I was expecting an Amazon delivery today for gifts, but it was mistakenly delivered to [redacted] Hickory St. in Savannah instead of my address at [redacted] Hickory Ct. in Hinesville. The package was signed for by BAHR. I need to retrieve my package before leaving town this Saturday. This is an urgent situation as I intended to bring these items with me. On February 2, [redacted], I placed an order for a novel. According to the order details, it was delivered and handed over to Jerry Thakur a few days later, on February 5, [redacted], at 2:47 p.m. However, I did not receive the parcel, and there was no one at home at the time of delivery. I checked with my neighbors, and they confirmed that they did not receive any parcel for me. I made the payment online, and even though the online details indicate that the order was delivered, I have not received the novel. I am keen on resolving this matter promptly and ensuring that I receive the novel I paid for.

I purchased a boat [redacted] R Bluetooth speaker from Amazon. After 25 days, one side of the speaker wasn't working. When I visited the service center, they said it was a duplicate product. I contacted Amazon, and they assured me a refund if it was indeed a duplicate. Their representative said someone would come to pick up the Bluetooth speaker. A few days later, they confirmed it was a duplicate, but when I informed Amazon, they wanted the duplicate confirmation email from the service center. After providing them with the email, Amazon stated I would get a refund by February 11, [redacted]. However, I haven't received the refund yet, and I am not getting any response from them. I am unsure what to do next.

I received a defective wifi extender, and they supposed to send a packing slip, but UPS left it yesterday. UPS wants to charge $5 for pickup, which is 10% of the item's cost. I'm a 70-year-old with no car and it's hard for me to go to the UPS store. I had a long ordeal with the chat line before talking to a person. I have the UPS packing slip but don't know what to do next. Please call me at [redacted] because typing is difficult for me.

Despite assurances from a representative named Lorraine that the item would arrive today, the online tracking still shows a later delivery date. I did not request to reschedule the delivery for Friday, so I am concerned by the misinformation provided. It is disappointing to feel misled in this situation. I am frustrated with the ongoing issues I've been experiencing with Amazon. Each time I try to access my account, I am unable to log in without an OTP requirement. I am growing weary of these constant problems with your software. It's important to note that there are alternatives to Amazon, despite what might be believed. Personally, I have an eBay account and have never encountered any issues with them. I hope that this will be the last time I need to address this matter. I purchased a Lumex Rollator Walker (ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted]) for a family member, but unfortunately, the walker is defective as all four wheels do not touch the ground simultaneously. I want to confirm that I will not incur shipping charges to return it and receive a replacement. I am already facing the cost and inconvenience of returning the defective walker to my family member after discovering the issue once I arrived. My Amazon Prime Account was compromised when my home email was hacked last November. After reporting it, the account was locked and then reopened three days later, providing me with a code which led me to a non-existent page upon usage. Despite a second attempt two weeks ago, the same issue continued. I have been unable to access my Audible gift from Christmas and noticed my Prime membership fee was deducted from my bank account. I require assistance to resolve this matter promptly, or I will have to consider closing my account and requesting a refund of the membership fee. Your help is greatly appreciated.

On Monday the 11th, I am leaving for a trip on Saturday the 15th, hoping to have the item before then to enjoy music on the road. Despite Amazon lockers being near my building at [redacted] 17th Ave., Seattle, WA [redacted], they didn't show up as an option for my zip code, so I didn't choose that delivery method. I am disappointed as my gift order has not been delivered due to an incorrect shipping address. I had difficulty communicating with the customer service representatives based in the Philippines and during a chat session. While I have chat transcripts, I do not seek a refund but simply want the address rectified for successful delivery. It seems resolving this issue is proving challenging. I would greatly appreciate speaking with an American representative, although it appears this may not be an option. I am dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided.

I purchased two pairs of Tifosi sunglasses for use in two separate homes in Texas and Florida. Upon wearing one pair in Florida, I noticed the lenses were becoming discolored. After discussing the issue with Tifosi, they mentioned that factors like sunscreen and perspiration might have affected the lenses. Following some communication, they have tentatively agreed to replace the lenses. However, I also have another pair bought from Amazon that has never been used and I would like to return them for a full refund. I spend 6-8 months in Florida each year, exposed to the sun and perspiring, so these sunglasses will not serve me well. The Amazon order number for the unused pair is [redacted]-[redacted]. My husband and I have been loyal Amazon Prime members for a long time.

Tonight, I attempted to buy a video on Amazon, but my main payment method (my card ending in [redacted]) was rejected. I contacted my bank, and they removed the block on the card, suspecting it was a fraudulent charge. Despite this, every subsequent purchase attempt on Amazon failed. My account got suspended after receiving this email concerning a disputed payment. I have been an Amazon customer for over 15 years and regularly place orders. I forgot my password, which is displayed as asterisks. Even though I use a password safe, the stored password doesn't work for my Amazon account. When I attempt to change my email or password, I am prompted for my current password, which gets rejected. Contacting support by phone has not resolved the issue. I simply need assistance in retrieving my current password to take care of the necessary changes.

Hello, I have noticed some unusual activity on my Amazon account since before Christmas. Despite having two-step verification, someone managed to use my debit card to purchase a £50 Amazon gift card on January 30th. This transaction does not appear on my order page, but £50 was deducted from my bank account. I have contacted Amazon multiple times, but they have not been very helpful in resolving this matter. I spoke with them again on Monday to request a refund, and they assured me they would reach out via email to address the problem, but I have not received any communication from them. While traveling abroad, I bought a mophie phone case online via Amazon but received the wrong item upon delivery. The case I received doesn't match the one I ordered; it was supposed to be compatible with the apple lightning cable but only works with micro-USB. I won't be back in the US until May, so I am seeking guidance on how to obtain a refund since I can't return it in person.

In December, I ordered a doll for Christmas but received a lamp instead. After contacting Amazon through the app, they sent a new doll and provided a slip to return the lamp. The replacement doll arrived late, and I returned the lamp to the Amazon return at Kohls. I noticed an unfamiliar charge on Feb. 9 in my account, which Amazon stated was for the doll I supposedly did not return. Despite explaining that I returned the lamp to Kohls, Amazon mentioned they hadn't received it but would issue a refund since they acknowledged the return. However, I am still awaiting the refund. When can I anticipate receiving it?
