When making an order, the carrier used is not always chosen. USPS consistently returns packages, claiming they are undeliverable to my business address, even though it is reachable. Some items are sent back to Amazon labeled as undeliverable. This has caused frustration as my PRIME account is not honored by USPS. My experience with UPS has been without any problems. Unfortunately, this situation has resulted in four Christmas packages for a child being affected. I am uncertain if there is enough time to seek alternatives elsewhere. This situation is truly disappointing.

Hello, my name is Brittany Dejean. I am extremely frustrated. I have been trying to reach Amazon for days now regarding an order I placed on December 9, [redacted], which was a Christmas gift for my child. The item was supposed to arrive by December 15, but it got lost, and now it will not arrive on time. Despite the refund I received due to the delay, I believe Amazon should have replaced the lost item instead of just issuing a refund. Now, the new delivery date is December 24-30, which means it won't be here for Christmas. I have spent a total of 6 hours on the phone with Amazon, trying to resolve this issue. I am very disappointed as my child may not receive his Christmas gift on time. I would like Amazon to expedite the shipping so it arrives before Christmas. If this cannot be done, I would like a full refund for the inconvenience caused by Amazon losing my order. Thank you.

I recently received an email alerting me of a potential unauthorized access to my account. The email requested personal information to be filled out in an attached form, including my social security number. I did not provide this sensitive information as I have never shared my SSN with Amazon. I suspect this could be a fraudulent attempt to gain access to my account. If providing my SS# is necessary, I may need to reconsider shopping on Amazon in the future.

I made a purchase on December 5, [redacted], from the third-party seller BesTry on Amazon.com. The item is the audio book "By The Shores Of Silver Lake" by Laura Ingalls Wilder. I used my Visa credit card with the last four digits [redacted] for this transaction. I have the order number [redacted]-[redacted], but there is no tracking information available. The expected delivery was by 8 PM today, but I have not received the item and am unsure if it is delayed or lost. I have reached out to the seller for information but have not yet received a response, preventing me from leaving feedback. The concern is that I might lose the $35.77 paid for the item if it does not arrive. I was told to wait 48 hours before being eligible for an A-Z claim. If necessary, I would like a full refund for this purchase.

Hello, I recently placed an order, and unfortunately, my elderly mother, who is 82 years old, and I were not feeling well when your delivery agent arrived at 9 am. Despite our situation, my mother managed to answer the door and gather the payment. However, I was disappointed by the agent's behavior. He was very pushy, even going as far as to mention delivering 20 other packages already. This kind of aggression is unacceptable. We should not be dictated on when to be awake or asleep. I expected better customer service, especially from a company like Amazon. The staff's rudeness and unprofessionalism left a lot to be desired. Thank you.

I paid ₹[redacted] for 6 items, but I only received 4. I haven't gotten the other 2 items, and I've informed the delivery person, but they don't know about it. Despite an email from Amazon saying all 6 items were delivered, I still need the missing 2 items (the gloves).

Amazon sent an email stating that all items were delivered, but the gloves are missing. I have reached out to the delivery official, but he couldn't assist. I kindly request Amazon to deliver the missing gloves as soon as possible.

I purchased a Hupshy screen guard for my Huawei Y9s with the expected delivery date of December 21st. Today, on the 21st, I was notified that my order was sent back to the seller. I've been eagerly waiting for a week to receive the screen guard to protect my new phone, but I haven't received it nor have I been contacted by Amazon regarding this problem. Amazon has let me down by not fulfilling their promise and failing to show consideration for their customers.

I recently purchased a Hupshy screen guard for my Huawei Y*S with an expected delivery date of ** December. However, I was disappointed to receive a notification that the order was returned to the seller today. I have been eagerly waiting for this screen guard for a week to use with my new phone. Unfortunately, I did not receive the item, nor did I hear from Amazon regarding this issue. I feel let down by Amazon's lack of communication and failure to honor their commitment to customers. A fraudulent vendor made purchases on my Amazon account and changed my password, even cancelling my Prime membership with 3 months left on it. I have contacted Amazon, but after 3 days, my account is still locked, and the unauthorized charges continue, now totaling 9. Amazon has informed me that I need to resubmit payment for my Prime membership, which was cancelled by the hacker, and create a new account. I have been a Prime member since [redacted], and now I feel like I've lost everything. I can't access my purchase history or account. I'm unsure how to proceed and resolve this situation.

Hello, I recently returned a textbook I rented for the semester prior to the December 16th deadline. I got an email confirming Amazon received the book in good condition. Today, I noticed a charge of approximately $11 on my bank statement for a rental extension. My order was charged the other day, but three items won't arrive until after Christmas. I placed the order on December 7th. Other online orders have arrived promptly. I don't want Amazon Prime. I believe I ordered early enough. If the gifts don't arrive before Christmas, I won't shop with Amazon again. I would prefer to shop in-store, but I had knee surgery.

My Amazon account has been compromised. I had to deal with unauthorized charges twice this week with my bank. This happened to my daughter last year as well. Despite using Amazon yesterday, I am wary. For individuals less equipped to handle such situations, this could be extremely distressing. Today, I spent over an hour sorting this out, and I had a similar experience on Tuesday while at Johns Hopkins hospital with my sister.

I recently encountered an issue with Amazon's alcohol purchase ID requirement. While I don't possess a driver's license or passport, I attempted to provide my bus pass or birth certificate, assuming they would suffice. Unfortunately, I was informed twice that these forms were insufficient, leaving me unsure of what else to do in this situation. I would appreciate it if Amazon could exercise discretion when handling older customers like myself, as I feel uncomfortable being smirked at or shouted at for not having alternative forms of identification. I received a damaged item due to poor packaging. In a previous order, I received a product that was too old to use, leading me to dispose of it. Though not happy with the latest order, I might still try to use the sealant for my RV roof repair during rainstorms. The recent package contained only one tube of sealant in excessive packaging meant for multiple items. The lack of protection resulted in the tube being damaged. Uncertain where to order in the future to ensure proper condition upon delivery. Previous orders were for Dicor Self-leveling Sealant. I appreciate your response. Regards, J. Bentley.

Today, we were expecting a delivery that had already been delayed by 10 days due to the item being out of stock. However, the delivery person claimed it was undeliverable even though we were home, and we received no notification or attempt to deliver. Amazon had mentioned the delivery window as afternoon to evening, yet it was canceled before noon without any communication. We have never faced issues with deliveries before, and the customer service experience has been disappointing with Amazon. We urgently need the item to be redelivered.

This is my first time using my checking account for payment. I'm wondering, will the delivery time for my purchases be the same as when I use my debit/credit card, or do I need to wait for approval from my bank? If so, how long does that usually take? I need this information quickly since it's the holiday season. I assumed the process for verifying funds for debit cards was the same for checking accounts.
