I recently ordered a Samsung Galaxy Active 2 watch from India, Tamilnadu, to be delivered to Dubai, organized by my brother via Amazon.ae. Despite the expected delivery date being today, I have not received a call from the delivery person. I am frustrated with QExpress as I can't find any contact information or customer care number to inquire about the delivery or pick it up from their hub. The delivery time mentioned is 3 o'clock in the early morning, and I am unsure how to proceed.

I had ordered a casserole from Amazon, but since it didn't arrive on time, I had to return it. Now I have received a refund of [redacted] rupees in my Amazon Pay balance. However, to use this balance, they are asking for an ID, which I don't have as I am only 16 years old. This is causing a lot of trouble for me. Can someone please advise me on how I can use this balance to order a product without an ID?

I was informed that an order I placed on December 2nd encountered a shipping issue. The tracking ID is [redacted][redacted]99. The package arrived near my location in Glens Falls but was sent back to Connecticut. I was promised a free replacement and notification when it ships but have not received any email yet. The tracking information mentions a refund upon return to the facility, though I prefer to have the ordered items resent to me. I only expect a refund if the products are unavailable. It puzzles me why the package couldn't be resent after being returned to your facility. Kindly update me on the status of my shipment and provide a clear explanation if it cannot be resent. I'm frustrated with the company because they keep claiming my package is out for delivery, yet it never arrives. It was meant to be delivered on Sunday, December 8th, and now it's Tuesday, the 10th, and I received another email saying it's out for delivery, promised by 9:00 PM. However, it never shows up, and then they insist it was delivered, but no one was here to accept it. This is false as I've been eagerly waiting for this package since Sunday. It was supposed to be a gift, and now it's late. Thank you.

I noticed a charge of $51.11 on my debit card for a purchase from "PURCHASE AMZN Mktp US Amzn.com/bill WA." I received an email confirming the cancellation of some items from my Amazon order #[redacted]-[redacted] placed on December 10, [redacted]. The canceled item was an ANMUXI Merry Christmas Banner Buffalo Plaid Xmas Welcome Banners for Porch Front Door Fireplace Wall Garage Outdoor. The reason for cancellation was customer canceled. The remaining items are set to ship soon, including a Catry Cat Tree Cradle Bed and an OurWarm Christmas Shower Curtain. I would appreciate a prompt refund for the canceled items. Thank you.

This is my first email regarding this issue, but I have already called three out of five times about my orders being delivered to a neighbor. Yesterday, there was a delivery scheduled, and I made sure to clear the area for the package, but it still was not brought to my address. I am concerned about spending money on items that I then have to track down. Please investigate and provide a solution. If you are unable to consistently deliver orders to my address, kindly inform me so I can consider shopping elsewhere. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had a distressing encounter with a LASERSHIFT delivery person. Despite my physical limitations as a senior with limited vision and mobility, the delivery was disrespectful and refused to follow my requests for door delivery. They were rude, cursed, and created chaos in my building, even endangering residents' safety by leaving packages in inappropriate places. Despite my repeated complaints to Amazon, the issue persists. I feel threatened and vulnerable due to their behavior. I implore Amazon to blacklist LASERSHIFT from delivering to [redacted] and [redacted] East 21st Street, NY, as per my building management's request. The situation is escalating, and I fear for my safety and the safety of others in the building. This serious matter needs immediate attention before someone gets hurt.

I am having trouble accessing my long-standing Amazon account. When I try to sign in, I receive a message stating that my email address is not recognized. I have numerous archived emails confirming past orders sent to that address. I am seeking Amazon's assistance in recovering my account so I can retrieve information on a few orders placed more than a year ago and reach out to sellers for spare parts and accessories.

I wanted to inform you that today, the delivery personnel driving for your service drove through my yard, creating large craters where they got stuck. Instead of leaving my packages by my house, as usual, they left them by the road. My neighbor mentioned that they might have done this to hide the fact that they damaged my yard. She witnessed them as they left. I want to clarify that my disappointment lies with the delivery individuals, not with Amazon. I'm not seeking any compensation, just felt it was important for you to be aware of this incident. I sincerely hope this type of occurrence can be avoided for future customers.

I accidentally ordered and paid for duplicate books and missed the return deadline. I realized my error while sorting through my boxes after moving. I would like to return the duplicate items for store credit instead of a refund, as they are all in perfect condition, unopened. The books I want to return are: 1. I have been a customer for many years. Last night, I experienced issues placing an order on your website. Despite my attempts, I struggled to sign in due to my age. I was forced to change my email to [redacted], which I would like to revert back to [redacted] Following that, I had to go through various steps to create a new password. The email change caused a disruption in receiving your communications. Unfortunately, I could not complete my desired order as it was not approved. After being an Amazon customer for 15 years, I find it frustrating that I have to call just to access my account. Not being able to email or text for help complicates things further. Waiting on hold for a representative is a hassle, especially when I no longer have the card details on file. I simply want to make a purchase, but these obstacles are discouraging. I am looking to purchase three gift certificates, a Quidller game, two puzzles for children aged 2 to 4, and a paperback book. Despite ordering in the past as a guest, I attempted to create a new account for this purchase. After receiving a temporary password that didn't work, I got an email indicating my password was changed. Trying to place an order for 7 items, I encountered an issue during checkout. Dear Sirs, I am writing regarding Order ID #[redacted]-[redacted] for the Kaspersky Anti-Virus Latest Version that was purchased from Amazon yesterday. Two weeks ago, I placed an order for a 4-piece recliner chair cover in peacock blue. I was informed then that due to a backorder issue, it would arrive by the 9th. However, despite the payment being deducted from my card, the package has not been delivered. I have already contacted the post office to check. Is this procedure still valid? It seems that an electronic invoice is required! VAT refund on items intended for export outside the European Union If you have placed an order on Amazon.it, are domiciled or resident outside the European Union, and intend to personally export your items outside the EU, you can request a VAT refund by presenting the relevant invoice. To receive a VAT refund, the total order amount must exceed EUR [redacted].94 (including VAT); the purchases must be for personal use, and the items must be personally transported by you outside the EU within 3 months of receiving them. The items must be sold and shipped by Amazon.it and must be included in a single order. Depending on how you wish to export (via a third-party agency or through customs), there are two different procedures. If you plan to export goods through a third-party agency and receive the VAT refund directly from them, contact us from the email address associated with your account within 7 days after the order shipment, indicating the order number for which you want to receive an invoice. We will be happy to issue the requested invoice as soon as the order is shipped. Please note that the invoice will reflect the name and address associated with the payment method used for the order. Invoices cannot be issued to names or addresses different from those indicated in your order. If you wish to export goods through customs and obtain the VAT refund from Amazon, follow the procedure below: Request your invoice immediately after the order is shipped and within 7 days of the shipment date, providing the following details: - Your full name as stated on your passport - The country where your passport was issued - Your passport number - The expiration date of your passport - Your foreign residential address. Upon receiving the invoice from Amazon, present it to customs to have it stamped, confirming the exit of the item from the EU territory. Within four months of receiving the item, send the stamped invoice back to Amazon via email to [redacted] in .pdf format or in original to the address provided. Once Amazon receives the stamped invoice within the required timeframe, they will proceed with the VAT refund to the same credit card used for the order. Hello there! I am inquiring about the stolen package I was expecting from Amazon. My package (order #[redacted]-[redacted]) was noted as delivered yesterday at 4:19 PM. The puzzle is from Rainbow Toy Company, and the coffee pour-over is from Amazon but made by Bodum. I am specifically seeking information on the refund or replacement policy for the missing pour-over item. When I returned home at 4:30 PM, the package was missing, but I assumed it was not yet delivered. It wasn't until 7:00 PM that I realized it had been dropped off earlier, but it was nowhere to be found. I double-checked my porch and asked my neighbors if they had seen it, but unfortunately, no one had any information. Since I do not possess the item, I am unsure how to provide proof of its absence. Hello, earlier today, I contacted regarding an issue with the postage charges. The website stated free postage with orders over £20 if an add-on item was purchased. I found a pastry brush for 74p to meet the minimum amount, yet it was later deemed ineligible. I was advised that once the order is received, I would be refunded the £4.49 postage fee.
