Hello, I am unable to access my account due to a security question asking for the expiration date of a card I no longer have. I live in Costa Rica, and my cell phone line does not allow international calls to reach you. Hello, I placed Order # [redacted]-[redacted] on November 10th with the delivery expected on November 23rd between 9:00am and 12:00pm. Despite trying to cancel the order due to finding a quicker alternative, I was informed it was too late and advised to refuse the delivery upon arrival. Updates on the delayed shipment have been sparse, with no tracking information available after a late attempt to cancel. As the item is still not in my possession, I feel it is appropriate to request a refund for my account. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I purchased an ASUS Vivobook X507UA-EJ838T Laptop from AMAZON India on 27/10/[redacted] (Order No. [redacted]-[redacted]) and paid Rs. [redacted] cash on delivery on 5/11/[redacted]. Unfortunately, the laptop I received is defective as it lacks Wi-Fi connectivity. Despite my numerous attempts to report the issue through your website since 6/10/19, there has been no response. After reaching out to both the toll-free number and ICONS, I was directed to contact Asus, which I did through email and phone calls. Even after following Asus' online instructions to troubleshoot the problem, the issue persists. A service engineer from Asus confirmed the hardware problem on 11/12/19. I now request that Amazon arranges to retrieve the faulty product and issue a refund promptly. I am disappointed and frustrated by this experience.

I returned two orders to Kohl's yesterday. I received a refund for one but not the other. I have the tracking ID for both packages. I'm unsure of the next steps. Should I provide you with the tracking numbers?

Hello. I appreciate being recognized as a Top [redacted] Reviewer. My Amazon alias is S. J. Volk. However, there seems to be an error with my new Amazon Verified Profile. It incorrectly displays my public name as WHIZZETS, which is not accurate. While I am able to modify other details on my profile, I am unable to rectify my public name. How can I reach out to the Amazon "Verified Profile" team to address this issue? They are the only ones who have the ability to edit and correct the name.

Hello, my name is Pareese Papadimitriou. I recently placed my first order on Amazon for a 4 oz bottle of Woolzies jasmine essential oil. Unfortunately, I received lavender oil instead, which I am severely allergic to. While I am aware of the return policy for exchanges, I feel it is unfair to expect me to pay for shipping to return the incorrect item, especially considering the health risks involved. I am disappointed by this situation.

I had purchased a lahenga from your Amazon, which I wanted to return. After requesting at least 50 times, my complaint was finally taken seriously. Your call attendant, Himangi, resolved my problem by arranging a refund cheque from Amazon. I deposited this cheque in my BANK OF INDIA account, but it bounced. This cheque bounce incident is at least a month old. Since then, I have called your customer care at least [redacted] times, but after following all the computer instructions, my call gets disconnected.

Last week, I updated my name on my Amazon account to reflect my married name and also changed my address. Unfortunately, this led to the cancellation of my Christmas orders. I contacted customer service to resolve this, but my account was frozen again this week. I am unsure if my recent orders have been affected. Hello, I recently noticed charges on my credit card statement for Amazon Prime spanning about a year. I went ahead and cancelled my Prime subscription online this morning. However, I am disappointed with this situation as I have not utilized any of the Amazon Prime services during this period. I bought a Voltase Mini Magic Pure -T [redacted] Watt Water Dispenser on December 5th, [redacted], with Order No. [redacted]-[redacted]. When installing it, we discovered internal leakage. I reached out to Amazon for a return, but during the visit, the representative mentioned that without the packing, they couldn't proceed with the return and advised me to contact customer care. Unfortunately, the dispenser packing was lost while cleaning the house. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I am in Perth, Western Australia, and I would like to know who I should contact to inquire about getting my parcel. I received two copies of Dr. Bradley Nelson's book "THE EMOTIONAL CODE" instead of the one I ordered. I would like to return one of the books. I want to keep the $14.99 copy and return the more expensive one that I did not touch. Both copies are new hardcovers. I was told by the local post office that I need a special return label from Amazon to send it back. Please provide me with the necessary label. Thank you.

My recent order was delivered to the wrong address, and despite speaking with Christopher who promised it would be resolved on December 11th, the issue persists. The package I received belonged to my neighbor, and no attempt was made to rectify the situation as promised. I contacted customer service again on December 12th, only to discover that Christopher never initiated the reorder. This experience has severely impacted my trust in Amazon. I have requested a refund and will seek alternative vendors due to the poor service and misinformation provided by your representative. It's disappointing to encounter such errors and dishonesty from an employee of a company I regularly patronize.

I have been using my current email address but had trouble resetting my password after receiving several incorrect OTPs. After days of trying online and on the phone, I contacted customer service. They advised me to change my email, which was frustrating as I needed to order a gift for my daughter's 50th wedding. I tried using a different computer this morning to place a new order, and everything went smoothly until I realized Amazon was handling the shipment for the personalized item, and the password issue resurfaced.

Recently, unauthorized charges appeared on my Amazon account for Prime streaming videos. Despite not finding any details in my order history, I suspected credit card fraud and promptly contacted Chase to dispute the charges. Although Chase removed them, Amazon subsequently locked my account, claiming the charges were legitimate. They reapplied the charges to my credit card. Despite reassurances from Amazon's Fraud Department that the charges would be removed, this has not happened, leaving me with uncertainty and a significant bill. I am eager for an update on the resolution of this issue but have been unable to reach anyone for clarification. I am concerned about incurring interest charges on my credit card due to this unresolved matter. Any advice on how to proceed and obtain information about the investigation progress would be greatly appreciated.

Order # [redacted]-[redacted] I posted a negative review of a MECO camera due to the charging port breaking in less than two months, rendering it unusable. I returned the camera for a refund. MECO has since contacted me multiple times offering refunds and gift cards in exchange for removing my review. I believe this practice goes against your guidelines and can mislead customers. I urge you to address this issue with MECO to prevent this unfair practice from continuing. I am an Amazon Prime member. Best regards

Order # [redacted]-[redacted] I posted a negative review for a MECO camera due to the charging port breaking within two months, rendering the camera useless. I have since returned it and received multiple offers from MECO, including a refund, a $30 gift card, and now a $40 gift card in exchange for deleting my review. This goes against the guidelines of fair customer reviews. I urge MECO to stop this practice.

I did not receive my order last week, and Amazon claims it was delivered. I live in a townhouse complex with over 80 units, so I'm hoping to see a photo of the delivery being made to track down my package. The order number is #[redacted]-[redacted], delivered on Thursday, December 5 in Tamarac, FL [redacted]. The item was a 1 oz bottle of Oreganol p73 by Herb & Spice, priced at $35.77. As a senior on a fixed income, I am disappointed that Amazon cannot replace the product. I have never encountered this issue before.
