This afternoon my *th Generation Kindle Fire apparently went into SHOW MODE, whatever that is, & I contacted your technical support & as this Kindle Fire was purchased in October **** still under warranty there should be NO REASON why I should pay for this help. I wasn't charged earlier today and I'd like to be able to get back to reading my book and get this SHOW MODE gone.
GetHuman-lzbthfro did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.

T he Amazon Tech was absolutely incredible and within a few minutes he had my Kindle Fire, *th Generation up and running. I did nothing. PLEASE STOP EMAILING ME. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR "HELP" NOR DO I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU AGAIN., STOP IT.
