The delivery delay of 3 days instead of the expected 2 has caused a setback in production. I kindly request expedited shipping of the soldering iron tip. For the past two weeks, I've been experiencing issues with my Amazon Music Unlimited account. Despite being able to browse new releases and charts, when I try to search for specific artists like Elton John, I receive an error message stating there is a problem with Amazon. When I contacted customer service, they explained that my subscription only allows me to play through one device at a time, which I understand. However, my concern is that even though I have 18 playlists on my iPad that I usually listen to through Alexa, I am unable to search for individual artists. I subscribe monthly for unlimited music to create playlists, and while I can ask Alexa to play any artist, I want the freedom to create and play my chosen playlists from my iPad through Alexa. If this limitation persists, I might consider canceling my subscription unless there is a solution.

Issue #1: I was eagerly anticipating two orders from Amazon that were marked as shipped. However, the packages did not arrive, and upon checking my account, I discovered that they were damaged during transit and returned without any notification from Amazon. It was disappointing, especially since these were Christmas gifts. The lack of communication from Amazon regarding the return of the items is concerning, as it could impact many customers. The service is outsourced to individuals in India, leading to a language barrier that hindered effective communication. Issue #3: Contacting Amazon's customer service by phone also proved unfruitful, as the representative, who was based in India, struggled to comprehend the problem. Good customer service is crucial for a company like Amazon, and the language barrier is a significant obstacle. As a last resort, I have sent an email in hopes of reaching someone who can address the issue clearly.

I am an author self-publishing through IngramSpark. I paid to have my book "Native Companions" by Jenni Barnett, ISBN [redacted][redacted], published by Hammond House/Barnett Books, to be uploaded to Amazon.com and Amazon Australia. Unfortunately, it is not showing on the Amazon Australia website, only the Xlibris publication which I have no control over in terms of pricing and royalties. A friend tried to order it from Amazon Australia and had to enter the ISBN for it to display. Can you please display the available softcover version on the page, currently only showing the Xlibris publication, as shown on Amazon.com? Queensland schools are also interested in purchasing it at a more marketable price.

I attempted to subscribe to the $5.99/month Amazon Prime service available to EBT and Medicare recipients. However, upon visiting your website, I was redirected to a sign-in page asking for my Amazon account number. Despite being a previous Prime member, I was unable to access the account using two potential passwords. I was unable to find a way to create a new account with the EBT and Medicare discount. Good morning, One of your drivers backed into a company vehicle at an employee's home during a delivery in Newcastle upon Tyne over the weekend. Unfortunately, the driver then left without providing any information. We have this incident on CCTV, and an independent witness has noted the driver's registration number. I recently tried to log into my Amazon seller account after a five-year hiatus from selling. I updated my credit card information as instructed by Amazon support and waited 48 hours. When I tried to access my account, I received the following message: "Your information has been reviewed. The details you provided have been assessed by Amazon, but unfortunately, we are unable to unlock your account at this moment. I paid £71.12 for a food hamper from Hampers.co Clearwater Hampers Ltd to send to Romania. The total included a £40 delivery charge plus VAT. The hamper was supposed to arrive by December 11th, but it has not. I was informed yesterday that they do not deliver to Romania, despite knowing my wife ordered it for our daughters-in-law before her heart bypass surgery. I am frustrated as they don't have a definite refund timeline. I urgently need the money returned to seek an alternative company that can deliver to Romania before Christmas. Please assist me. Dear Amazon.fr Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent order (order number [redacted]-[redacted]). Placed on the 22nd of November with an expected delivery date of the 26th of November, I have yet to receive my item after three weeks. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, there has been no attempt to deliver the package, nor have I been updated on the delay or provided with accurate tracking information. Throughout this frustrating experience, I have remained patient and understanding, speaking with numerous customer service representatives via phone and email. Despite changing my delivery address due to moving, providing updates to Amazon.fr through both email and phone calls, I have encountered difficulties in communication. Representatives seemed unaware of my case details, often failing to follow up or provide solutions beyond apologies and reassurances of dedication. After a prolonged struggle, I was recently informed that an administrative error prevented my item from being delivered, with a refund as the proposed solution. As this item was intended as a gift for a friend, I would much prefer to receive the delivery promptly rather than a refund after such a long delay. I have been attempting for a week to return this item. As a person with a disability, I have requested a return label to place the item in my mailbox for collection, which has been denied. Despite explaining to your representatives multiple times that there are no carrier pickups in my town, I have been unable to resolve this issue. I am physically unable to travel to the carrier's location or the Post Office due to lack of seating and long queues. I refuse to pay someone to handle the return of an atypical item from China intended for a specific body type. I hope this clarifies my situation.

I recently checked my Amazon credit card statement and noticed that there are two charges on it for items that I've already returned. Despite reaching out to Amazon Chase Visa card twice, I haven't received any help. Unfortunately, during one call, I was even disconnected on purpose. Amazon's customer service hasn't been able to assist me either. I recently made a purchase with a gift card, including a hoodie in XL for myself and a yellow top for my dog. The order was placed around December 4th but has not arrived yet. Unfortunately, I didn't save the order number and have since deleted many things, making it challenging to retrieve it. Any assistance in locating the order number would be greatly appreciated. Despite selecting the refund/replacement option, I never received it. Eventually, the item arrived, and I considered the issue resolved. Unexpectedly, three months later, I see a charge for the same item. Hello, I am seeking assistance as this year I am residing in a Domestic Abuse Refuge with my two young boys, aged 6 and 7. I am appreciative of the charity's support, as I am currently reliant on donations for the first time in my life. Despite being 42 years old, I lack basic possessions like my own pillow in the small bedroom my children and I share. I was surprised to see charges for the return shipping fees despite the free returns policy. I am requesting an immediate refund of $[redacted] to be credited back to my gift card.
