As a Prime member, I paid for two-day shipping, but my orders have not arrived yet. I placed an order on Sunday, December 1st, and tomorrow will be the fifth day. I know it's a busy season, but this delay is frustrating. If customers are expected to wait for their orders, what's the point of paying for two-day shipping? Amazon's fast delivery is why I order frequently, but if this continues, I may not renew my membership.

I have been dealing with an ongoing issue since I was double-charged. I feel frustrated because the customer service representatives seem to expect me to resolve this on my own. I refuse to pay twice for the same service. I demand a fair resolution before the situation escalates further.

I bought a shirt and other items were in a separate shipment. I decided to cancel the items in the second shipment, but I couldn't due to an error. Even though I was charged for the shirt, I expected it to be shipped and the rest cancelled. Now, it's asking me to update my payment to buy the shirt again, even though I was already charged for it in my account. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue.

I bought a Motorola earphone on Amazon, but it stopped working after 3 months. When I contacted the Motorola service center to inquire about a replacement under warranty, I was told that they do not replace earphones bought online, like through Amazon. They only replace earphones that come packaged with a handset. I'm confused by this policy.

I am determined to address this issue once more. Previously, I encountered only delays in resolving this matter. Years ago, Publish America released my book titled COPS SAY (AND DO) THE FUNNIEST THINGS, a 24,[redacted]-word manuscript that I later revised. The updated 75,[redacted]-word version has been published by Page Publishing under the same title. I am requesting the removal of the previous version from your listings as the new one is now available. Having both listed will only create confusion. Unfortunately, all my previous interactions with your company have been uncooperative. I am prepared to escalate this matter by seeking legal assistance if necessary.

I'm currently locked out of my Amazon account. Yesterday, while trying to make a purchase, I was prompted to sign out due to unusual activity. Upon trying to log back in, I was asked for an OTP password sent to a phone number ending in three digits that do not match mine. I need assistance regaining access to my account. I wanted to share my experience with Amazon's customer service. I had trouble setting up my Echo Dot, followed the instructions, but it didn't work. After a frustrating interaction with a supposed manager who bricked my device and told me to throw it away, I reached out to technical support the next day. A knowledgeable technician helped unbrick the device successfully, which was a relief. It's disappointing that a customer could be mistreated like that, especially by someone claiming to be a manager. Recently, I've noticed a decline in Amazon's customer service and delivery times with USPS being the preferred carrier. With winter conditions making it inconvenient to retrieve packages from postal cluster boxes, I'm considering other retailers with faster and more reliable delivery options. While Amazon Prime was once great, the current service levels and delivery methods have led me to explore alternative shopping options.

I seem to have inadvertently created two Amazon accounts. One is associated with my email and phone number, while the other does not seem to be linked to my phone or email since I am unable to remember the password. Despite trying the password recovery option, the system always redirects me to the account I do not need. The account I am attempting to access holds significance as it is connected to a gift card and has dispatched orders. It is essential for me to log into this account in order to track my orders effectively.

Hello, I placed an order for "Constructing Organizational Life: How Social-Symbolic Work Shapes Selves, Organizations" on Amazon.fr. Although it was supposed to be delivered to my address, I have not received it. BPpost, the delivery service, advised me to reach out to you. I contacted Amazon.fr's chat bot on Thursday, December 5th. The customer service manager assured me they would call me today at +[redacted]2, but I have not received any calls yet. I bought an Echo Dot that turned out to be defective. Amazon is not willing to replace it even though my order states it can be replaced until August 27, [redacted]. I initially contacted tech support on November 14. The representative advised me to reset my entire network, which took a few days to complete. When I contacted them again, I was informed on November 29 that my warranty had expired. I had reached out before this date, and I believe the representative should have offered a replacement then. However, today I was told by another representative that it is indeed out of warranty as of November 29 and nothing can be done.

ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted] I was expecting the package to be delivered on December 6, but the UPS driver attempted delivery at 11:34 pm. The new delivery date is set for Monday, December 9, in the evening. Unfortunately, I will be traveling to Japan first thing on the same day and will not return until next year. This package is a Christmas gift, and I won't be able to receive it. I contacted UPS, but their distribution center is closed, and I cannot pick it up. Is there a way to cancel the order to avoid the delivery since I won't be available to receive it?

I bought an item on October 20th, but it turned out to be the wrong book for my husband, who needed it for temple. We paid $32.99 for it, and the return period ended on November 20th. It's a religious book, but not the right one he needed. The order number for this item is [redacted]-[redacted]. I tried to help my friend set up an Amazon account, but we encountered issues with the OTP verification. Despite multiple attempts with different OTP numbers, we couldn't proceed. After calling Amazon customer service for assistance, we faced a lack of understanding from the support staff. Requesting a supervisor led to being disconnected after a 25-minute wait. When I tried again, the supervisor's advice didn't solve the problem. Consequently, we couldn't create a new account. We ended up using my account for the purchase. It was frustrating that the supervisors couldn't effectively assist with such a basic issue. There seems to be a need for more training to ensure better customer service experience.

To whom it may concern, On 10.10.[redacted], I noticed a charge for Amazon Prime Membership in Tokyo, Japan for ¥[redacted] converted to Swiss Franc 4.85 on my Mastercard statement. After checking my account on Amazon Japan, it stated that "Akira, you are not a prime member," yet I have been repeatedly charged for this membership fee. I tried to cancel the membership immediately, but when clicking the link, I received a message saying "Nothing to do here," as I am not listed as a member. I believe there has been a mistake, and I request to cancel this membership without delay. As a non-Prime Member, I am unable to find the link to cancel myself, so I kindly ask for your assistance in arranging my cancellation and confirming the withdrawal. Akira from Switzerland

I made a purchase of over €[redacted] and now my account is blocked. My account is locked, and my orders are pending. Additionally, I no longer have access to my Prime Video account. Can I know why this happened? I don't understand what I need to do to restore my account. I can't do anything anymore. When I enter my login, I get the following message: "Download a copy of your last billing statement. Only the last 4.............." I don't understand what you are talking about and what you want. I ordered 2 bottles of Madhivala Liniment to be delivered to my address in Coimbatore, India. The delivery charges are being applied separately. I am a Prime member and expected the bottles to be shipped together in one consignment to one address. I need clarification on why there are two delivery charges.
