I placed an order with Amazon, and DHL was supposed to deliver my package. However, I haven't received it. According to the tracking information from both Amazon and DHL, the package was attempted for delivery and is now awaiting collection. Unfortunately, I don't know where to collect it. Amazon mentioned they couldn't reach DHL and suggested the package might be at the nearest collection point. I've checked five nearby collection points and the closest post office but no luck. The package was supposed to arrive on Monday, and I'm unsure of its current location. Could you please confirm if it will be redelivered or direct me to the correct collection point? Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated.

The exchange washing machine, also a Whirlpool in good working condition, was declined by your delivery agent citing minor cosmetic flaws on the backside. Despite my explanation that exchanges are not expected to be brand new, the agent did not budge. After speaking with your customer service representatives, Mr. Mayank and Ms. Vicki, they assured me the delivery would proceed, but as of writing this at 6:53 PM, the machine has not been delivered. I am disappointed by the handling of this matter and expect Amazon to uphold its commitment to customers. It is concerning that the issue remains unresolved despite my efforts to address it. I received an email indicating that two boxes of puppy training mats were delivered at 9:52 pm last night, but this seems impossible. I am disabled and confined to my bed, making it challenging to open the main door. Normally, the porch remains unlocked for deliveries. I have systems in place to monitor visitors, such as a video doorbell that alerts me when someone enters the porch and external cameras with night vision. None of these systems have shown any activity or delivery last night, and my two yorkshire terriers would have alerted me to any visitors. Based on these observations, it is clear that the items were not delivered to me. Could you please provide guidance on how to address this situation? Thank you.

I recently noticed a charge of £7.99 on my bank statement for an Amazon Prime account on December 2nd. I did not sign up for Prime membership. When I checked my Amazon account, it shows that I do not have a Prime account and prompts me to sign up. I am confused why I was charged for a subscription I never requested. Regards, T.C.

I am a frequent customer and have recently had to update my credit card due to fraud. While traveling and using a different device, I encountered an issue where I needed the original credit card information to complete my order. Many people, like myself, do not have that information readily available for an old card. I suggest providing alternative methods like sending a code via email or text, or verifying security questions like other online retailers. Requiring details from a past credit card is uncommon and inconvenient for loyal customers like me. I value my Prime membership but may need to reconsider if this issue persists. I would like to inquire about your policy for price adjustments for items bought on Amazon.ca directly from Amazon, not a third-party seller. I cannot locate any details on price matching in your help section. If obtaining the reduced price would involve paying for return shipping, I may opt to shop in person. Most stores offer a 30-day price guarantee and refund the price difference, a service I find preferable.

Yesterday, your agent did not arrive on time as scheduled for the delivery which was supposed to be between 10-6. Despite no prior notification, I reached out to the agent at 6:30, and he requested an additional 3 hours. I informed him that the delivery window had passed, and he agreed to deliver the following morning. Now, I am concerned about the status of my order, whether it will be delivered or returned. The lack of communication and inconvenience is frustrating. I have also had difficulty reaching customer service as the calls often disconnect after following a lengthy automated process. Please contact me at [redacted] regarding my order today. Without a prompt response, I am considering switching to Flipkart due to their reliable and timely service.

When I contacted Synchrony Bank regarding my Amazon card, their outgoing message directed me to call 1-[redacted] for Amazon customer service. However, calling this number led to a recording offering a $[redacted] Target or Walmart gift card for $1.95 with an Amazon savings plan sign-up, with no option to decline by pressing #. After being transferred to a dubious "promotional department," they hesitantly claimed to be Amazon. This situation seemed suspicious, prompting me to end the call. It's puzzling why Synchrony Bank would provide this questionable number for Amazon-related queries.

I purchased a product in October, but it turned out to be too small. When I canceled the order, the screen displayed that I would receive a refund, but I never got any notification via SMS or email. Unfortunately, the return period has lapsed. I still wish to return the item and either receive a refund or exchange it for a different item. I have contacted customer care three times but have not received any assistance or resolution. Please help me with this matter.

Despite being directed to my page, my usual password and the temporary one I received yesterday are not working. On Monday, December 2nd, packages were left outside Shaw University before the mail room opened. Brijette received several packages, but unfortunately, one was stolen. The mail room clerk has been proactive in reaching out to Amazon about this issue. The stolen item was a Wacom Intuos Wireless Graphics Drawing Tablet, part of order number [redacted]-[redacted]. The recipient's name is Juliette Basden, and the delivery address is [redacted] Dimples Dorm, [redacted] South Street, Raleigh, NC.

I am pleased to have discovered this forum! Order Number: 1z9071r[redacted] Return Code: [redacted]-[redacted] I am experiencing an issue with the shipping label provided by Amazon. In the past, printing the label was straightforward. However, this time, the label is showing as a code box instead of a legible shipping label. Living in a rural area with limited UPS drop-off locations, I faced challenges as they couldn't scan the code box for shipping. Despite seeking help from UPS staff, they were unable to assist in sending the package with the code label. Following the suggested instructions to cancel and redo the return, opting for a printed label instead of the code, proved fruitless as there was no option available to request a printed label. I feel stuck in a loop, unable to resolve the issue efficiently, leading to time wastage. I hope for clarity and a resolution to this recurring problem. Thank you for any assistance provided! Hello, I arrived home from work around 3 pm two days ago and found my parcels left outside my back door without a delivery notification. I worry that the items, worth over £[redacted], could have been taken. I did not receive any confirmation of delivery. My account has been compromised. In early October, there were fraudulent charges for video equipment in Washington state. This issue has been resolved, and my account is now frozen. However, I have noticed two unfamiliar charges on my recent Amex statement dated 10/23 and 10/24 from Washington state. Despite spending 45 minutes on the phone with Amazon, attempting to clarify these charges, there seems to be confusion. Interestingly, it appears that my account's address has been changed to DesMoine, Iowa, although I reside in NY. The representative has been placing me on hold and seems uncertain about the necessary steps to address this situation.

Subject: Assistance Needed for Incorrectly Shipped Order Hello, I wanted to inform you that I did not return the L'ARTISTE by Spring Step Octavius RED Shoe US 6.5-7 boots that were shipped to the wrong address by mistake. I need help returning 3 items I purchased for Christmas. I reside in a rural area in Harlan, Kentucky, without a nearby UPS store. I wish to avoid traveling far or paying for return pickup services. I prefer the funds to be credited back to my Mastercard and return the items to Amazon. In September, my Prime account was hacked. I received a suspicious message about a $[redacted].00 refund for a twin bed I didn't return and found I couldn't log in. After contacting customer service, I regained access and was assured it wouldn't happen again. Yet, it did. Despite changing my card, following their instructions, and expecting a call within 24-48 hrs, I still can't access my account. It's frustrating as I can't access my Kindle books, credit card info, Amazon Music, pet food subscription, or Prime services. Although Amazon stopped me from accessing my account, they were quick to deduct payments for my Kindle, leaving me without a solution to this issue.

I am reaching out for the sixth time regarding the returns process for the Hollyland Mars [redacted] product. Despite being assured on each call that the refund would show within 72 hours, I have yet to see any progress. I am truly frustrated with the situation as the last representative claimed I returned the wrong item, although I am certain I sent back the correct one. Losing $[redacted] is disheartening for me. I am really hoping this matter can be resolved permanently, as if I do not receive my refund, I will have to reconsider using Amazon for future purchases.

I am following up about an old order with number [redacted]-[redacted]. I apologize for the delay in contacting you sooner. I purchased these items for my granddaughter, who unexpectedly delivered her baby prematurely while she was hospitalized. Given the circumstances, I was unable to reach out within your usual timeframe. Now that my granddaughter is home, I can address this issue. Please assist. I purchased a product that turned out to be faulty. Due to my age of 76, I hired someone to assemble it for me as it was too challenging to do on my own. I contacted the seller regarding the defect and inquired about donating the item to charity, but received no reply. The cabinet's drawers do not extend fully, rendering them nearly unusable.
