Get Prime to work ... I was having issues with my prime account not accepting my new card, then after getting on chat, the rep had said to just make a new account. When I checked to see if my card had been processed, thinking I might have been seeing a delay, I had very recent charges for Prime Video and Kindle Unlimited, which I wasn't expecting at all, yet which processed just fine, but prime just kept saying my account was suspended because it couldn't process my card. So, I cancelled those * services hoping for a refund, then made a new account as teh rep had suggested. Everything was fine, but when I went to register my firestick with this account via the webpage code,I got a message that I had charges that werent in my spending habit or something and my account was locked , claiming it would be for about ** hours. I am using a pre-paid card I bought today, so cant be any spending history to compare it too :) Anyways, I really need to get my account running, I am already $** short for my purchases from the unexpected charges, and I am still at the same point I was hours ago as far as purchasing capabilities. I can't get back into chat, since I have to login..
