My amazon account has been suspended for quite a while now and every time I try to fix it by replying to the emails sent by the account specialist about sending billing address they send it over again however I spoke with a representative and she took the information from me and gave it to them now they are asking for a billing statement. They told me to log into my account on a browser and send the information but every time I try to log in it’s tell me about my information has been reviewed and but I still can’t login and I should wait for the next step etc etc. so how can I send this statement if I can’t even login
