Hi, I am a happy Amazon customer. Recently I was given a free month of Amazon prime (which was fine) and now they are billing me for Amazon prime. But I never requested to continue it after the free month? How do I cancel it and possibly get my money back? I'm sure its a good product but I don't have time for it. Thanks. I went into my Amazon account and found a place under HELP where I could contact them. Apparently, they have many people who cancel Prime as they had an auto-link where you can go under "manage my account" or similar to cancel. They promised to refund my first month since I had not used Prime at all and never requested it. Cheers, Tom c.
