To Whom It May Concern, I recently discovered that my credit card has been charged for 16 months at a monthly rate of $12.99 for Amazon Prime, from November 7th until February [redacted]. The last time I used Amazon for an order was on October 30, [redacted]. Since then, no orders have been placed. I was unaware that I was signed up for Prime and certainly did not authorize these charges. Please refund the $[redacted].84 that was charged to my credit card as this has been a significant unexpected cost. Thank you.

I need assistance as I've contacted customer service five times unsuccessfully. Someone altered my email on my Amazon account, causing me to be unable to access it. Although I appreciate the security measures, I'm struggling as a customer to resolve this issue with Amazon. Despite providing the correct information for security questions about my phone number, credit card, and accounts, I was informed I failed and would need to try again. They then asked the year I joined PRIME, which I can't recall. I've spent at least 30 minutes on each call attempting to fix this to no avail. I urgently require someone from Amazon to ensure my account is secure and accessible so I can use Audible.com and redeem a gift card from November [redacted] with funds being deducted.

I have an Amazon account with many free and paid Android apps on my tablet that I regularly use. Now I have a new Android tablet and would like to transfer some of the apps to the new device. I have installed the Amazon AppStore app and tried to log in to my account. After entering my username and password, I received an error message saying, "Oh, something went wrong. I recently received an Amazon credit card, which we promptly shredded. However, I unexpectedly received a bill for $[redacted] from Synchrony Bank, requesting $63 payment and the remaining balance. I paid the $63 with a bank debit, but it was cashed by Western Union. Upon contacting Synchrony Bank, they stated it would take 30 to 60 days to investigate. I'm puzzled by how charges could be made on a card we shredded. Is Synchrony Bank now handling your credit cards?

I am currently facing an issue where I am unable to access my Amazon Advantage account. Despite working with two different Amazon technicians, a resolution has not been reached. Initially, the account was set up using "[redacted]" without any access problems. However, once I added another email address, "[redacted]," which was not used for the Advantage account, Amazon detected it and changed the original AOL email to the Gmail address, resulting in my account being locked. Despite my efforts and those of the Amazon technicians, the problem persists, and it seems like there may be no feasible solution at present.

I purchased a Snow Joe snow blower on February 7, [redacted], and it arrived today, 02/10/[redacted]. However, upon reviewing the same item on Amazon, I noticed that the price has been reduced from $[redacted] to $[redacted].48. This came as quite a shock to me as a loyal Amazon customer and Prime member. I have always been satisfied with my purchases on Amazon over the years. I am going through a difficult time as I am facing disability issues and have struggled with accessing my Amazon account for weeks now. I am extremely disappointed. I purchased a red guitar capo for $[redacted], but I received the wrong item, a black capo which is cheaper and not what I ordered. I re-ordered but received the same wrong product. I made an online payment, but I have not received a refund yet. It has been 4 days, and I have not been notified if the company received the product. Subject: Issue with Earphones Order I placed an order for Earphones with the Tracking ID [redacted]18 on February 10, [redacted]. I was not contacted by the delivery person to coordinate the delivery, and I did not share the PIN with anyone. Surprisingly, I discovered through the Amazon app notification that the order was delivered on the morning of February 11, [redacted], to my office address. The product was handed over to the office security without my knowledge or consent. Upon inquiring with the security, he denied receiving any package from Amazon. Interestingly, the delivery note indicates that the delivery was signed for by a security personnel named Maltesh. I am requesting a copy of the signed delivery note and an update on the status of the Earphones delivery. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

On 1/12/20, I placed an order for 1 HP Pavilion desktop computer. The only order I made was for the Pavilion. However, the order sheet indicates 2 more orders were placed on 1/7/20, which I did not do. I attempted to return the extra items, but the technology geeks did not send me the necessary labels. Now, they are unresponsive, and Amazon has not been able to assist me with this issue. When I purchased the Pavilion, I thought I was buying it from Amazon, not dealing directly with the geeks. I believe this situation is a scam, as the geeks claimed I ordered extra items due to high demand in my area, which I find suspicious. I have no recollection of accidentally placing those additional orders. As a loyal Amazon customer, I am disappointed by the lack of support. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter promptly.

I received an email from DHL on Monday, Feb 10th at 8:55 am, stating that my item would arrive before the end of the day. Despite waiting at home all day, I did not receive a call or my package by 10 pm. The next day, I did not receive any communication about a new delivery time. After contacting DHL at [redacted], I spoke with Alfredo Espinoza, who mentioned that the package was delivered according to their records. I am concerned because I never received the package, and it is unclear who signed for it. Alfredo mentioned that the package was left at an office, but my condo complex does not have one. I am requesting Amazon to resend my replacement order promptly as the original package seems to have been misdelivered or lost. My account got blocked after I provided information requested by them. Even after sending it three times, they keep sending auto-replies and haven't resolved the issue. I'm in Turkey, trying to purchase a keyboard and headphone stand with my friend. Initially, I used my debit card, but a day later, Amazon didn't process the payment. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed no issues with my card or payment attempts from Amazon. I then tried another debit card, but faced the same issue. I recently discovered a fraudulent account was opened in my name with Chase, resulting in unauthorized charges of over $3,[redacted] on my Chase card. Despite my claims, Chase Fraud alleges that I was the one who opened the account. During the holidays, I received numerous unsolicited packages from Amazon, prompting me to contact them. Now, I find myself burdened with a $3,[redacted] debt due to this fraudulent activity. The fraudulent Amazon account number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. I am unsure of who to contact to resolve this issue.

I signed up with Verizon and got an Amazon Prime membership as part of my package. This happened in March [redacted]. In late August [redacted], I contacted Prime because I was having trouble with the technology on my Vizio, Sony, and Panasonic devices receiving Prime's signal. Prime said they would send me a $25 gift card, which I could use to get a Fire Stick to fix the issue. Unfortunately, it never arrived, despite numerous calls. I just got off the phone with Amazon, and I found out that they had been trying to contact me, but I wasn't answering their calls.
