account so I can choose a different item using the gift card.

I've attempted to update my email account as my old email address is no longer valid. However, I encountered an issue on the website stating a problem with my password. Despite reaching out for help through chat and making three calls to customer service, the problem remains unresolved. The last advisor advised me to call back due to technical difficulties. After 11 hours of trying, I am feeling frustrated. The conflicting messages received, including suggestions to close the account and open a new one, have only complicated matters further. It should not be this challenging to update my account details.

I received a defective wifi extender from Amazon and they promised to send me a packing slip to return the item. The following day, I discovered a UPS slip indicating a failed delivery attempt. Despite this, Amazon assured me they would provide a new packing slip. Unfortunately, the box was left outside and disappeared later on. After attempting to determine if UPS had retrieved it, I contacted Amazon once more to obtain the new tracking number. I spoke with a helpful Amazon employee named Barbara, who promptly supplied me with the new tracking number. With Barbara's assistance, I was able to verify that the box was in the process of being returned. I truly appreciate Barbara's efficiency and assistance throughout this challenging situation.

I traded in a Kindle and got an email confirming its receipt on 1/10/[redacted] with a deadline of Jan. 31. I had sent a letter earlier regarding the warranty because the Kindle was not working properly; an agent fixed it temporarily, but issues returned. I ordered a new Kindle and returned the old one. They acknowledged its receipt and mentioned a refund taking up to a month. Recently, I received a letter stating the time had expired despite it being received on Jan. 10. At 83 years old, this has become problematic for me. I included a letter with details about the poor repair and the active warranty when I contacted them. - Ed B.

Last night, I attempted to purchase Season 1 of The Night Manager, expecting it to be part of my Prime subscription. Unfortunately, I could only access episode six and couldn't find the prior episodes. To resolve this, I signed up for $10.99, which then unlocked the missing episodes. I am interested in watching them, but if they are meant to be included with Prime, I prefer not to pay extra. Can you explain why this occurred and refund the $10.99 charge? Thank you, John C.

I received a call about a charge in Ohio on my account, instructing me to press 1, which I did. Then, another person got on the line and mentioned refunding the charge. They claimed they couldn't do it to my card for security reasons and had me download apps and access my computer. They promised to credit an additional $[redacted] and asked me to buy 3 $[redacted] Ebay gift cards to block the hackers. They wanted me to stay on the phone while I drove to get the gift cards. I disconnected the call, but they repeatedly called me and somehow could still communicate with me without my answering. This situation doesn't seem legitimate at all, does it?

Hello Amazon, I have been a loyal customer, enjoying services like Amazon Prime. While I have made many purchases, I have noticed changes in Amazon Prime deliveries. I am concerned that drivers often do not ring or knock on my door, leaving packages unattended. I appreciate the photo proof for delivery confirmation, but I would prefer a courtesy knock or ring. Additionally, your customer service seems to focus mainly on the app for cell phones. I would like the option to communicate or resolve issues using my computer desktop, as I find it easier to navigate. I try to limit my cell phone use for emergencies due to my eyesight. Please consider providing more options for customers like me who prefer using desktop computers. Thank you for addressing these concerns for an improved customer experience. Hello, I am SHAN SHOUKATH. I purchased a TV from Amazon on 26-11-[redacted] with order no: [redacted]-[redacted]. The billing address is BEMAX ACADEMY,HEAD OFFICE, NH BYPASS MEVARAM KOLLAM, pin [redacted]. Unfortunately, the TV was delivered damaged. I contacted TVS-E, but they did not respond on the promised date. I then reached out to Amazon customer care for a refund. They advised me to contact TVS-E directly and submit a worksheet for processing. After a month, TVS-E finally reached out and provided a worksheet. I have attached the worksheet and Amazon invoice for your review. Please assist in resolving this issue and processing our refund. Thank you.

I received an email today that appears to be from Amazon, stating that there is a hold on my account due to billing information discrepancies. It requests me to verify my account within 3 days to prevent order cancellations. The email contains a link for verification. I am unsure if this is a legitimate email from Amazon.

I purchased the Periodic Table Advanced book from Amazon, but I received a MLA guidelines pamphlet from the same company instead, which is a shipping error. I am requesting to have the correct product sent to me. Additionally, I noticed that my Amazon "leave seller feedback" page does not show any products sent to me by "Inc. BarCharts," even though I received 3 items, including the incorrect one, from this seller. This makes it challenging for me to address this problem directly with the vendor.

I believe you could save approximately $7,[redacted] to $8,[redacted] annually by making some changes at the self-service buffet located at [redacted] SW [redacted] St in Miami, FL. During my recent visit, I observed a customer using his hands to eat directly from the buffet. When I brought this to the attention of your staff, I was informed that it's a common occurrence. With the current concerns regarding the contagious nature of the coronavirus, I am hesitant to patronize the buffet until this issue is addressed. One possible solution could be to implement a system where customers are required to present a credit card upon entry, with a $10 immediate charge. If they choose to only view the food, this charge would be refunded; otherwise, it could be used towards their food purchase. This measure could deter food theft and minimize the risk of contamination. Please inform me once you have rectified this issue so I can confidently dine at your establishment again. I purchased an induction cooker, but instead, they delivered a cable wire. I contacted customer service, and they promised to investigate but never followed up. When I inquired about the status after a week, they claimed their investigation showed they delivered the correct product. The product is non-returnable, but their policy states they refund in case of wrong items delivered. I have evidence with a screenshot of the cable. The item came in a small package, making it hard to believe it's the induction cooker. Despite their claims, I believe they sent the wrong product. On my first shopping experience with this brand, I feel cheated. The investigation should have been more thorough as the difference in weight and size of the items is evident. Please avoid this seller, unlike Amazon, they are not reliable.

I purchased a Samsung 6.2 fully automatic washing machine two days ago and was expecting it to arrive today. I received a call from the delivery boy around 2 pm who mentioned the delivery was on its way. Before he could arrive, I got an automated call from Amazon stating that the delivery was returned due to an address issue. At 3 pm, the delivery boy arrived with another person. They rudely informed me that my exchange washing machine was rejected and refused to take it. They discussed the rejection loudly and even took photos of my exchange machine. To make things worse, they didn't deliver my order either. This was a terrible experience with Amazon. The behavior of the delivery team was unacceptable, as they were rude and confrontational. It seemed like they were about to get into a fight, judging by their loud voices. This experience has left me highly dissatisfied.

My account has been on hold for over a month due to suspicious activity, and I am unable to place an order or access my account. Customer service representatives and supervisors have been unable to assist as specialists do not accept phone calls. They provided an email address for contact, but I need to be logged in to use it. I have received forms to update payment information, but the links redirect me to the login page I can't access. Despite submitting required information multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. Attempts to escalate to a manager have been unsuccessful as they do not accept phone calls. My Audible account, with over 8 book credits, has been cancelled. As a loyal Prime member for a decade, I am seeking assistance to resolve this frustrating situation.

For the last 6 to 7 months, I keep seeing a charge of $39.99 on my seller's account labeled as "SELLERS REPAY." Despite reaching out through calls and emails, I only receive generic responses that do not clarify the origin of this charge. This charge reflects on my AMEX bill, and even on the latest statement in Jan [redacted], the $39.99 charge persists. I'm seeking a conversation with a representative to obtain a clear explanation for this charge, rather than another email with a standard response.

Dear Sir, I wanted to inform you that I have placed an order for three items using my user ID and an Amazon Gift voucher. One of the items, "Raiter Women's Cotton Side Pattern Skinny Jeans (Black, 34)" was delivered by your representative yesterday, but the "Raiter Women Cotton Skinny Fit Jeans (Grey, 34)" has not been received yet. Upon checking the delivery status on my user ID, it shows that the item marked in yellow has been delivered, but I have not received it. I contacted the courier boy using the phone number provided in the SMS, but he was unaware of the undelivered item and advised me to contact customer care. I kindly request you to investigate the miscommunication and address why the undelivered item is marked as "Delivered" on your website. Awaiting your prompt response. Over the holidays, I purchased items on Amazon which ended up being different and cheaply made compared to the pictures online. The packages had no return information and seemed misleading. I didn't address the issue due to challenges in contacting Amazon. Lately, when asked about my experience with Amazon, I feel hesitant to share my negative feedback, so I'm reaching out to inquire about a refund or a gift card to resolve this. Returning the items isn't feasible as they are with my daughter in another state. I hope Amazon can assist me as I want to continue shopping there, but I'm wary of the product quality. I came across a jet black chaise lounge online at Furniture Mania, indicating one in stock. I placed my order promptly, expecting to receive the item I desired. Unfortunately, what arrived was an Ashe gray sofa with scratched legs, completely different from my order. I reached out to the company online and was provided a return option and label. Being elderly, we are hesitant to pay for another furniture assembly only to face potential disappointment again. I believe we should receive an email confirming the correct item before shipment. Furniture Mania's stringent return policies seem unjust considering this error was not on our part. I sense this is a recurring issue with Furniture Mania, and I am feeling frustrated with their customer service.

I wanted to share my experience with a recent purchase. On Jan 27, [redacted], I received the Nike shoe from this order. Unfortunately, after a few days, I noticed the upper part of the shoe tearing. I reported the issue over the phone and was pleased with the prompt replacement process initiated on Feb 13, [redacted]. The replacement shoe arrived on Feb 14, [redacted], but I am facing sizing issues upon trying it on. I contacted customer care on Feb 15, [redacted], and spoke to Jayshree requesting a larger size, only to be informed that replacements can only be made once.
