I signed up for a one-year membership by paying [redacted]/-. My membership has been renewed, but I'm having trouble accessing it on multiple devices. I can only view it on one device, and when I try to log in on another device using the same email, it prompts me to register again even after I enter the correct credentials. I have tried using the same email that works fine on my mobile phone on other devices like my tablet and home TV, but it's still not working. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue so I can enjoy my membership on my home TV and tablet as well. Thank you.

I bought the Airome Essential Oil holiday bundle on December 14th, and I received it on December 16th. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the product. When I tried using the oils in my diffuser, I found that the scent was weak and unpleasant. Despite my dissatisfaction, I discovered that the oils are non-returnable due to being classified as flammable. There was no indication of this policy when I made the purchase. If I had known, I would not have bought them. As a long-standing customer, I believe I should be eligible for a refund if not satisfied. Thank you, Christa.

Order # [redacted]-[redacted] I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Amazon. I purchased an item for a party on Saturday, and it never arrived. I contacted customer service multiple times, but the issue was not resolved promptly. Even though other items in my order were delivered, the main item did not show up. After speaking to Lorraine, there was confusion about the delivery status, and I was wrongly told that I refused the delivery, which was not the case. Eventually, the automated agent canceled the order and processed a refund. I had to place a new order due to the mix-up, but there was a price difference that needed clarification from customer service, leading to further frustration. The whole situation has been exhausting and time-consuming, and I am still without the item I purchased.

On December 13, I placed an order for two ostomy supply items with a promised delivery date of December 16. As a Prime member, I expected timely delivery. However, the order was split, with only half arriving on December 17. I received an email indicating that the remaining items would now be delivered on December 18. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the full order would arrive on December 17, which did not happen. Despite their offer to refund my Prime membership fee for the month, my main concern is receiving the necessary items promptly. I am frustrated with the repeated delays in my order without a clear explanation.

I noticed a charge of $10.86 on December 10 on my credit card statement for an Amazon purchase. I cannot find any record of this order in my Amazon account, including digital, merchandise, or Amazon Pay. I even downloaded the order history in .csv format for that date range, and it does not appear there either. The Merchant Name on the credit card statement is listed as AMZN MKTP US*FT07K3PT3 AMAMZN.COM/BILLWA. I do have a valid order for $10.76 within the same date range. Could there have been a hiccup in processing this charge?

I am missing part of my order, a 7mm sterling silver man necklace, that was marked delivered but never received. Amazon is investigating for 3 days now. It was a Christmas gift for my husband. This has happened 4 times now, and I am frustrated. I just want the necklace or a refund of $69.99 since I won't be able to give it as a gift.

I am interested to know if Amazon will restock the Pinzon Standard Size Shams with the chocolate brown edging stripe after the holidays. I bought the navy ones and I am very happy with them. Hello, I need help canceling my Amazon Prime free trial. I am having trouble logging in. I believe I am entering the correct password, but when I try to reset it, the temporary password I receive does not work. Yesterday, I received my order of "The Greatest Gift The World Has Ever Known", a Christmas story for children. I was thrilled to open the box containing twenty books. However, to my surprise, the bottom book was titled: "SHIT I CAN'T REMEMBER". This shocked not only me but everyone in my office. I promptly contacted Kathy McCaa, my sister and the author, who is understandably upset. I am concerned whether this inappropriate book was sent to other customers as well. This situation is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed promptly.

On December 16, [redacted], I was charged $99.00 for a Prime Membership I never signed up for. I requested a refund, which was processed on December 21, [redacted]. Yesterday, I noticed another unauthorized charge of $[redacted].00 for Prime Membership on my bank statement. Once again, I did not authorize this charge. After reviewing my statements, I discovered that on December 17, [redacted], I was charged again for the membership, despite never signing up for it. I am shocked and disappointed by these recurring unauthorized charges. I demand an immediate refund of $[redacted].00 for the charges in [redacted] and [redacted]. On December 17, [redacted], the delivery was made to the wrong house based on the picture in the email, which does not match my actual house. The address on the order, [redacted] Voyager Lane, Sanford FL [redacted], is correct; however, the delivery was still misdirected. The package included a hair comb, evolve protein powder, Dell monitor cable, IVSO Google Pixel 3a case, and Cridoz keychain rings, as listed in My Orders on Amazon. Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. I placed the order on 12/7/19, expecting it by 12/19/19. However, it only shipped on 12/16/19, so now the estimated delivery is 12/27/19. I wouldn't have placed the order if I knew it would arrive after Christmas. Additionally, some feedback: I had trouble finding contact information on the Amazon website. This info should be easier to locate to assist customers like me. It's making me reconsider future orders from your site.

I recently had a watch removed from my shipment and reached out to Amazon online for a refund. Similarly, my husband's package was opened with the alarm intact. Subsequently, I had items redirected from my office to my home due to size/weight reasons. Order #[redacted]-[redacted] was left at my front door, and a photo was sent to my email. After delivery, my husband noticed the package had been tampered with—blue tape and flaps were pulled back. Despite the items being untouched, this is the third instance of tampering. Living in a secure, senior-aged community, such incidents are concerning. Although the products were undamaged, we aim to have our deliveries secure without worries of theft.

After requesting my account to be frozen due to a compromise, I encountered issues trying to unfreeze it. Despite speaking with multiple Amazon representatives, including two individuals named Fernando in Costa Rica, I couldn't get a resolution. When I asked for my account to be closed, I was instructed to sign in (which I was unable to do) or provide a copy of my driver's license for verification, which I am unwilling to do. To my surprise, after reviewing my bank statement, Amazon has charged me for Prime, a service I currently can't access. I find Amazon's customer service to be disappointing. - DG
