I recently bought a kitchen island with a granite top, but it arrived with broken parts. LINON Home Decor Products, the manufacturer, doesn't offer replacement parts. They suggested I contact Amazon for a replacement or refund. I would prefer a refund and can return it if shipping costs are covered since it's heavy. I placed an order today and started a new prime account. Upon checkout, I realized that the order was sent to the wrong address. I contacted customer service to update the shipping details. They asked security questions and requested my credit card information, which made me uneasy. Despite my payment already being processed, they asked for an alternative card. I'm currently experiencing issues logging into my account. Despite updating my phone number two years ago, the system still recognizes my old email and phone number. Customer support acknowledged the discrepancy but was unable to resolve the issue. They suggested either calling back to retry the process or creating a new account, even though I've been a long-time customer with Prime benefits. I'm unwilling to spend more time on the phone for a potential solution that may not work. I am concerned about the security of my account and demand that all my information be deleted from your records and any affiliated companies as of December 20, [redacted]. Last month, I was charged 7.99 for a prime membership which I don't have as I previously deactivated it. I assumed it was for the last month I used the membership before canceling, but now I've been charged again despite not having the membership for 2 months. I rarely order, so Prime isn't useful to me. I noticed in my online banking, and I'm confused and frustrated to be losing money on a service I cancelled and am not using. I would like a refund for the 15.98 total for the two incorrect charges. I can provide evidence if necessary; please resolve this before Christmas. Thank you for your help.

I am experiencing issues with my Amazon accounts. Recently, both my UK and USA accounts were linked to the same email address and phone number. Despite resolving this with my UK account, I am still unable to access my American one. I have been unable to log in even after multiple attempts with the correct password. I want to ensure that my American account remains separate from my UK one as I use it to purchase items in dollars.

Hello, I received a package today and was surprised to be asked for photo identification. In the past, I've typically only been asked for my date of birth when receiving orders. I provided my provisional license with my date of birth, but the delivery person still refused to give me my package. As a 53-year-old who rarely leaves home, I don't have a photo ID readily available. Strangely, a bottle of whiskey I received yesterday didn't require photo ID. I believe there should be clearer information upfront when ordering if photo ID is necessary.

After my recent total knee replacement surgery, I received a $20.00 Amazon gift card, which I was unable to use right away due to recovery. Now that I am feeling better, I have been trying to locate the e-card but I have never received one before, so I am not familiar with how it works. I am disappointed with the service I received from Amazon. I purchased a Panasonic phone which had issues, and after some struggle, they replaced it. However, the new phone had problems after just one day and I had to return it. The return process was excellent, as they picked up the phone promptly, but I haven't received any confirmation of the return being successful. I have been trying to contact customer service for the past 3 days but have not received any response. This experience has been very frustrating with Amazon. As a result, I have ordered two phones from Flipcart this week. I cannot rely on Amazon anymore. I believe Flipcart is one of the best online apps. Please address this promptly.

Their customer service replied that they require verification either via chat or call. However, the provided link does not offer a chat option. As I am located overseas, I prefer not to incur long-distance call charges. It seems unnecessary to verify my identity since the email was sent through their website while I was already logged in. I just want to know the status of my order - it's a Christmas gift.

I received an empty parcel with cardboard inside, missing the product I ordered for Rs. [redacted]. I opened it in front of the delivery person and paid through card. I find this very shocking. I purchased FLUKE Network D-Snips Cabling Scissors from Amazon with Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. The USPS tracking number is LS[redacted]74CN, but I haven't received the item yet. I believe this item is shipping from China and may not have been sent out or could be a potential scam. I would like a refund for the purchase to be credited back to the card ending in #[redacted]. This morning at 8 a.m., I was notified about an order, but when I went outside to pick it up, it wasn't there. I checked the tracking on my computer, and it showed that it was delivered yesterday at 1:30, which I'm sure it wasn't. I couldn't find any photos to confirm if it was delivered to a neighbor accidentally. I checked with my neighbors, and none of them received it. I live in a secluded area, so I find it hard to believe it was stolen. Can you please check with the driver to determine where it was actually delivered?

My account has been under review since Friday. I provided the requested credentials, and the website indicated that my account was reviewed; however, further instructions were required. When I called, the representative mentioned not being able to locate my account and advised me to await an email or text. As it's Christmas and I'm uncertain if my recent purchase is progressing, please send me the necessary instructions.

I have encountered issues with charges from Sling and Hulu. Despite not receiving a bill, I was informed of delinquent payments and provided with order numbers via email to settle the matter. I have proof of payment for the accounts, yet my account remains locked after your review. I believe the requirements have been satisfied, and I am unable to resolve this through emails or messages. A phone call is necessary to effectively address and resolve this issue. If the problem is not resolved by December 30th, I will have to cancel my account and dispute any remaining unresolved matters.

This experience with Amazon has been quite upsetting for me. As a result, I have decided to order two phones from Flipkart this week. It is disappointing as I used to consider Amazon one of the best online apps. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

I bought the "Fix it pro UV sunlight activated clear coat scratch repair car scratch remover pen" on December 10, [redacted]. The delivery was expected by December 16, but the status shows it as delivered when it's not. I contacted Amazon twice, and they said it would come by December 22, but as of today, December 23, it still hasn't arrived. This situation is disappointing. Please resolve it promptly. We received a gift of Apple AirPods from a family member through Amazon. After receiving them, we decided we wanted a newer version and returned the gift to Amazon via Hermes. Amazon confirmed receipt but said the AirPods were missing. I have been dealing with Hermes but they are unhelpful. Could Amazon please keep the box for me as I might need it for proof of packaging? I used my Visa card on Amazon Prime without issues. When I tried to buy gift cards for my grandchildren, I had to verify my address and card, which I did. Now, I can't access my Amazon account, missing out on my Christmas shopping. I'm frustrated as I added $[redacted] and this was my Christmas spending money. My account has been blocked after several unsuccessful login attempts because I forgot my password. When trying to reset it, the reset page did not load, and when attempting on my pc, I received a message saying my account is temporarily blocked due to unusual activity. I have tried calling customer care, but the numbers I found on Google are incorrect or nonexistent. I need assistance in recovering my account.
