I've received two notifications stating that my package has been delivered, but unfortunately, it is not here. This is the first time I've encountered this problem with this product (10lb bag of cat food) or any other Amazon deliveries. I do not require a refund; I simply wish to receive my package as expected. I have confirmed the address and also searched our laundry room where parcels are sometimes left. I am unsure what else to do, as my cat is in need of food:(

Amazon Order Concerns Regarding Order #[redacted] Hello, In October, I placed an order on Amazon for a Tyjtyrty QY6-[redacted] Printhead Replacement for my Canon PIXMA MG 8120B printer. The item arrived on November 29, [redacted], from a seller in China, but unfortunately, it was not compatible with my printer model. Upon checking the specifications, I realized it was meant for a Canon MG8120, not the MG8120B that I own. I have been in touch with Amazon Customer Services multiple times seeking guidance on how to return the incorrect printhead and either receive a replacement or a refund. However, I have not received a clear response on how to proceed. I am now requesting a new shipping label as I seem to have misplaced the original one. I recently reviewed my bank statement and identified several Amazon charges that do not correspond to any orders I placed. I have initiated a dispute with the bank, resulting in my account being temporarily suspended. While I have settled the legitimate charges for my orders, there remains an additional order, distinct in number and price, for the same item. I have only received one of these items. Unfortunately, my attempts to resolve these issues via email have been fruitless, only receiving notifications regarding the account suspension. The customer service experience has been unsatisfactory. Despite a representative's assurance that my account was secure, the existence of unauthorized charges, a duplicate order, unexpected gift cards, and multiple OTP emails suggests otherwise. It appears that my account may have been compromised, with further fraudulent activity occurring.

My order was mistakenly delivered to the incorrect address. Thankfully, the recipients at the wrong address were kind enough to deliver it to me. This has happened to me for the second time now. I suggest that delivery personnel should take pictures not only of the front porch where the package is left but also include the address where it was delivered. The porch where my package was left does not belong to me. This incident occurred today.

I am requesting the login verification to be sent to my Gmail alias, [redacted] In the past, the iPhone Gmail app allowed me to access all emails sent to this alias, but it no longer does. Now, I can only view verification or password reset emails on a PC unless I delete and reinstall the Gmail app on my phone. This process seems unnecessary, especially when logging in with the correct credentials from the same device. Amazon consistently challenges me, which is frustrating.

I recently contacted customer service to update my phone number for verification texts, but unfortunately, the change was not made. During my most recent call tonight, the background noise from a party made it difficult to hear the representative. When I requested to speak with a supervisor to address the issue, I was left on hold for twenty minutes and eventually had to disconnect. I am disappointed with the level of service provided by the company representing Amazon, as it has hindered my ability to access the site without the correct number. I placed an order for a total of 4 items on November 29th, [redacted]. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, Asian gray and turquoise for men, and Asian navy blue. I only received the Asian navy blue shoes on December 3rd, [redacted]. The gray and turquoise shoes were not delivered even though the app showed they were. I spoke to the delivery person, who confirmed only one pair was delivered. I contacted customer service the same day but after multiple inquiries didn't receive a satisfactory response. Finally, on December 9th, a customer service representative informed me that nothing could be done. I have already paid for the missing shoes and still haven't received them. This has been a very disappointing experience and has made me hesitant to trust Amazon in the future. I would like to receive the missing shoes that I paid for.

I ordered one box of Mojo Bars and two boxes of Yoga Bars. My Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. Today, the delivery person brought the package, but only included the two boxes of Yoga Bars, leaving out the Mojo Bars I selected. The confirmation emails and messages indicated that the Mojo Bars were included, but they were not in the delivered package. I received Yogabar Multigrain Energy Bars - 380gm (Nuts and Seeds, 38gm x 10 Bars) and Yogabars Multigrain Energy Bars Variety Box - 38gm x 10 Bars, but did not receive the Mojo Bar Snack Bar, Yoghurt Berry and Anti Oxidants, 192g, (Pack of 6).

I believe I have been tricked. A few days ago, I received a call from someone claiming to be from Amazon, and they made a promise of a surprise. I trusted them, but after a few days passed, there was no sign of it. Today, when I received the product I was promised, upon inspecting it, I realized that I had been deceived. I am seeking a resolution to this situation. Despite feeling betrayed, my trust in them wavers. I am considering taking legal action by filing a complaint with Amazon and registering a case under IPC [redacted] at the police station.

I recently purchased an Amazon Fire TV Stick through my Prime membership. Despite the convenience of having it delivered, my package arrived with the box torn and poorly taped. To my surprise, not only was the packaging damaged, but the product itself was also cut into. This lack of care is unacceptable, especially during the holiday season. I have encountered damaged boxes from Amazon in the past, but this level of damage to the item is disappointing. Unfortunately, there isn't enough time to request a replacement before Christmas. Now I am left with the choice of giving a damaged gift or rushing out on Christmas Eve to find a replacement. My attempts to address this issue with customer service were met with an unpleasant attitude and seemed to be too much trouble for them to handle.

I recently received a call on my landline from a number I don't recall sharing, suspecting it was a scam, I hung up. Now, when I attempt to log into my account, I received a code, and after entering it, I got a message saying my account is disabled, and I need to reach out to customer service. Please, could you cancel my Prime account today? I've tried to call the provided number, 0[redacted], only to find out it's no longer in service. The website directs me to amazon.co.uk/contactus for contact information, but it prompts me to log in, which I can't do due to my disabled account. This situation is frustrating.

Hello! Happy holidays! I recently installed the Amazon Kindle app and needed to log in to my account. I forgot my password, so I clicked on "forgot your password?" and received an OTP which I entered. Then, I was asked for my name. I entered my full name, but it seems it was incorrect as they mentioned an error. I suspect I should have only entered my first name. Unfortunately, I am now unable to try again as changing the password is temporarily blocked on my account. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide as soon as possible. Thank you!

Hello! Merry Christmas! I encountered an issue with resetting my Amazon password. After entering the OTP, I was prompted to enter my name. I entered my full name, which was considered incorrect. I believe I should have used only my first name (the one I used when setting up the account), but my account got locked from further password reset attempts. Please assist me promptly, as I require access for my new Kindle.

During the busy Christmas shopping season, I've noticed an issue with Amazon Shipping Service. My packages seem to be going to different states before reaching me. After investigating, I discovered that the shipping zip codes on the labels are for my previous address in Bullhead City, Az, even though my current address is in Needles, Ca. I've contacted customer service and they've involved UPS, but the problem persists. I've already updated my billing address to my current one, but packages are still being sent to the wrong location. I need to speak with someone in the shipping department to resolve this. Interestingly, a friend in Needles is experiencing a similar issue. I wanted to share a photo of the shipping label, but unfortunately, I couldn't find that option here.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Amazon account. Despite entering the correct login credentials, I am prompted to complete an additional authentication step that is not working through push notifications or text messages. My email was compromised. Whenever I try to log into Amazon.ca or Amazon.com using my email, I am prompted for a password that is not recognized. Unable to reset my password through the "forgot password" option as it requires access to my email, which isn't working correctly. This poses a risk as the phisher could intercept any password reset emails. Please contact me via phone at [redacted].

The package I was expecting has been delayed twice now. It was ordered with Prime shipping, so it should have arrived yesterday. If it doesn't come tomorrow, it will be more than two days late. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, but it doesn't seem likely at this point. I really need this item, so canceling or returning is not an option for me.

I've been locked out of my own account multiple times without receiving any email on how to unlock it. It has been 6 months, and I'm still unable to log in. I need access to my original account or the ability to create a new one without facing this issue. Not being able to use my Alexa or fire stick due to this is frustrating. The process of trying to contact customer service without being logged in is overly complicated.

My Amazon account got blocked because someone used my credit card details to make fraudulent purchases. I contacted Amazon customer care, and they said they are investigating the issue. Even after 10 days, my account is still blocked. I can't use my Amazon Fire Stick, Alexa, or return items. This situation is frustrating, and I need my account unblocked promptly to stop this inconvenience.
