I was deceived by a fraudulent company posing as AZmazon, who had access to my Prime account details. After searching for the Prime membership phone number on Google, I unintentionally reached a scam line. As a result, I lost $[redacted]. It all started with a simple inquiry about an Audible charge. When I used voice search to find the number, I unknowingly connected with imposters posing as Amazon employees. They claimed my account was compromised, and I was coerced into purchasing security codes on gift cards to resolve the issue. They even showed me fabricated screens displaying my Amazon shipping addresses. This experience has left me devastated and embarrassed. Being disabled in DC, this financial loss has had a significant impact on me.

I recently signed up for Amazon Prime. After ordering a phone case, I noticed some unexpected charges on my account. Confused, I tried to re-order the case and was charged twice a few hours later. Upon checking my orders on the website, I realized the issue and promptly canceled one order. However, I am yet to see a refund for the canceled order. I am unsure why this is taking so long. Also, there seemed to be a price discrepancy between the two orders for the same item. I appreciate the efficient tracking system and reasonable prices offered by Amazon Prime. I am just hoping to resolve the refund issue promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently cancelled order number #[redacted]-[redacted] to change my payment method. Amazon confirmed the cancellation. They charged me £65.43 for the order and said the refund would take 5-7 days. It has been 8 days, and I am still waiting for the refund. I reached out to Amazon via live chat, and they mentioned it was an authorisation charge that my bank should refund. However, my bank stated it is not an authorisation charge, and the refund should be processed by Amazon. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.

Hello, I am the author of "STOP THE PAIN: God's Answer to My Unanswered Prayer" by Carmelita M. Kinjo. I want to address an issue related to the availability of my book. The book and its Journal version are currently being marketed with a "ONLY ONE COPY" tagline. Previously published by Xulon Press in May [redacted], I have now republished it with new ISBN numbers through IngramSpark in September [redacted]. However, the old ISBN numbers from the Xulon Press edition still appear in your Prime Book list, causing a hindrance to the sale of the new edition. I would appreciate clarification on this matter to ensure the correct listing of my book. Thank you.

I have been struggling to log in and called multiple times, including today, but I am very frustrated because the representative I spoke with did not want to assist me. They asked me to verify my identity by providing the date I opened my prime membership, which I do not recall as I had one with my ex-husband and another one now. I explained that I have two accounts but only use one. I am unable to return textbooks for my son and was charged as a result. Even renting movies did not suffice as verification to access my account. The representative asked about a purchase I made in December, but it did not match his records, and he advised me to call back tomorrow. I spend a significant amount on Amazon using my Amazon credit card, and I am dismayed that I cannot access my account. I provided credit card numbers and personal information, but it was deemed insufficient. I am at a loss for how to regain access to my account.

I typically don't complain, as I love Amazon; however, today I received a package that wasn't mine. When I contacted Amazon, I was instructed to open the package, which is concerning as it's illegal to open someone else's mail. This whole situation caused anxiety for my father who has PTSD. I'm shocked that an Amazon employee would advise me to open a package not addressed to me.

I reached out to a chat representative regarding the missing security alarm at my post office. The last suggestion I received was to check with others in the area, which I haven't done yet. I reside in The Blake in the Grove in Baton Rouge, specifically in Independent Living with hundreds of residents. If the alarm shows up in my mailbox tomorrow, I will update you. Unfortunately, it was not there today even though it was marked as delivered. It's common for mail to end up in the wrong box here, whether it's hand-delivered or not.

I received a defective Dyson stick vacuum #[redacted]-01 from Amazon. I contacted them, got a return authorization, and UPS picked up the sealed box with return pick up # 1Z9758R[redacted]7. I received a refund, but now Amazon wants to charge me again, even though I don't have any information on the return after giving the box to UPS. I have been a long-time customer and am concerned about this mix-up. - Maryann F.

As an Amazon Prime customer, I enjoy the benefits it offers. Recently, while browsing plus-size clothing options, I noticed a lack of representation by plus-size models. The current models appear very thin, and this makes it hard for customers like me to imagine how the clothing would look on different body types. Including models that are plus-size would greatly improve the shopping experience and encourage more plus-size clothing sales. Sincerely, Barb Pederson

On February 4th, I placed two orders on Amazon.com. The first order was for a Nintendo Switch bundle with a carrying case and a memory card for $[redacted].51. The second order was for hair weave and a shaver for $60.10. I received two emails - one confirming my order and the other stating they were suspending it and my account due to unusual activity. I called Amazon, and they said I needed to verify the credit card used for the purchase with my credit statement. I explained I didn't have a copy of it and questioned their process since one order went through without verification and the other was suspended. They couldn't cancel the order as my account was locked until I verified the card. On February 7th, I got a code to pick up my order at an Amazon Locker. When I entered the code, two empty lockers opened on opposite sides. Amazon couldn't assist me as my account is still locked. I am considering disputing it with my bank and wanted to know what Amazon can do to resolve this.

I attempted to purchase a Blue Seas Marine 8-Position Switch Panel for $[redacted]. When trying to have it delivered to my address in Barrie, Ontario, I was informed that delivery was not possible. I then tried changing the address to my Collingwood, Ontario location but was still unsuccessful in getting it delivered. In frustration, I tried ordering a similar marine product, but I did not proceed with the purchase as it was not exactly what I needed. This experience has left me feeling that ordering from Amazon and going through the process was a waste of time, especially since I have an Amazon account and there should not have been any issues. Overall, this has been a frustrating and time-consuming experience.

Yesterday, I anticipated the delivery of my phone, eagerly tracking the driver's progress. Unfortunately, upon the driver's approach, the status suddenly switched to "delivered" without any sign of the package. The tracking number associated with my order is TBA[redacted]00. I have already reported the issue to the automated system, instructed to await further updates by Monday. However, I am keen to ascertain a precise delivery time to guarantee I am present to receive it. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I previously informed you about the missing air pump that was supposed to come with my inflatable air sofa. The delivery service is disappointing; the staff even disconnected my call and refused to collect the item. I am trying to remain calm as I had faith in Amazon's customer service. The last representative I spoke to promised to collect the missing item and apologized for the error, but the situation has only worsened. I am determined to escalate this matter and consider legal action, especially since the product was intended for a Non-Governmental Organization. Unfortunately, even Amazon's support team is not assisting me. I urgently require a resolution to this issue, or I will have to pursue legal action. Please address this promptly. Note: According to your delivery partner, they did not receive any written notification about the missing product. Registered Number: +[redacted]44

Two days ago, I called to switch the credit card on my account. After nearly 30 minutes on the phone, the change was completed. Today, I attempted to place an order online only to discover that it could not be processed because my name is linked to the wrong card, a Discover card which I have never had. All my previous transactions went smoothly with other cards, and I am puzzled by this error.

I received a gift that turned out to be a duplicate, so I went to Kohl's to return it with the gift receipt, hoping to refund the gift to the original buyer. Unfortunately, I had to call customer service for assistance. Despite the initial representative understanding my issue, things became complex when I specified that I wanted the refund to go to the purchaser. This resulted in numerous holds and a total wait time of about an hour. After asking for an English-speaking representative, I was eventually transferred to someone else, during which I had to repeat the order ID and my request. The wait was so long that I was able to do household chores in the meantime. When the representative returned, she mentioned needing the purchaser's email, even though she had the order ID on hand. While she admitted the process was time-consuming, the overall experience escalated from a simple return at Kohl's to now having to print a return label and visit UPS. I acknowledge it might have been smoother if I had planned to handle the return entirely from home.

I requested a refund from Asurion. According to the Amazon website, the refund was processed on Dec 28. However, the amount refunded to my credit card statement differs from what was expected. When attempting to view the invoice, it does not specify the items that were refunded, leaving me unsure if the amount of $31.63 includes the Asurion refund. I am seeking clarification on what items were refunded.

I recently received a pack of 4 cans of Campbell's cream of mushroom soup through a Prime Pantry order. I didn't use them right away, as is typical with pantry items. When I opened one of the cans, I discovered a rusty-looking residue inside that came off when I wiped it with a paper towel. Concerned about the condition of the food, I decided not to use the soups, essentially wasting $3.80. I attempted to address the issue through Amazon's chat feature but had a frustrating experience with an agent named Arjun, who took 18 minutes just to transfer me to someone else, which never happened. I then tried calling customer service, only to be met with a long wait time message and unappealing music. I am seeking either a refund or a replacement for the damaged item. Amazon is not allowing me to process the refund online, potentially due to the time that has passed since the purchase. If no resolution is possible, I may consider canceling my Prime subscription. Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on how to close the unresolved chat session with Arjun. Thank you for your assistance.

I have someone there to care for my grandmother around the clock at 7 Tegan Rd, Curra. I recently received an email notifying me of the delivery of the Household Essentials Glidez Narrow Sliding Organizer, 7' in Chrome, and the Lynk Professional Roll Out Double Shelf. I am expecting the Mesh Swing Seat Hanging Hammock and Fruit Vegetable Holder with my next Amazon order. It would be great if you could follow up with the postal service to ensure these items are delivered promptly.

Hello, this is Manish. I had ordered a dinner set which I returned two months ago, and I still haven't received my refund.
