Regarding order [redacted]-[redacted], I was informed by ecom delivery that the delivery was scheduled for yesterday or today. Despite no contact from them, I was surprised to receive a message stating that I rejected the order, leading to its return to Amazon. This situation is baffling, as no attempt was made to deliver the package or contact me. I urgently require clarification on how this occurred without a delivery attempt. I have already reached out via email, and I appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.

Dear Sir, I was charged Rs.[redacted] for a prime membership without my confirmation, which is not suitable for me. I do not use the Amazon site daily, so I am requesting the cancellation of my membership and a refund of the Rs.[redacted]. Additionally, please disable the auto-deduct and auto-renewal options for yearly packages. It is disheartening to experience this kind of service where charges are deducted without confirmation. I understand that I am no longer eligible for a replacement, but I would appreciate your input on my issue. I recently bought a Panasonic KX=TGA101s after my previous one stopped working completely. The replacement initially worked, but it started beeping intermittently. I tried switching to new rechargeable batteries, but the beeping continued. I have attempted twice now to request a refund or a replacement card for an Amazon gift card I purchased for Christmas, but the claim number has rubbed off. I was instructed to email pictures of the front and back of the card along with the purchase receipt to "[redacted]," but I keep receiving a list of websites instead. Hello, I placed an order for The Super Colossal Book of Hidden Pictures on 11/26/19, which was delivered to my boyfriend. However, the book was much smaller than expected and did not meet our expectations, especially for the high price of $75.40. I reached out about a refund and was initially told it wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately, my boyfriend was only able to return the book on the 3rd, and the return was supposed to be made by the 1st according to the return policy. I accidentally purchased the digital version of "Sister Act" when I intended to buy the DVD. I did place an order for the DVD and believed I had cancelled the digital copy, but it seems the charge still went through and appeared on my statement dated January 8. The DVD I ordered on the same day is also listed on the statement and was processed through my Synchrony account. I kindly request the $9.99 charge for the digital copy to be refunded. Hello, I need assistance canceling all my transactions and unsubscribing from Amazon Prime. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my email/username account, which is provided below. There seem to be seven items pending due to incorrect billing information. Please ensure these are canceled to avoid any issues with my debit account. I placed an order for "My Flexible Mirror" over a month ago (01/03/20). As of today (2/04/20), I have not received my order. The company Amazon uses is AiHan. Order number: [redacted]. Amazon cannot or will not provide me with information to contact AiHan directly. Your handling of this matter is not what I expected. My request for more information has been ignored. Hello, I recently noticed a recurring charge for Amazon Prime on my Visa statement dating back to September [redacted]. I never signed up for an Amazon Prime account and have not used my Amazon.com or Amazon.com.au accounts since December [redacted]. The cards attached to those accounts have expired. I placed an order through Amazon Prime on 22.01.[redacted], and despite the given delivery date of the 29th, I have not yet received my order. When I called on the 29th because the status showed delivered, I was told an investigation would need to be done until the 31st. After waiting, I called again on the 31st, and they said the investigation would continue until the 5th. When I called today, they claimed the product was delivered and refused to refund my money. However, if it was delivered initially, Amazon should have contacted the delivery person to determine where it was left. This has been a very disappointing experience with Amazon, and I am not satisfied with the lack of support from your executives. I either want a refund today or my product delivered. If my issue isn't resolved, I will have to escalate it to the consumer court due to this inconvenience. I am writing to address the issue with the incorrect GPS location of your delivery driver. I recently received a package from Bluecare Express with tracking number BCELA[redacted]33YQ on 02/02/[redacted] from Amazon at my address [redacted] S Ravenswood, Magnolia, Texas [redacted], which is the correct address. The driver mentioned that the GPS location was wrong, but delivered the package to the right address. However, on 02/03/[redacted], I was notified by Bluecare that another package with tracking number BCLEA[redacted]YQ had been delivered, but I did not receive it. The driver had mistakenly dropped it off at the wrong location. I have been in touch with Bluecare since 02/03/[redacted], but they have not resolved the issue. The supplier is sending a replacement due to this error. I kindly request that the drivers are instructed to deliver packages to the correct physical address and not solely rely on the GPS location. Hello, my name is Luke Freeburne and I work in government buildings in Roscommon, Republic of Ireland. Today, I received a call claiming to be from Amazon Prime stating that my account is due. I was instructed to press 1 to speak to someone, which I did. When I asked the person which building they had called, they abruptly hung up without providing a reason for contacting our reception number. I am concerned that it might have been a scam. The number that called me was [redacted]84. I just want to verify if the call was genuinely from Amazon.

COVERbooks is currently locked out of our Seller Account due to an issue with receiving the verification code. Our account uses a land-line phone number that cannot receive text messages, making it difficult for us to log in. We are willing to provide Amazon with any necessary information to authenticate the account holder. I recently purchased a pair of elite socks needed for an upcoming basketball tournament. After tracking the package, it showed as delivered to the mailbox, which is not my usual delivery location. Typically, packages are left on the front doorstep with a photo proof of delivery. This discrepancy has caused inconvenience as the item is currently missing. This marks the third or fourth occurrence of misdelivered items despite correct input of address details. I am seeking assistance in either expediting the delivery of the socks or obtaining a refund. Dear Sir/Madam, I have already contacted Amazon regarding receiving the wrong item and requested either a refund or the correct product. The customer service representative assured me a refund once the incorrect item is received and scheduled a return pickup. However, the agent sent to pick up the Multi Vitamin Capsules denied collecting them. Despite daily calls to reschedule the pickup, it gets canceled each time. Today, I was informed of a technical issue and falsely accused of canceling my order. I have been troubled by this and have to regularly follow up with the team. I received a mail from Amazon confirming the pickup on the 5th of February [redacted] between 7:00 am and 1:00 pm, which was canceled by the agent again. I ordered a book for my brother for Christmas and had it delivered to my Mom's house, where we were supposed to be. According to tracking, it said the delivery was made on the 20th, but nothing arrived. We left on the 26th, and later that day, my mom informed me that the book was actually delivered in the afternoon. After being on the road, I'm now back at my mom's with the book.
