I recently bought a printer head cleaning kit, but I was disappointed with the condition it arrived in. The plastic bottle containing the fluid was crushed, spilling most of its contents. The blotting sheets soaked it up, causing a mess inside the bag. Additionally, the kit was missing the plastic connecting tube as advertised. As I urgently need to clean the printer head, I decided to purchase a different kit instead.

I placed an order for a Treo glass jar on November 7th, and it's now December 1st, but I still haven't received it. After contacting the seller, they mentioned that the order is currently in Indian customs for product declaration. I was informed it would be delivered yesterday, but now there's an update saying the parcel is missing. This situation is confusing and frustrating. I've always had timely deliveries from Amazon in the past, so waiting over a month has been disappointing. I'm hoping for a resolution soon - either the delivery of my order or a refund of the amount.

I came across an offer on Amazon for a QNAP NAS from a third-party seller. The vendor requested contact via email and provided a link to communicate further for delivery arrangements. After some online research, it appears the vendor's name might have been compromised, as the real vendor seems to sell different products. It might be advisable to verify the authenticity of the seller before proceeding with the purchase.

I was looking forward to receiving my order #[redacted]-[redacted] yesterday, November 30. Despite the package reaching the North Houston Distribution Center at 1:10 am, giving the post office ample time to deliver it to me as I live just about 20 miles away, I received a notification about the delay. This isn't the first time this has occurred. It appears that the post office may not be fulfilling their agreement with you. The package was essential for me, and now, I won't receive it until tomorrow.

I experienced a situation where my Amazon account got blocked for security reasons. Amazon sent me an email requesting a recent visa statement for the card ending in 72 to verify my account. However, the card they are asking for is an old one, and I have already updated my payment method with a card that ends in [redacted]. It's frustrating dealing with this confusion. The account specialist should be more knowledgeable about handling these requests and ask for the correct information right away. Amazon's recent inconsistencies have been causing quite a mess for me.

I placed an order yesterday for delivery today, but I'm having trouble tracking the parcel. Every time my husband tries, he's told his password is incorrect. We've tried four times with the supposedly new temporary passwords sent by email, but the jumbled up numbers and letters are impossible to decipher correctly. It's already 6:30, and the delivery hasn't arrived yet. How can the password be an issue for delivery when the order was dispatched, and the payment was processed successfully? I recently received my order number [redacted]-[redacted]. I received the order yesterday, and unfortunately, the cane I purchased is too short for me. I am an older lady and adjusting the length is difficult for me. I am considering donating the cane to charity due to my dissatisfaction with its quality. As I am on a fixed income, it is disheartening to have spent money on a product that doesn't meet my needs.

Hello Amazon Customer Support Team, I have recently been locked out of my Amazon account and I need assistance to regain access to it. I use a VPN to watch shows on streaming services not available in my country. This time, while using a VPN, I made a purchase that triggered a security alert from Amazon, suspecting unauthorized access to my account. They took security measures like disabling my password, reversing changes, canceling orders, refunding purchases, and restoring gift card balances. All of this was expected, but now I am unable to reset my password due to a Dynamic Challenge Question that I can't answer. The question is related to my roommate's outdated credit card details, which were never updated after he got a new card. Unfortunately, my roommate doesn't have the old card details, and I am now stuck without access to my account and unable to watch Amazon Prime Video or make purchases. As a Prime member, I experienced a delay in my shipment and when I contacted live chat, I was informed that it was mistakenly routed, impacting the delivery time. I was surprised to learn that placing a new order could have resulted in faster delivery. This is the second time this issue has occurred within a year. Despite being assured of a $5.00 credit, I have not seen it reflected in my account. I was advised that Napur’s team would investigate but was not given a higher-level contact. After being put on hold for a long time, another representative attempted to address my concern, resulting in frustration. I understand that the team may be located overseas, but I expected more effective assistance when paying for Prime's 2-day shipping service. I hope for genuine customer service and resolutions rather than mere promises and unfulfilled credits.

I've been unable to access my Amazon account for the past two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service and numerous submissions, I have not received any assistance. Being a Prime member, I am unable to place orders or log in, and my Starz account has been canceled. I am unable to verify my identity using my phone number due to an issue with it. I cancelled my (Prime Video) subscription months ago, but I'm still being charged monthly. I have never used the service and don't have an active account. I have evidence of the charges on my bank statements and can provide them if needed. It's puzzling why this is happening, and I would appreciate it if you could investigate this further. I recently received a phone from my sister-in-law when she upgraded hers. She assured me the new number was clean. However, when attempting to open an account, particularly Amazon Prime, I encountered an issue. It turns out someone with my number already has an account. I received texts from CVS intended for someone named Christophe in Waterbury, CT. It seems like he did not update his accounts with his new number properly. I reside in Cape Cod, MA. I am struggling to create an account on my new TV as it prompts me to "enter the characters as given in the challenge," though I did not encounter any challenge during the process. Hello, Our Amazon account is currently blocked for a banking data check. Although we have successfully paid for the products, we are unable to track other items due to the account restriction. Despite multiple phone calls, we have not received a solution. We lack any invoices and have not received a response from Amazon France. We provided our phone number for direct contact as we are only getting automated responses. How can we resolve this issue without relying on the call center, as they have not been able to assist us? I placed an order that was supposed to arrive by the 29th. It was essential for fulfilling a quilting order scheduled also for the 29th. I rely on timely delivery as it was set to be picked up this morning to reach its destination in Florida by Christmas. I utilize Prime for free delivery, and while I understand delays can happen, a guaranteed delivery should be upheld. The inconvenience caused has been significant, and I believe a refund is necessary.

I am an elderly resident in a nursing facility, and I am experiencing issues with Synchrony Bank charging me twice.
